Really nice burgers and I ordered the small fries but they definitely weren’t small LOL 10/10

Really good fries (or Chips in case you're a Brit). Equally good burgers to go with and top it off with drinks, at your ease. Located very centrally, and I mean, in the heart of city. Opposite Hauptwache station and next to St. Katherine Church, sits pretty much within the bustling shopping district. Staff is very friendly and there's not a long myriad list of menu to confused you. Just burgers and fries, and maybe some beverage to wash it all down. You can't go wrong. A must try, with seating inside and outside, to watch the world pass by as you munch down crispy fries.

Delicious food. The fries was the best. Short time to wait for order. Friendly service, cheap meals, nice place to eat something quickly while sightseeing or at work. Food was warm. You can take the food out ang go to eat in diferrent beautiful places in frankfurt like for example parks.

You looking to try some American goodness. Then you got it right here. My go to combo is the bacon cheeseburger with it fully loaded, grab the large Cajun fries and then do the coffee and salted caramel mix. Let me know how you like it. But this restaurant has yet to disappoint so hopefully you enjoy the good food as much as I do. For future travel and food adventures follow my Instagram @officialgetfresh

Always tasty, always quick, always great! I've been visiting Five Guys every time I am in Frankfurt and I was never disappointed. I get to customize my own burger, snack on my favourite cajun fries and sip my ultimate favourite oreo milkshake and all that supported by quick service and friendly staff! The truth is it's not the cheapest burger menu (prepare to pay around 18-20 EUR for a burger, fries and soda) but it is totally worth it! The burger is served wrapped up in aluminium foil and paper bag, so it's not exactly classy, but that's not why I come here - it's the quality and the taste of the food. The portions are large though, even regular fries I have trouble finishing. Despite rush hour, the restaurant was always clean and tidy, the same I can say about the toilets. Never had an issue to find a place to sit down - either inside or on a small patio outside. Last visited in June 2022.

Just another fast food chain, nothing too special. I thought the hotdog would be, unfortunately it wasn't. I ordered the regular size but it felt like a mini. The fries were good though, fresh an crunchy.

Typical five guys restaurant with simple but great food. Can be very busy since it located at the center of frankfurt and near the metro station. Burgers are great, toppings as you like them and fries dipped in their mayo is mmmm... You can also help yourself to a tray of Monkey nuts which ate really fresh and tasty. (And how often do you get something for nothing?) Good service when i was there so no complaints. Give it a try, could soon be your favourite burger chain like me!

A typical greasy spoon burger joint in the American style known for fresh cut French fries served in enormous portions. This location is on point to the Brand with Marketing and presentation of the fare. One should expect to pay a premium at a this particular location due to its geographical location. A foursome can easily drop over 100€ on a modest meal. As a sometimes treat and an experience Five Guys is nice, but for sustainable and cost appropriate dinner visit one of the local German restaurants. If a burger is what your heart truly desires, take a short walk to Hüftgold. The food is on par if not better and the prices are much more reasonable! McDonalds is a more cost effective fast food option.

Burgers are definitely overpriced, and nothing special. Their fries, I like. They use peanut oil to fry potatoes so very nutty. I heard they even double fry the fries. This time I tried cajun fries. It supposes to be spicy but it‘s more like ‘spicy black pepper’ taste. They always fill the paper bag with extra fries so, small size is perfect for 2 sharing. It’s not my favorite chain, but definitely will come back to here-

When I first entered the store, I was standing in line, but another cashier called me and I was able to order quickly. It felt good to be able to order right away without waiting. It took about 5 mins to receive the burger after order, and in the meantime, I was able to have peanuts and coke as an appetizer. I will never forget the warmth of the first burger I received. The strength of the burger and the juicy of meats that spreads out when I bite into it captivated my body, and rather, it was a moment when I felt the danger that I would never be able to eat a burger from another store. Above all, the freshly fried French fries were splendid. The savory flavor of the French fries, freshly fried in peanut oil, was unparalleled and was enough to make me a Five Guys's slave. While I was eating the burger, I looked at the kitchen, and each employee was talking very happily while grilling the patties, which made me happy as well. You guys definitely know the difference between strong and weak burgers. When I took a bite, I was overwhelmed and I had to wide my mouth as large as possible to one bite. The cheese was oozing, and overflowed onto the foil, and the taste of cheese and onions left over when I had finished burger. For me, Five guys's burger has become a proper noun and I will not use a burger to another store's. Cheers to the Five Guys which will take my money in the future.

