    I stayed here with my family, but it was a surreal experience. On the day of check-in, we were assigned a different room, and we immediately realized the problem when our keys opened another room where other people were staying. We returned to the reception, informed them of the mistake, and were given the correct room. With the same key, we opened the apartment. I deduce, therefore, that all keys open all the apartments? The most scandalous thing is that on the last night, as it seems to have happened to many people according to the reviews, thieves entered and took some items while my brother and his girlfriend were sleeping in the room. We called the police and the hotel staff, but no one did anything to resolve the situation. The perception is one of complicity on the part of both law enforcement and the hotel staff. We were not compensated, and no one provided assistance. THIS IS A SITUATION WHERE THERE CLEARLY IS AN AGREEMENT WITH LOCAL CRIMINALS AND NO ONE, NEITHER THE MANAGEMENT NOR THE LAW ENFORCEMENT, PROTECTS AND ENSURES THE CUSTOMER. NEVER BOOK HERE.

    I stayed at the facility for 2 months. I would definitely NOT recommend due to the lack of service, cleanliness of the rooms, and security reasons. The cleaning staff does a medium job, however, there are bugs everywhere... mostly coming from the kitchen and bathroom. Furthermore, my stuff got stolen from the washing room, nothing is closed and secured, anyone can enter the premises, from random homeless people from the area to escort service providers. My loss value from the theft was around 500 euros, no one cared, no compensation was offered (even though everything was recorded on camera). Several times I approached HQ of Visionapartments, just excuses and no solutions. Police also could not help as Visionapartments were not cooperating. For a price of EUR 2350 per month, it is a JOKE and DISGRACE. Never again... stay away from it!

    Good lodging place suitable for tourists to stay in Frankfurt central, restaurants of several types of food are available around here, bus stops, metro, main train station, hotels and sightseeing of downtown and river Main are at walking distance, many skyscraper of the city are you can visit all old and new combination of City as walking day tour, recommended

    I enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The staff where available online to resolve any query. My checkin was contactless , I was given access code to gain entry. My pillows were too soft . Also late check out is accepted till 6pm at a fee €39.00 . It’s close to the train station and 10/15 mins work to the city centre

    The most unprofessional behaviour I ever met at my hotel experience....At beginning of 2020 I reserved a room , because of Messe exhibition that would took place at March 2020 under normal circumstances. As we all know because of Covid-19 everything cancelled...I called them to explain my situation and when I asked them to reserve it for a future day but not during 2020 necessary because the state with the Virus was really unstable and unknown to its expansion, they insisted to reserve it during 2020....I accepted it and reserve it for September 2020 (that Messe also announced that they would transferred it) ,but Messe cancelled it at April again because as it was proved the Covid situation start to be much worse (and even now we have a lot deaths and victims of the virus). So as every sensible person would do , I wanted to change the date to another, also because the exhibition cancelled for 2022 , and for our Health and safety mainly !!! And the "perfect" hotel management of Vision apartments, even I wanted to change it 5 months before my reservation , they didn't accept it at ALL !!! Not even during 2020 or beginning 2021 !!! And again note how many airline tickets they were returned , billion of euros and dollars !!! But Vision apartments is another planet, they cant cancel it so easilybyiyr reservation because you want to stay secure, is disadvantage for you...you must be infected as hell if you don't want to lose your reservation...So yes you can try other hotels because as it seems Vision apartments doesn't care for pandemias and for your health but for their money only !!! And for 85€ per night , this behaviour is at least unacceptable and amateurish. Much better to pay 100€ or more per night at a hotel that can understand the conditions under which EVERYONE must understand when you can't use your reservation . And the behaviour of a hotel is not only when they have customers every year ,month and day but at the "bad" moments as well when they dont have any client !!!! Enjoy the "fortune" I gave you, so much is your value as hotel. Pity that I can't rate it as 0 stars.

    Do not stay here! Things that DON’T WORK: Elevators, washer and dryers, key codes to get in room. Body wash/shampoo empty, entire building smells like rotten eggs, tough to get in touch with customer service. I had to call 4 times to get deposit back The only good thing is close to train station

    The rooms were clean and spacious. No keycard needed. (You only need to input a passcode to enter the building and your room) The night-shift security guy was pretty friendly, but the 2 staff in the morning were rude and not supporting at all. Check-in experience was also bad. The reservation staff forgot to send us passcodes. We arrived on Sunday and nobody was there to help. We had to make several international calls to the head office for help. It took almost an hour before we could get in the building. Also, I don't recommend this apartment to anyone who want to change towels frequently since this apartment offers only 1 cleaning/week. We would have been using 2 towel sets/person for a whole week if we didn't ask the head office for extra towels. PS. The floor was all ceramic tiles. You might want to bring your own slippers along if you plan to stay during cold seasons.

    I have stayed there 3 weeks. The position is convenient but one of the worst in frankfurt (near the station). The worst thing is that the room was not the same from the photos they showed me when I booked! They told me that the room may differ from the photos… it is very unfear and not professional! The concierge guy was not affable at all from the beginning. Moreover the concierge service is open from 9 to 18 in the week snd closed during the weekend so almost impossibile to reach out to them if you work. Good to have the wash and dry services but most of the machines do not work. The gym is ok even if very small.

    Worst customer service ever. is not customer oriented, ask for help from anywhere, it won't work no no no. the dishes are dirty. we will come to this city again soon, we will look for another hotel. we travel a lot, this hotel has the worst customer service.

    Comfortable mattress and clean room. Curtains could use a good cleaning. Convenient to train station and river. Know your location.

    Convenient place for short to medium term stay. Rooms are clean and practical, but on the smaller side. Staff was friendly and willing to help. There were a few problems that were dealt with by local staff and the service Hotline. Parking spot available for 15 per day which can be quite convenient. All in all a good place to stay for a few days to weeks if you spend most of your time outside.

    The room is okay not very much space and they should give you more towels. Bed is also very small for 2 people. It’s 120x200 cm

    Great location, everything can be reached by a short walk. And the call center service is great, fast, kind and totally helpful! The rooms are clean, modern and tidy.

    Super easy to locate, get in/out and toiletries except toothpaste are provided as well as kitchen utensils. Will definitely stay with vision again!

    It's a good choice for longer stays but I don't recommend it for shorter stays. There is no reception, No bag hold on the day of your arrival or departure. You can not check-in earlier. It can also get a bit cleaner. It is a nice choice for longer stays until you find an appartment.

    I left a phone SIM card on the table in the apartment and it was gone. I thought I lost it. But yesterday from that number my friends got messages with requests of money. Looks like it was not loss after all... Do not recommend anyone to stay at that place but in case you have to, have a good look for your staff.

    Privacy 0,00%. People eating at the Zhung Grill as well the cleaning personnel during their break as well any guest going for a smoke literally look into your bed. Never again.

    As usual, I travel Europe a lot, and I chose vision apartament for there services, clean, quiet, and discret. The personal was verry polite and answering to my question on the phone imedialtly Recommended :Leonardo Samuel
