Went
for
dinner
with
customers
on
2023.03.21.
We
ordered
a
Suvadee
plate
for
2
persons
to
start
with.
However,
our
nightmare
began.
2
of
our
customers
dipped
on
something(color
and
shape
looked
like
jelly)
which
was
right
in
the
center
of
plate
and
put
in
a
bow
with
foil,
they
tasted
it
and
said
that
it
is
spicy.
We
all
realized
that
the
sauce
might
have
problem
until
my
colleague
smelt
it
liked
alcohol
something.
We
asked
the
waitress
there
to
make
sure
that
was
eatable
but
we
just
received
a
big
surprise
when
she
explained
to
us
“it
is
alcohol
paste
(methanol)”
and
they
supposed
to
light
it
up
but
just
forgot
it.
The
waitress
also
teased
us
and
said
that
everyone
knew
it
was
not
for
eat.
There
was
no
sign
or
verbal
warning
when
served,
shouldn’t
the
restaurant
tell
and
remind
customers?
After
a
while,
we
decided
to
leave
the
restaurant
because
they
completely
destroyed
our
good
mood
and
we
worried
about
our
customers’s
health.
We
paid
at
the
cashier
and
at
the
mean
time
we
asked
the
main
contact
person’s
mobile
phone
number
in
case
of
any
emergency.
The
waitress
made
a
call
to
her
boss
and
explained
to
him
what’s
going
on
here
then
asked
him
to
talk
to
us
but
it
was
another
big
surprise.
The
boss
of
restaurant
laughed
on
the
phone
and
repeated
the
same
theory
as
his
waitress
said
that
you
guys
suppose
to
know
it
is
not
eatable.
What
a
joke,
customers
should
know
everything
in
the
restaurant?
He
also
gave
us
another
ridiculous
example
that
his
mom
also
ate
the
methanol
last
time
and
she
has
no
problem
at
all.
What
a
nice
logic
and
they
must
be
Superman
and
superwoman
family,
they
can
eat
something
we
can
not.
We
had
so
terrible
feeling
because
of
his
ignorance
of
customers
health
and
safety.
We
kept
asking
him
to
give
his
mobile
phone
number
to
us
many
times
in
case
of
any
emergency
but
he
sounded
like
not
willing
to
take
the
responsibility
and
blamed
us
it
was
your
problem
because
you
should
know
it
is
not
eatable.
He
repeated
several
times
“everyone
knows
it
is
not
eatable”,
wondered
whether
everyone
was
clever
as
he’s
expecting.
In
overall,
we
have
to
thank
him
for
the
excellent
hospitality
and
unforgettably
experience
in
Frankfurt.
All
we
want
is
a
simply
responsible
altitude,
apparently
we
don’t
see
it
and
feel
it.
This
is
the
way
how
they
treat
customers,
very
disappointed.