The burgers were not good. Expensive and tasteless. The meat was low quality. I think even McDonald's burgers taste better. The toppings that they added were so small that I couldn't even taste them. I couldn't even taste the ketchup. Overall very disappointing and I won't go back.

Great food, great location, and pretty big indoor (and outdoor) eating space. It is right off a metro stop in Frankfurt so easy to access. But, a quick warning for Americans who may be reading this: Unlike their sister locations in the United States, this Five Guys defaults to everything on the burgers so if you want it plain, you will have to ask for it. But other than that, no problems and the menu is similar to the US.

I love the food you serve! I enjoyed my trip to Frankfurt and visited you, Five Guys, several times, and I liked more than brunch in New York. In general, I like this placw

The burgers here are amazing. They are a bit like smash burgers. The fries portions are huge. They always give you more than you actually ordered. The flavor is as good delivered as it is in the store. Yes, the price is a bit higher than other burger places, but it’s well worth it.

Great diner. The food was good. Had better and worse. I ordered a cheese burger and large fries. Couldn't eat it all. The milkshake was delicious and the soda machine provided so many choices, I felt sick from trying them all. Was worth it, though. I'll be back but will choose smaller portions. A nice 1980's dining atmosphere.

I love five guys. They don’t have beyond burger but I usually get grilled cheese all the way which is practically a burger but without the meat. The potatoes and milkshakes are great

It's definitely a quick eat & go diner that feels a bit like a staff canteen. The burgers were delicious and they really packed on the fries 🍟. It didn't take long to get our food after ordering it and I we got what we paid for. It's great for a post party quick munch.

Quite disappointing hot dog! Update on 27 May 2022 Five years have passed after my last visit, I returned to try their burger again. I maintain my 3 star rating. I have to admit that I tend to have stricter ratings for large or internationally well-known brands and companies. Also, based on the price they charge, I'd have a higher expectation. What enticed me to re-visit them was their peanuts. I have always been craving for salty and crispy peanuts but having difficulty getting them in Frankfurt. For burgers, I think there are more than enough options here. This time I have had their hamburger at 9.95 euros and a cup of lemon tea (free refill). Overall, they were okay. The patties were overdone, so they were a bit dry. The burger was wrapped with tin foil, the bun was thus soaked by the juice and steam generated inside making the burger looked un-apetizing and soggy.

First time trying a Five Guys, and I was absolutely floored. The burger was very nice, but the fries were the absolute bomb. Complimentary peanuts to pick as you wanted was a nice touch too, and I've never seen so many choices of soda to choose. Didn't even know Sprite Grape flavour was a thing until then! Definitely recommend the Cajun fries and a chocolate shake. American top food right there!

The staff were very nice. It was my first time in Europe, and I was very nervous to leave my luggage unattended when I went to go use the toilet for a short period. I asked the staff a favor to leave my luggage at the cashier. When I was back at my seat, my food was gone. The cleaning staff cleaned it thinking that I was done with my food. I was only about half way done but when the staff heard my situation, they made me a new one free of charge. It was very sweet of them. I was traveling alone in Europe and was always nervous thinking that I might get something stolen, but their actions made me very comfortable. Thank you to all the staff that were working on the 25th of July. As for the food quality, I was very surprised with the fries. They were crispy and just the right size. The burgers were thick and very well made. I have nothing but good things to say here. I will be a loyal fan to Five Guys now ahaha. Danke schön.

Great burgers and awesome fries with a moderate price. Had the bacon cheeseburger and Cajun style fries. Service was fast and everything went smoothly. Definitely coming back to test the milkshakes!

Mh the location is good, they are open on weekends up to late. But the taste of the burgers was definitely nothing special and not good for the high price that i paid. One burger was almost 10€, for that money I would expect something delicious, which it wasn't. Definitely if you are hungry and there's nothing else to eat ok go but i would not visit that place again.

