Hugo Boss @ Frankfurt Airport. This place is like heaven for American Hugo Boss fans... because they have the whole place filled with Hugos' goodies. If you have not found Metzingen yet, which is their outlet store... go here... and Enjoy, but only if you are a regular size.

What a great place. Lufthansa lost my luggage and I had to buy new underwear and a shirt. The shops close at 9 pm. I arrived 09:05 pm - the other shops told me they were closed already. The BOSS staff reopened the shop to serve me and took all the time needed. This is customer dedication !! 6 stars !

Good selection, but the employee was only moderately motivated. Maybe I don't look like a potential customer in my comfortable long-distance clothing?

Very good service that I have rarely experienced in a clothing store. This goes beyond the normal service and unfortunately you hardly find it anywhere these days. You feel very comfortable here and are not judged from above and then served or ignored at all, which is unfortunately very rare. I would be happy to come back to this Boss Shop and just say thank you to the team on Monday evening of July 29th, 2019 at 7:45 p.m. for the very nice and very polite advice.
