Awesome arrivals lounge with great showers after a long flight and some delicious coffee and breakfast.

Excellent arrivals lounge in Frankfurt. The lounge was little difficult to find as the signage is small, but the Google Maps location is pretty accurate so just walk in that direction (and be on the arrivals level). Not crowded when we visited Friday early morning. The upper level has comfortable arm chairs, a dining area, a small working area, and a quiet room with long chaises for taking a nap. The lower level has 26 well-appointed and clean shower rooms with huge raindrop showers - a godsend after a long transatlantic flight! The staff members were all without exception warm, welcoming, and helpful. The food selection was the only downside to this lounge, as it was somewhat limited - but what they did have to offer (for breakfast at least) was good quality. Overall, a great place to stop by and freshen up in the Frankfurt airport if you’re traveling on Lufthansa.

Was travelling business class from Zurich to Frankfurt and decided to use this service to easy my travell with two small children. I was told off by staff saying my flight wasn’t long enough to use that lounge. On the website nowhere says how long should be the flight to use this service. Very disappointed in Lufthansa service and their personnel at the Lufthansa Welcome lounge in Frankfurt airport.

Dec 31st flight was less than festive. Too many crew, too little output. The flight crew, although polite, were reluctant to provide standard service. Even a request for hot tea was met with a response that it was an inconvenience to prepare and only bottled water was available. No juice, mixed drinks, or snacks. No mid-flight service. The crew gave the impression that were flying steerage class.

What a pleasant place to spend the morning! I came here after an early arrival from Hong Kong and was invited to use the Welcome Lounge. The lounge is located immediately to your left once you leave baggage reclaim. I found it easy enough to find. Once you arrive into the lounge, you are greeted by reception who will take care of your luggage while you’re free to use the lounge without worrying about your suitcase! The lounge was very quiet on a Saturday morning (guess business travellers take up most of the space). I didn’t see an a la carte option but there was plenty of delicious hot food which was delicious and unique - perfect for a German winter. In the basement, you will find there are a plethora of showers. I stepped into my cubicle and was amazed at how airy and tastefully decorated the shower room was! It was a welcome change after experiencing BA’s showers in their equivalent. Really enjoyed it! Luxurious L’occitane amenities and a powerful shower. I would highly recommend coming here after your flight if you have status/flying business.

Love this idea. A little hard to find because of the lack of directional signages. You have to leave the baggage reclaim area before finding the signage outside. You get good hot and cold food and beverages which is great after a long journey and the toilets are immaculate which is wonderful for a shower or to refresh yourself and change to a fresh set of clothes.

There is a small selection of food for breakfast. They have a coffee machine, sodas, and juices for selection. Good place to relax for a bit before train arrives. You can pay 60 euros if you did not get the business class flight. Just have to go to service desk up stairs.

The lounge is open for a couple hours which seems really odd. However, the lounge offers showers, clean restrooms, newspapers and magazines plus food and drinks. We arrived an hour before they closed. So it was really nice to freshen up before catching the train to Bochum.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Only stayed for a quick breakfast. Easy to find, follow signs after you exit luggage claim.

The Lufthansa Welcome Lounge is a great spot for a quick relaxation pause after a long haul flight, ahead of a busy day. There are plenty of showers available downstairs, which are well presented and properly equipped for an arrivals lounge. Be aware that entry to the showers closes before the lounge itself, by approximately 20 minutes. From my experience it has also been fairly quiet which is just what you want. Perhaps the Welcome Lounge is a little tricky to find and a decent walk if you're arriving from the Z Gates and therefore Arrivals A1 and A2, but it's well signed nonetheless. It would certainly be beneficial if the lounge remained open a little longer in the day for those later flights, and especially ones that are a touch delayed that could cause a missed opportunity for a quick freshen up ahead of afternoon meetings.

One of the best lounges I've been in. Good food ( full of variaties), cheerful staffs and clean restrooms

We used the business lounge near gate B44. It is still coming up to full level after the pandemic closure. It was a pleasant experience but nowhere near that offered by Middle East and Asian carriers at their home bases. The departure announcement board did not clearly show the boarding time. That would've been helpful. The Lufthansa app did give a notification. This is not about the lounge but rather about the operations. Lufthansa did not use multiple jet bridges to board a 744-400 (two class config). We were at the gate when the flight started boarding and boarded first but the possibility of boarding at your convenience for business and first class passengers would've been impossible with this structure. I am assuming this is due to staff shortage at Frankfurt airport.

Great staff and clean place. Have the feeling they are wasting food every day. The first time I was there, they was a lot of remaining foods that probably ended up in the trash.

We'll hidden and very underutilized. Coffee, breakfast and a shower. Very nice if you can find it. Area B, outside PP and Customs, street level, far right end of terminal 1

Nice place to catch a shower. If you're not a Lufthansa Senator or higher, you just need a biz class ticket on an international flight arriving the same day to enter. Quiet place with standard Lufthansa lounge food (Bretzels, Scram Eggs, etc) to wait for a DB or Bus connection.
