First time to visit it but it is very nice and have a lot of affordable skin care products. They have balea products as well and the prices were very nice. Also, they have a self checkout machine so you don’t need to wait for the line of the cashier but only available to pay by card.

Having dm in a central location is always good.

The most unfriendly DM staff I've experienced. I asked one of them for more info if I could find one product I needed. She replied "What?" then told me (with unsatisfied voice) to ask the cashier and yeah, the cashier was exactly the same - unfriendly.

We didn't find everything we came for... A lot of stuff are unavailable. We used the printer and it was perfect

This is the worst store I went to in Frankfurt. The clerk was almost insulting Asian foreigner and even told a lie. She herself had different ethnicity and I don’t understand how horrible a person can be to others . I am not Chinese but I believe she thought me as a Chinese and even talked to other customers bad words on me. This experience ruined my experience in Frankfurt. You do not buy large bulk here since they will ignore you and mock you.

I went to buy an eyeshadow palette. They had 3 pieces and all were already open with multiple broken shadows. I couldnt even swatch the colours let alone buy a new palette as they didn't have any in stock. They also dont stock many other make up items like eyeshadow primer. Whats the point of having a make up section if its of no use?
