The Fitness First My Zeil is centrally located in the city center. Parking is possible in the attached My Zeil car park, access by S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Hauptwache. The studio is spacious and has a wide range of equipment. The staff is very friendly. Good course offer. Cleanliness is no reason to complain. Very good price-performance ratio.

One of the worst gyms I have ever visited. I can not understand the positive reviews.The showers are very often cold, the spa area smells musty, and the changing rooms are very dirty. I have not even mentioned the love affairs... I'm glad when I can quit.

Checked out this gym in order to keep fit thru travels, and it was amazing. 3 storeys of fitness and wellness facilities. Thomas was very kind to explain the facilities and give a quick familiarisation tour helping me feel at ease. Super recommended even for a day pass if you happen to be a tourist in the city like me.

I have been the member of this gym for the past three years, not only it has a great view, but also it has been constantly making efforts for creating a better space for exercise. A special thanks to Kevin, the trainer, a super friendly and energetic guy. Other staff are warm and helpful too.

Love this studio - my favourite in Frankfurt! Overlooking the city, with a 3-floor space, including swimming pool, saunas, and many machines for training. My favourite part is the outdoor terrace where you can chill and sunbathe during the summer - just paradise.

They offer great classes all day long from morning till evening. Staffs are friendly. Huge gym located in the Center if Frankfurt. Shower area is really run down and dirty compared to the one in Westend. I’m not very satisfied with the facilities they provide as they haven’t been good taken care of.

+ Central Location, nice view, sauna, Pool, enough training machines - Saunas in the women only area were always cold when I wanted to use them. One sauna in the Mixed area closed. The water dispenser for Getränke flat.not working. After the staff challenged whether I had it in my contract and whether I had the right type of bottle to use it, turns out the dispenser was broken. Staff didn't seem bothered, no apologies.

I like the gym; no doubt. That’s what kept me here for over four years. A while ago, I used to come early like at 6:00 and use sauna after a bit of workout before going to work. This comment is mainly about the sauna situation recently. The sauna service is getting disappointing to me. The gym has two saunas. The second one has been kept off for some time now while there are over 10 people forced to be confined in a single sauna in the evenings. I literally counted 10 people last Thursday and I left when more people came in. In summer, they said it should be off cos not many people are expected to use it. In winter, they say that the electric power cost is soaring and they had to save. Not a good reason. Enough said about sauna. I’d like to add: the people at the reception area are generally nice but there is this lady (relatively older) who does not know how to communicate with people at the reception desk. She is impolite … I reported her two years ago; nobody even cared to respond to my complaint. The same thing happened today but I would not waste my time reporting and instead at least people know in my review.

Awesome gym with modern and top notch facilities and amenities. Staff are helpful and very friendly (Felix) and I highly recommend booking a great personal trainer (Isaac) when you start in the gym. The gym is well aired, spacious with great vibe and environment. Everything you could want / need in a gym are all under one roof. They have classes too but I have not tried most of them yet. They also have a crèche for the little ones too. Great gym.. definitely 5*.

We are very happy with Fitness First since 10 years! Now as a young family we appreciate the wide offer of courses and flexible training hours. Special shout to the kid's club staff, Aisha and co. Make a great work with children. I hope they come back with the regular daycare schedules.

High quality gym with helpful and friendly staff. Their is a variety of equipment for weight and cardio training and the management is open to improvement suggestions regarding courses and equipment. Overall its clean and the trainers bookable for extra courses have a high knowledge. The free newspapers and magazines are also a nice gimec.

Gorgeous facilities that I got to use while staying at a nearby hotel. Wish my gym was like this! There is an extensive sauna and swimming area downstairs, and the locker room is spacious.

I have been here the first a couple days ago. First impression: the gym seems huge and clean at the first look, you will find every machine you’re looking for. As already mentioned many times before by other members: One Employee at the frontdesk( older woman with glasses and grey hair ) seemed passive aggressive, she seems to have a problem with nice women somehow because she was super rude to me, the woman before me and nice to the next man coming in, I think she has some personal issues and she should not be working at the front desk in a place where people come in to look good with this attitude. On the other hand the trainer was super professional and friendly! Big plus. Second look: the dressing rooms were clean, the showers also but unfortunately the steam bath didn’t really seem to be working well. All in all a good studio but they should be really taking members concerns about certain employees serious.

I have been going almost from 2 years , club has always been in excellent condition , spacious , clean and quality equipments.. Staff is very friendly , everyone speaks English too, live classes and other training courses always on time , will recommend Fitness First to everyone..

As a traveler, this was an amazing find. The club is well equipped through its multi-level design. The variety is solid. From TRX to freeweights and strength racks, you can find what you need. The view from the cardio section is really amazing, looking out over the skyline. Changing rooms are large and the locker system with digital keys is handy. The equipment is also new and well kept. The size of the facility limited wait times on equipment. Stop by and try. I think most visitors will find what they need for the most part. Some powerlifters might want more plates, but this is a specialized want.

This is a really nice gym! I especially like their cardio area, ran many miles here. I dislike a few things though: It’s super hot in the gym. They have AC but it isn’t really running, especially not in the summer. Telling staff doesn’t make it any better. In addition, their treadmills aren’t GymKit (connect to Apple Watch) enabled even though (if I’m not mistaken) they’d support it. I think it’s a software thing and it could easily be turned on… I saw the same equipment in a hotel in the U.S. once and I could connect my watch… So yeah, GymKit on their equipment and working air condition would make the experience so much nicer!

