Delicious Indian food in Frankfurt. Highly recommended. We also had protha and masala chai which was also very tasty.

Simply good. Homely cooked type and totally delicious. Despite the huge volume of people, the staff were so friendly, quick in orders and always with a smile on their face. I'm going there again. Photos are totally candid excuse the quality.

Update: 3rd time's the charm, I guess 😁 Stuck to some of the recommended items this time, and that made quite the difference! The masala dosa was great as before, and the mutton varuthacurry was spectacular (took one to go as well😁). The chapatis were soft and tasty too. The owner was genuinely interested in improving the experience for guests. My family visiting from India were very happy with the food! Service was excellent and friendly. Earlier review: Having visited it twice, I was decidedly underwhelmed on both occasions, since I have heard great reviews from others. All the curries are pretty similar, and most disappointingly, have very little by the way of texture - everything is grinded together into a plain gravy with just the meat besides. The Malabar parotta was also disappointing (as someone from Kerala). The dosas were the saving grace - both the masala dosa and the mutton kheema dosa was pretty good, as were the medhu vadais.

The most authentic South Indian cuisine I have tasted in Germany so far. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great too. Anyone craving for home like South Indian food can visit this restaurant and the effort would not go in vain.

I totally loved this place for their quality and quantity both. We just tried their thalis and it was really good. I must say, I enjoyed some fresh mango lassi as well!! Apart from that great place and friendly staffs.

My son wanted a simple dinner for his birthday.. it turned out to be the most authentic south Indian food we ever had in Germany. Highly recommended!

Had pepper chicken, keema dosa and chicken kothuparotta. Everything tasted very good and authentic south indian taste. Came 1 year ago, still the taste remains the same Edit: later tried New year 2022 feast, which was the fabulous, best biryani so far in Germany, All the dieshes in Thali were so good.

It’s been 4 years from first eat-in, visited again today as I have to stay in Frankfurt for a seminar. The taste and service is exactly the same level. That’s rare in many Indian restaurants. Every dish that we ordered ( chicken starters and biryani) , the taste is super good.

Despite exquisite taste, a near hour-long wait for the food dimmed the experience. A feast for the senses, with potential for improvement in service.

Authentic South Indian restaurant. Very good quality Fresh ingredients and wonderful taste . Oh and the idly was fantastic. Just like how my grandmother used to make ! Update 2023: we recently went for a special festival lunch. The spread was fantastic served on the authentic banana Leaf and tasted good too. Their service was really fast. I tried the madras folter Coffee for the first time today and I can vouch for it as one of the best tasting one tried so far in Germany.

The restaurant is nice and cozy, everyone working there is friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. Much better than any I had so far. Portions are generous, and perfectly cooked and seasoned. They also do takeaways. Can't recommend enough!

A Good Tamil restaurant, where the food takes you back to your Home town. They also offer Sunday special thali.

This place has a lot of Indian food to choose from. Be it the Curries, Idlis, Dosas. The one I loved was the Mutton sukka which is rare to find with such authentic taste in Germany.

One of the best Indian Restaurants I came across. Best food and best Service. The staff is really caring especially Chinnathambi, a staff who greeted very well with a bright smile and he was happily asking for feedback regarding food.

Authentic & best tamil nadu style cuisine I have tried in germany so far. Ambur biryani & pepper chicken was delicious. Pollachi chicken curry tasted like homemade.

Indian Pepper serves the best and authentic South Indian non vegetarian food which we have ever eaten in Frankfurt. The owner and servers were polite. The special drinks: freshly squeezed Watermelon and Mango juices were amazing and refreshing. Appetizers were delicious followed by amazing main course. Spice level was good. Highly recommend: Pollachi Chicken. Portion sizes are good as well. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Nice place to get some good South Indian food.. Mutton chukka and buttermilk was super delicious.. The tomato chutney for dosa was very bad it was just purée in a cup.. Rest of the dishes were good..

Tried dosa, idli, vada. Food is decent. Staff very cordial. (initial rating) (New, modified rating) Downgrading my rating due to staff behavior. We were 7 of us. The lady serving asked if she could bring the chutney/sambhar in common bowls to share and it could be refilled if we needed more. We were fine. First they bring the common bowl without enough spoons or small bowls to serve yourself. Next, when we asked for a refill of sambhar, this guy comes and very rudely says first refill is complimentary, second will be charged. We were almost finishing our food and would not have anyway asked for another one. But the way it was said was extremely rude and derogatory. We would have preferred separate servings anyway, but to make things easy for the staff agreed for common servings. In the last month, we have been 3 times there, driving 35km, but now we are done and perhaps would look for other places.

Loved this family ran place. Food was delicious and far better than those are in city centre of frankfurt. Healthy options of food. They serve in good time and happily.

Cozy little place with amazing south indian non-vegetarian food (being specific as we've not tried the vegetarian food here) with authentic taste and spice level as per your convenience! Reservations are recommended.

The best idly I have had in Germany (if not Europe) period! The vada and the dosa were not bad either. The service was good.i would definitely recommend this resta6. The prices are low to medium and tbey have daily seasonal menu. As a South India I found this restaurant close to being authentic (most indian restaurants in Germany are too westernised).

It took 1hr to serve the food. The soup which I ordered was not hot. The main dish was also slightly burnt. Overall, the experience was not as I expected :(

I was invited by an Indian friend to try out the food here. The food and the atmosphere were absolutely authentic to Tamil culture. Both owner and staff were super friendly too!

Indian food on Germany land is great.... especially Dosa, Sambar rice very delicious. Location is bit difficult to reach.

We were at the restaurant today evening. Really good south indian food. Gobi manchurian and Kara kuzhambu dishes were the best I've ever tasted. It was a wonderful experience to have spicy food that was cooked spicy instead of chilli powder added to already cooked food.
