Basically,
I
like
going
to
this
gym.
I
really
like
the
pool
area.
The
possibility
of
using
the
sauna
is
also
great.
Unfortunately,
the
quality
has
declined
in
recent
years.
This
is
particularly
noticeable
after
the
pandemic
and
the
conversion
to
vending
machine
service.
It's
nice
that
they're
introducing
something
new
to
the
equipment
(e-gym)
and
the
possibility
of
virtually
guided
courses
in
the
studio.
Home
workouts
are
also
provided
and
great
classes
in
the
studio.
However,
the
cleanliness
and
maintenance
leave
a
lot
to
be
desired.
Quite
often
there
are
clumps
of
hair
in
the
shower
drain.
It
would
be
nice
if
a
control
list
could
be
displayed.
The
employees
seem
eager
to
respond
to
information.
So
far
I
haven't
been
able
to
check
whether
the
tip
is
followed
by
action,
because
of
course
I
could
only
give
the
tip
after
showering.
It
is
questionable
whether
the
service
employees
can
manage
this,
since
it
regularly
gives
the
impression
that
the
shift
is
thinly
staffed,
and
it
may
not
be
possible
to
check
the
cleanliness
without
the
members'
advice.
I
would
describe
the
toilet
itself
as
clean.
However,
one
wonders
whether
the
floor
is
also
cleaned
in
more
impassable
places
(toilet
door
area
around
the
"stilts/fastenings"
of
the
walls),
which
doesn't
allow
us
to
draw
any
great
conclusions.
There
is
a
loose
cable
hanging
out
on
a
treadmill.
In
the
spinning
class
room
there
are
waves
in
the
floor
in
front
of
the
wheels
in
the
back
area.
In
the
front
window
area
there
are
remnants
of
crazy
or
replaced
equipment
(holes).
At
least
it's
not
particularly
nice
to
look
at.
I
alerted
the
service
to
this
via
email
with
photos
in
September
2023
-
without
any
response.
About
two
weeks
ago,
for
whatever
reason,
a
door
in
the
toilet
in
the
women's
changing
area
was
damaged.
This
hung
more
or
less
loosely
in
the
frame.
Screws
could
be
seen...
Maybe
it
wasn't
easy
to
move.
However,
the
door
is
currently
removed.👍
So
only
2
toilets
can
be
used
in
the
women's
locker
room.
In
principle,
this
can
all
be
remedied.
What
is
really
negative,
however,
is
that
emails
with
information
are
not
even
responded
to.
I
sent
the
same
email
twice.
Because
of
the
first
points
mentioned,
that
was
months
ago
now.
There
is
no
response...
I
find
the
equipment
area
very
crowded.
Over
the
years,
very
bulky
devices
have
been
added.
But
at
least
then
there
are
a
lot
of
devices
available.
The
area
in
the
myceil
is
ultimately
manageable.
At
least
I
didn't
have
to
wait
for
a
device
(power).
It
is
quite
crowded
at
peak
times.
That's
just
how
it
is.
However,
it
does
not
contribute
to
the
rating
given.
