I bought 2 Vodafone pre paid SIM cards 2 weeks ago in Saturn Frankfurt, the salesman told us that the cards would be active in less than two hours, but since then nothing happened. I asked in Vodafone as well but I got no answer. I feel like Saturn and/or Vodafone stole 60€ directly from our pockets.

Nice store, amazing products but the staff needs to be more friendly and also attentive, there’s some products without prices in the first floor and this was something impossible to ask someone, because all of them were “extremely” busy…

This place is huge, it has almost everything you need.

The selection of Audio CD department is poor. Compared to Saturn Frankfurt MyZeil.

I recently visited Saturn, but I couldn't find most of the products that were shown on the website.

The best service from Samsung worker Haidar! Literally saved my life when I arrived in frankfurt from the UK to my phone battery dying & my phone restarting every 5 minutes. He set me up with a brand new phone whilst also calming me down in the process as I was a bit of a wreck when I arrived in a panic at not having a phone for my trip! Thank you so much!

I bought a earbud from them, It only worked for couple of days. They refused to return it as they said Its hygiene products which can’t be returned. I would advise everyone to not buy any product from then which you can’t return. On other hand, I returned ear buds bought from amazon.

Went there multiple times already and it was ok, but I just got scammed today by asking for some help. Pick your thing and leave. Search online first. If they tell you that you got some free stuff: Congrats! You are probably being scammed 👏

The prices are written as lower but you have to pay 3x on store checkout. They say that it's written wrong. So don't trust the prices that they show you. I'll never shop again there...

Pros: You can find most of the products to use Cons: * Some products were not working or no charge. For example : Google pixel 7 was out of charge and I couldn't able to use some of the smartwatch *In addition, I couldn't able to find service professional to ask about the above points

Very unprofessional when it comes for right pricing. Purchased something with a price tag on and the price at the cashier was different. They said I should check on some app the prices and that someone didn’t change them at store. It happened with another customer as well while i was there.

You can get anything from the latest phones and accesories, tablets , tvs , appliances the staff on the ground is hard to get to for help especially on the ground floor but when you do get to them they are helpful. With the right documents layaways plans are available. They also sell refrigerator, washing machines ect... itd thee place to check out

Saturn, Best for Electronics gadgets. Price is ok or same as brand dont find much offer in Dec 2021. You can find multiple Laptops with different types of brands, headsets, Limited Camera and Lens (I found Canon and Sony only few models), Top brand mobiles, printers, Electric bikes, some SIM cards with Iphone offer and other basic accessories.. since its located in skyline plaza you can also spend good time for snacks with coffee if you want. ☺️

I usually never write a review but I have to say the customer service is horrible at skyline plaza the staff is unfortunately very rude and unfriendly!

Staff was helpful, stock was organized, I could spend hours in places like these. They do not carry musical instruments.

Employies are always busy you have to wait so much to ask anything, especially at Mobile contracts section ..too much waiting

I brought them my computer for repair! i waited three months an i am still waiting! there 2-3 people there who work as technicians! first time they said it was ready but it wasn’t so i bring my pc again back to them. really unprofessional and they didn’t even give me a product number so i can find the status on internet! i went 3 there after those three months and they tell to come Monday then Friday then again Monday! i am disgusted and i couldn’t imagine that this would happen in Germany… i need my pc for work and i told them but they still have no idea what to do! that is my opinion! stay away from saturns technicians

Great products. Its the european version of Best Buy. Seems they are running low on staff. They sell quality tech products with manufacturers guarantee yet they always want you to get the store guarantee, which seems pointless.

I bought 2 times the same vacuum cleaner (dreame T30) from SATURN franfurt skyline plaza in last 3 months and they are broken and failed. Customer service and product responsible do not care at all, never helpful, if it is something super normal..
