I went to return the faulty item we purchased, and suddenly they dont speak English. I overheard one fixing the bike telling the guy on the counter in French, that „its a retour, may he doesnt have an invoice, tell him you that you dont speak English“. I can understand French. When 2 weeks ago I bought, they were fluently speaking English. When its a retour they suddenly dont speak at all. What a disappointment. Where is the aftersales service of Decahtlon?

Too many items incorrectly priced. One display in the store shows 34.99 and the checkout 59.99. Another display shows 9.99 and the checkout 6.99. Shop assistants shrug and grunt do you want it or not?

We had a mechanical issue with a scooter and they fixed it very quickly and efficiently. The labor was only 5 EUR and the staff was very friendly. Thank you for your excellent customer service and support. We will come back.

I was shocked to learn how arrogant the managers are to their staff.. seemed like a company full of bullies. Also the Covid-hygene standards seem very low since the employees are not taking their distances and masks.. That is very arrogant and dangerous to me. Where can I buy some reviews too? Something seems off here

Very good place for sport stuff, not so expensive though

There are only 2 Decathlon’s in Frankfurt and this is one of them that’s closer to the city. As any decathlon it has wide range of collections at decent prices. One has to be careful while making buying selection as to not buy cheap products while tempted for the cheap price.

We were visiting for a few days and I forgot to pack a swimsuit (it’s sorta funny I forgot a swimsuit for Germany in January, but I wanted to go to the thermal baths.) I placed an order online and arrived at the store about 2 hours later. They didn’t have the order ready so they got it together for me while I waited. I really appreciated it and they were so nice and quick to help finish the order. Thank you for being a big part in making it a great trip for us!

I have been a regular at this store. Have bought many bike accesories over past year. I am happy with the price vs quality ratio of Decathalon products. Recently, I took my bike to this store for repairs. Unfortunately, the store refused to carry out repairs (it was a non-Decathalon brand). But the bike technician still gave me advice and recommendation for another bike store. Overall, a good experience everytime and store assistants speak English. Will recommend.

One of the best sports shop in Frankfurt. It is part of the Decathlon chain of shops and lives up to the name. The prices are very reasonable also.