Nice gym with very friendly staff here. I cannot understand some negative reviews below. Staffs at the front, they are friendly and Check throughly vaccinations and putting the mask all the time. And sometimes locker area looks messy because people who rented the towels never give them back to return area. Personally i think this gym is the best in frankfurt with big place for cardio with nice view. The sauna is the best , you can see thru the whole city here.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Nice swimming pool, which is very clean! I enjoy the Kurs with good trainer:) Nice view for cardio and in summer you can go upstair for tanning which is my favorite. Sauna is also nice with several rooms.

I booked a class and arrived only 2 mins late. I’m sure the instructor was happy to see me, but the manager kicked me out just because I was 2 mins late? Ridiculous. What’s my booking for then? Wasted my time and parking is not even cheap. €2.50 for not doing anything. Update to FitnessFirst response: The class was just about to warm up. The previous week, they’d check who has booking and who hasn’t. Why don’t you do the same for this week? How do you justify kicking out someone with booking and let another without participate, when at the same time previous week you did otherwise? I’m re-evaluating my review. The gym is nice, I love the Sunday class which is why I’m there every week. But the class manager made a few of us (me & my class friends) disappointed and annoyed with his rude tone. 5* for the gym, 5* for front of house, 1* for the service.

Just walked in tried to explain that I wanted to check out a membership. The woman at the desk was frustrated with my poor German. So I asked her if she had a colleague that would speak English and so she snapped at me. I turned around and told her forget about it and walked out I would never recommend this place for any American.

I love working out there, the atmosphere is really nice, the people very helpful and the view is amazing, they got new moderns machines very easy to use and a lot of classes u can join!

I’ve been training here for a couple if months now and have to say that compared to other FF in Frankfurt you almost have everything on one level without anything feeling too cramped which is great. Having a great place to workout is good but as always it’s the people who work there that make the place very welcoming. And here I want to mention lovely Rosi and also Alex who both bring so much love and laughter to the place. Both of them also keep the place together and clean which isn’t always so easy given that some people don’t think it is their calling to tidy up after themselves. Well done ladies! If you want a laid back atmosphere space for a workout with a nice view, central location, spa area and good staff look no further. :)

Basically, I like going to this gym. I really like the pool area. The possibility of using the sauna is also great. Unfortunately, the quality has declined in recent years. This is particularly noticeable after the pandemic and the conversion to vending machine service. It's nice that they're introducing something new to the equipment (e-gym) and the possibility of virtually guided courses in the studio. Home workouts are also provided and great classes in the studio. However, the cleanliness and maintenance leave a lot to be desired. Quite often there are clumps of hair in the shower drain. It would be nice if a control list could be displayed. The employees seem eager to respond to information. So far I haven't been able to check whether the tip is followed by action, because of course I could only give the tip after showering. It is questionable whether the service employees can manage this, since it regularly gives the impression that the shift is thinly staffed, and it may not be possible to check the cleanliness without the members' advice. I would describe the toilet itself as clean. However, one wonders whether the floor is also cleaned in more impassable places (toilet door area around the "stilts/fastenings" of the walls), which doesn't allow us to draw any great conclusions. There is a loose cable hanging out on a treadmill. In the spinning class room there are waves in the floor in front of the wheels in the back area. In the front window area there are remnants of crazy or replaced equipment (holes). At least it's not particularly nice to look at. I alerted the service to this via email with photos in September 2023 - without any response. About two weeks ago, for whatever reason, a door in the toilet in the women's changing area was damaged. This hung more or less loosely in the frame. Screws could be seen... Maybe it wasn't easy to move. However, the door is currently removed.👍 So only 2 toilets can be used in the women's locker room. In principle, this can all be remedied. What is really negative, however, is that emails with information are not even responded to. I sent the same email twice. Because of the first points mentioned, that was months ago now. There is no response... I find the equipment area very crowded. Over the years, very bulky devices have been added. But at least then there are a lot of devices available. The area in the myceil is ultimately manageable. At least I didn't have to wait for a device (power). It is quite crowded at peak times. That's just how it is. However, it does not contribute to the rating given.

The gym is really nice, machines are pretty modern and stuff is great. The place is clean and well taken care of. only thing I dislike is how small the free weights section is,more than 7 people is already too much there and lighting is definitely not great.

Great gym with pretty much everything you need. -1 star for the price because I think it is a bit too much. It would’ve been better if the showers were separate, some of us don’t like being naked in front of others. Rosie is the best ! She is very friendly and helpful and makes sure your day goes smooth. Amazing fitness studio. If you want to use pool, wellness incl. sauna, dampfbad plus all the usual fitness stuff and have an amazing view on Frankfurt skyline this is the way to go. Its a little bit more expensive than other fitness studios but if you are going to use pool and other wellness stuff it’s definitely worth it. And the whole atmosphere is pretty good.

I went here as a guest for a few times. Love the size of this place and the location. They are laid out in a big area on the top floor. You have a view over the town and they have everything from free weights, to machines, to classes and a swimming pool with a sauna area. The only thing that is a bit problematic is how overpriced it is. But you have to pay for luxury and here you get luxury.

Well equipped gym and very polite staff

The place is good, lots of space and enough equipment for exercises. I went there today to get some information and do a day of trial training wich I did't take, but I knew the place already. The girl at the reception is practically a statue, serious and without charisma, she seemed almost annoying, a bad image for a gym where the first impression should be motivating. Anyway, the place is perfect, the sauna and the pool are also perfect.

This gym has everything I love: cardio area, CrossFit equipment, a lot of space , great atmosphere and nice personal. As a big plus, they have swimming pool and sauna which makes this experience incredible and allow fully resting and recover after hard work

As a tourist visiting Frankfurt, I just needed a day pass and they were very accommodative. The gym is quite clean and had all the exercise equipment I needed. I highly recommend Fitness First!
