I am terribly disappointed with the service and the hotel itself. I arrived at the airport after a 6-hour journey and was supposed to sleep in the mentioned hotel, but no one warned me that "check-in" at the hotel could not be done at the time I arrived. I paid 250 euros for the night through the agency and in the end I slept the whole night on the floor of the airport because no one from the hotel answered the phone when I was trying to call them. The worst experience in my life and I would not recommend it to anyone. avoid.

Very nice trasit hotel with very modern rooms. It's a little expensive, but it's definitely worth it when you've been traveling for a day or more and have a 15 hour layover here. It's nice to get some quite time and a hot shower really does wonders. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place! If you have a long-ish layover especially at night or if you’re tired and just need a couple hours of great sleep, stay here by the hour! I had seen it before as I flew out of Gate Z25, but never thought I’d need it until yesterday. I had a night layover in Frankfurt, and it’s too much hassle anymore to leave the airport so I chose this hotel. Worth every penny. The evening and morning staff were beyond friendly and stayed in touch as I made my way to the Z terminal. Rooms and beds are quiet and comfortable, showers and coffee are hot and lovely, they have vending machines and free water. It’s located at gate Z25 and my flight was out of gate Z22, what more could you want?! I’d recommend to anyone.

This hotel such a life saver. I had 12 hour layover in Frankfurt on the flight from USA to Europe. And business class lounge at Lufthansa is always overcrowded and loud. So to relax and sleep I booked myself transit hotel. I managed to take shower, sleep, and also take a beautiful photos of planes take off and land because I took room with the window. I highly recommend if you are tired and sleepy to get rest and privacy. Corridors are quite and you dont hear all this airport noise. Of course it's a bit expensive since you spend few hours. i spent 7 hours and paid over 200 euro. But my personal comfort more important! After that I was so relaxed and ready to continue my journey!

I needed the time at the hotel to recover from the stress of the airport and the room was so cozy and tidy. It was very comforting, thanks to it I managed to have a great night's rest and calm down for another day at the airport. The staff are friendly and caring!

An excellent transit hotel located in Zone Z of Terminal 1. Do note that you cannot switch from Zones A, B, C, etc to Z past 2200 hrs as transfer buses stop at that hour. You can leave and enter the hotel whenever but you will remain in Zone Z for the rest of the night. A third of rooms offers an excellent view over the main apron and runway of the airport. Rooms are compact, but more than comfortable with a sufficient number of USB ports, sound insulation is superb in spite of being located just next to the taxiway. The hotel offers customary hot drinks in its lobby.

I booked a room from 300pm 8/12 to 10am 8/13. My check-in process was easy and seamless. However, I had a serious privacy and security violation at 900am 8/13. While I was still in the room, a fellow guest opened my door with his key card. I immediately alerted the front desk. I was told that this was impossible. I was forced to retrieve the guest that opened my room in order to collaborate my situation. I was then told that this was "normally impossible". I was not offered any valid compensation, nor even an apology. I was told that there was no manager on duty that could help me. I was at first told that it was impossible and I was mistake, and then told that it was an impossible mistake. I was made to feel that I was in the wrong, I paid over 300 USD for the one night in the room. The workers at the front desk were Murat, Nikolas, and Lee.

Was incredibly amazed with just how well-planned these rooms were; not an inch of space wasted. I'm 6'6" and believe me, I fit in the bed. Too, and unbelievably, the rooms are SILENT...even with my room looking directly out onto the tarmac!! Can't express just how great it was to wake up, and head straight to my gate vs having to slog thru the infamously long lines to get back into FRA for a flight back to the US.

We recently stayed at the Cloud Transit Hotel at Frankfurt airport, and I must say, it was a pleasant experience. The stay was comfortable, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff was incredibly supportive and accommodating, making our transit stay hassle-free. I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay during their long layovers at Frankfurt airport.

I had such an amazing experience! The hotel was so nice and clean and the customer service was outstanding. I came from a very long flight, and Marcel took such good care of me. I was provided a room with a beautiful view and I was informed where everything was located, in the event I needed anything throughout the night. I wanted to take this time, to thank Marcel for his courtesy and professionalism. I look forward to returning, and hope that I have the opportunity to work with the amazing staff again. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed.

Had an 8 hour layover over night in Frankfurt and didn’t want to leave the airport. Found this spot 1 minute away from our gate for our AM flight. Staff were helpful. Rooms were quiet. We were able to sleep, shower and enjoy our long flight to the US the next morning. Worth the cost. Thank you!

One of the best things that you can do when having a stop at Frankfurt airport is staying at MY Cloud hotel and get some rest, take shower and refresh. They also have a coffee and snacks in the lobby. The rooms are clean and quiet a wonderful place to get some sleep. The hotel is open 24/7 and you are able to reserve from 3hr to staying overnight. Totally recommend this place.

Horrible. Do not book here! My flight was Delayed. I can’t access my room for 7 hours after I walked around for 2 hours trying to find it. They close from 10pm-5am. Now I have no options but to sleep in the airport. Waste of money and they refuse to refund me. Worst experience I have ever had.

My only complaint is the window, I wish it would close more. Also, I thought the window was directly to the outside, but the window is inside, and people can walk by your room and view you inside of there. Otherwise, the perfect stop for a long layover in the Frankfort Airport.

These people are saving lives! After a terrible day of travel, I stumbled upon My Cloud when I thought I would have to sleep at my gate. I was about to un-alive someone! The staff was extremely friendly, the room was tidy and has its own bathroom (including shower) facilities, and it was located just two minutes from my gate. Highly recommend for anyone, but especially for those who are at their wits end!

Clean, tidy and quiet. Perfect for resting before your flight. Staff are really pleasant too

The location was fair yet the customer service was a complete and utter disappointment. Requesting for us to leave our 15 year old daughter alone in a separate room, in a foreign country, is a despicable request. Completely rude, shows no respect, and management is intolerable. Don’t even waste your time going to this hotel. We sprinted excited to get a room from a different terminal for absolutely nothing. Enjoying our 14 hour layover without a hotel. Thank you very much My Cloud Hotel!

My parents’ connection flight (with Lufthansa) to Boston was canceled and rebooked to next day. They don’t have Schengen visa so couldn’t leave the airport. Glad this hotel is inside hall Z, terminal 1. My parents really enjoyed the stay. Can’t imagine how they could spend the 29 hours without it.

Cool hotel! This was an ideal stop for our long layover in FRA on the way to SIN. The room is super tiny, but that's exactly what was advertised. Price was high, but worth it since they are really the only option for staying at the airport without technically entering Germany.

Great place!! Staff were incredibly helpful, rooms were very cozy, modern and extremely clean and comfortable! I recommend getting one with a window, it’s fun watching the planes coming and going! I’ll stay again next time I’m in Frankfurt, thanks!! 👍🏻👍🏻

I missed my flight and was upset about it because I was missing my birthday celebration at home. The reception staff, Raehyun, Nicolas, and Andres, were very understanding, helpful, and nice! Great staff, customer service, and comfortable accommodation!

Nice and clean, but very expensive. And be prepared to walk and go through some airport security depending on which terminal you have landed. Staff is super nice.

The perfect spot when you have a long layover! Tiny room, but super comfortable. It had everything we needed to catch several hours of sleep and a shower, before our next flight. Thank you.

The best way to spend spare transit time: relaxing in your own room, lying on a comfortable bed or taking a nice shower. The only downside is that it's a bit on the expensive side all things considered. Also, the rooms could use a bit more space, with only bare minimum space and amenities. Note that if you require full blackout for sleeping go for the interior rooms as the exterior do let a lot of daylight in.
