The
most
unprofessional
behaviour
I
ever
met
at
my
hotel
experience....At
beginning
of
2020
I
reserved
a
room
,
because
of
Messe
exhibition
that
would
took
place
at
March
2020
under
normal
circumstances.
As
we
all
know
because
of
Covid-19
everything
cancelled...I
called
them
to
explain
my
situation
and
when
I
asked
them
to
reserve
it
for
a
future
day
but
not
during
2020
necessary
because
the
state
with
the
Virus
was
really
unstable
and
unknown
to
its
expansion,
they
insisted
to
reserve
it
during
2020....I
accepted
it
and
reserve
it
for
September
2020
(that
Messe
also
announced
that
they
would
transferred
it)
,but
Messe
cancelled
it
at
April
again
because
as
it
was
proved
the
Covid
situation
start
to
be
much
worse
(and
even
now
we
have
a
lot
deaths
and
victims
of
the
virus).
So
as
every
sensible
person
would
do
,
I
wanted
to
change
the
date
to
another,
also
because
the
exhibition
cancelled
for
2022
,
and
for
our
Health
and
safety
mainly
!!!
And
the
"perfect"
hotel
management
of
Vision
apartments,
even
I
wanted
to
change
it
5
months
before
my
reservation
,
they
didn't
accept
it
at
ALL
!!!
Not
even
during
2020
or
beginning
2021
!!!
And
again
note
how
many
airline
tickets
they
were
returned
,
billion
of
euros
and
dollars
!!!
But
Vision
apartments
is
another
planet,
they
cant
cancel
it
so
easilybyiyr
reservation
because
you
want
to
stay
secure,
is
disadvantage
for
you...you
must
be
infected
as
hell
if
you
don't
want
to
lose
your
reservation...So
yes
you
can
try
other
hotels
because
as
it
seems
Vision
apartments
doesn't
care
for
pandemias
and
for
your
health
but
for
their
money
only
!!!
And
for
85€
per
night
,
this
behaviour
is
at
least
unacceptable
and
amateurish.
Much
better
to
pay
100€
or
more
per
night
at
a
hotel
that
can
understand
the
conditions
under
which
EVERYONE
must
understand
when
you
can't
use
your
reservation
.
And
the
behaviour
of
a
hotel
is
not
only
when
they
have
customers
every
year
,month
and
day
but
at
the
"bad"
moments
as
well
when
they
dont
have
any
client
!!!!
Enjoy
the
"fortune"
I
gave
you,
so
much
is
your
value
as
hotel.
Pity
that
I
can't
rate
it
as
0
stars.