Burgers are solid. A bit too fast foodie but still quite good. Order the small burgers and fries, it should be plenty of food for one person

Fantastic burger place. Tastes just like it does in the USA. Great burgers and fries! Wish Frankfurt had an in-n-out though.

Classic five guys…great burgers and shakes. The only thing I can’t stand is a paper straw for shakes. The cornstarch straws work much better and they should consider changing! I appreciated the chargeable metal straw though…at least ridged enough for a shake!

I came here just to know how this restaurant works and to try the famous milkshake by myself. In the future if i want burger and milkshake, i will simply go to MacDonald, where the price is more reasonable and food is more delicious. I don’t demand „soul“ in fast food but the burger here is nothing but cold ingredients piling up together.

  • 5/5 Derek M. 1 year ago on Google
Clean, spacious, and 3 Coke Freestyle soda machines available for use. Toilets are clean as well. Food was consistent for a Five Guys. The experience is exactly what you would expect. You are paying a premium over McDonald's, but getting a fresher, higher quality experience.

Great fries. Lovely folks behind the counter and in the Kitchen. Probably good burgers for Non-Vegetarians BUT if you a Vegetarian, better not go here. Veggie Sandwich is sad. The fries are really good though.

  • 5/5 Shubhanghi S. 1 year ago on Google
The food is nice. We ordered Vegetable burger( onion, mushroom, tomato, lettuce) with cheese and small fries which was good and filling. We were not charged for mayonnaise or ketchup which is great. Staffs are friendly.

  • 4/5 אסף . 1 year ago on Google
Very nice, but a really expensive burger. The prices here are crazy, I paid 20€ for a meal which is the most expensive fast food I've seen on a long time, that being said, the burger was really juicy and delicious, the fries, though "small" were big and really filling, and the choice of soft drinks with free refill was fun. Even the peanuts are a great addition. So all in all, very good food, but a very high end fast food joint (still fast food, though).

  • 4/5 Rachel S. 2 years ago on Google
Great place to eat for a nostalgic reminder of the States. I personally find it slightly overpriced, but for the centre of Frankfurt it is a family favourite and and a must try. Music is always exceptional, and I love the choice of drinks, and the milkshakes are drool worthy!

  • 2/5 Tobi R. 1 year ago on Google
Disappointed by the far too expensive burgers! The staff was very nice, the fries nearly perfect and the peanuts a lovely, little treat. The burger tastes like a McDonalds burger brought to its maximum, but nothing more. The meat is literally the same as in any other (far cheaper) fast food chain - low quality, scaringly far away from real burger-patties. The bun is nothing special either. If the prices were comparable to those of other fast food chains it might be acceptable, but paying 20€ for a burger, fries and a drink is close to ridiculous. Think of all the actually good food you could get for that kind of money.

  • 4/5 David Dojčinović (. 11 months ago on Google
Generally food is on the pricier side with burger, fries and drink coming in at 20+€. When it comes to burger, I paid 12.5€ for Bacon Cheeseburger and that includes all the toppings you want (and some extras, like for examples you can ask for extra cheese). The only negative to that burger is that the meat basically has no salt, but that gets fixed by bacon on it. Everything else is pretty good - toppings are fresh, burger is easy on the stomach after you eat it and it holds you for a good few hours. You also get plenty of fries even when ordering the smallest version.

  • 2/5 mh 10 months ago on Google
TLDR: This place is now mid tier. When they opened this restaurant, the quality was superb, every part of the food was perfect. Now, a few years later, the standards have slipped. My burger flavour was overwhelmingly sour. The amount of pickles alone was enough, that was reaching the limit of balance, but the hot sauce they use appears to be a cheap Tabasco rip off that has WAY too much vinegar, and they use too much of it. As a result, I had a very wet, sour burger. It didn't end there. My salted caramel milkshake had about 10% the flavour it should have. Almost no caramel or salt was added. Also, 90% of the bacon bits were too big to enter the straw. What is the point of adding bacon bits to milkshake, if they're all going to be too big and heavy? My friend who I was with had both of their orders completely messed up by the worker at the counter. I won't be coming back here again.
