Honestly unsure why this place has many bad reviews. Sascha was very knowledgeable and nice to me. I wanted my wedding suit. Sascha took my shoulder imperfections into account and made adjustments accordingly. I went back for a waistcoat and a shirt and Sacha was patient and gave valid and good advice on the same. I would recommend to ask for Sascha if you visit the store. You won't be disappointed :)

Ask for jackson. He’s being fitting suits for over 20 years. I forgot a suit for a business meeting. He guessed my suit size without even measuring first try and it fit perfectly.

Jackson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with my tailoring. Highly experienced - was able to tell my size exactly without asking. His customer service and enthusiasm for his work is commendable

What can I say!!! From the moment you walk in you feel like royalty. Just a perfect group of wonderfully dressed professionals ready to make you look good. Fabio and Marco are just amazing. The moment I walked in I fell in love with them and wanted to hire them as my personal stylists 🤗. The store manager Tony is also awesome; quiet and reserved but I think that is necessary to add balance. Special thanks to EVERYONE. Theophil too. I just want all the best for these dudes and hope everything they do is succesful. I came all the way from Brasil to go to this store and I did NOT regret!

Got myself an appointment for some tailored shirts from scratch, specifically for my measurements but the finished shirts have the worst fit. I can barely move in them. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for tailored suits / shirts.

The way you are treated in this store is on another level. Greeted at the door by a specialist, meet my style director within seconds. Champagne in hand. SS for me, have the best collection I’ve see in a while and I know what I want to purchase as I’m on the bloody website every evening but what happens when you meet the style expert is they bring your fashion ideas to life. I have never been this well dressed in my life and it’s all down to the incredibly talented SS team who know how to dress me for what I like but also know how to take my credit card details in seconds. lol. My boyfriend went to the store to buy a Suit. We were very disappointed. First when we came first in store, the man on the door was super arrogant. The Sale Assistant was nice and helpful. When we came back to pick up the Suit, the quality was disappointing, needless to say the man on the door was again very arrogant and unfriendly. When questioning about the quality, the person that was supposably the Store Manager was trying to convince us that is normal thing, that for this not to happen we should or have it Costume Made or picked a bigger size- non of this were offered to us on the Appointment we made. We waited supper long, to end up with a soso quality pants. There were no apologize made from the Store Manager- his atitude was arrogant and not trying to help at all. I have study Tailoring and Textile and know that is not 'normal' how was made and that it is a quality issue. It felt like we were being fooled. It is not what we expected coming to a store with this concept. Unfortunately we do not recommend the Store , there other Brands that have a much better quality and service.

I want to express my gratitude to the quality of Suitsupply products, I got a few suits for my wedding which I still feel them as new and genuine in quality. I have been there last week to shop for an upcoming event, a very friendly and talented sales guy Zaki helped me get my wishes fulfilled, thank you for professionalism! Amazing shopping experience - Fabio is probably the best style/shopping guide I had so far. Plus a very nice store and atmosphere. Professional and fun advice. High-quality, beautiful, and very well fitting clothes. Great tailoring: I also adjusted the length of Chino's and it went perfectly well and very fast (around 20-30min).

Theo is the go-to! He helped answer all my questions and advised me on the perfect styles. Coming in the store I had purchased Suit Supply before. However, after being enlightened by Theo I quickly realized how little I knew about their different fits and materials. Walked out with 5 suits, shirts, shoes and couldn't have been happier about my purchase. Thumbs way up Theo.

Suit Supply has made me a fan for life. We had a bit of a rough start, but the team did the work to prior challenges. In the end, I ended up with a fantastic looking suit. The familiar atmosphere paired with the knowledgable and polite staff make for the perfect shopping experience. I've had the pleasure of receiving guidance from Friedrich on multiple custom-mades with immaculate results. No matter the occasion, I've always left with a great suit and a smile on my face. Despite me having been sceptical of the concept at first it quickly became one of my go-to spots not only for suits but whenever I am looking for high quality clothing.

I was in Frankfurt, for a business meeting, which went amazingly for me. So I popped into your store to treat myself, I was approached by one of your salesman. He was nicely dressed, he introduced himself as Zakii. We got talking and I told him I had just closed a major deal and wanted to get some bits to celebrate my day. Zakii asked me a few questions, then pulled some bits, he thought I would like. This guy is amazing, from just a few questions, he had pulled some shirts, trousers and jackets, that he believed would suit my needs, for my down time. To be honest, a couple of the bits, I wouldn't of chosen for myself, but I tried them on and I have to admit, he really knows his stuff, as I really liked the combination. He made me feel at ease, whilst shopping, the banter was really good. I didn't feel pressured at all, as some salesmen can be. I will be travelling to Frankfurt more often due to business, I will see Zakii again.

I visited the store in the hope of finding a perfect suit. Less than 1 hour later I left with the greatest sense of satisfaction. I had absolutely awesome help and customer service from Zaki who was patient, knowledgeable and extremely efficient with getting all the style and items I required. This is my second time visiting the store and I have always received great customer service. Would highly recommend:)

I came here in the summer of 2020 to look for a suit for a wedding and I found the perfect one! There was a generous choice of suits available for all occasions. Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, with the exception of one who was unfortunately very rude and impolite. I think he was in charge on this day. He started to serve me but then disappeared and was not to be seen again until much later. He also embarrassed other staff in front of customers, which is unprofessional. He was very arrogant on top of all this. Apart from him, the staff were great and the experience in general was a positive one. I have since been back and bought more!

I had great time shopping at Suit Supply. What my made my experience great was the fact that the staff was extremely helpful and had a great deal of knowledge about their product. Additionally, they were very quick to recognize my needs and spent a great deal of time to make sure that my needs were met. I especially liked my experience with their representative, Zaki, he was very knowledgeable, provided friendly service and made sure to find me exactly what I needed.

It was a really pleasant experience from start to finish. Penelope was helpful, knowledgeable and very accomodating, and I'm confident I'll have a lovely suit soon

Worth every penny! I was recently helped by Paris for an outfit. He’s a very kind and knows his products. He gave me very good style advise and helped me build a very cool look. The store is very clean, chique and the staff was very kind. 10/10 would recommend.
