I ordered HOT CHOCOLATE, it’s almost only MILK+ Some foam! !!!! Only very light chocolate flavor at the bottom. and it cost 4 euros. I find other commends also complained about the same problem And one staff seems can not understand hot chocolate in English also I repeated in German Schokolade, still seems not understand, later another lady come and help. This shop can exist only bcos travelers passing by Frankfurt buy it. Ppl who live in Frankfurt will never come again

Second time we tried a chai latte from coffee fellows in the hopes that our first was an outlier. But no. Their chai is remarkable garbage. I cannot keep having abysmal chai's. In general Coffee Fellows is otherwise okey, specifically any other of their venues. There was only one, obviously unexperienced, staff, who is in charge of the whole store. After I got my coffee, there comes a guy, who is obviously not working for coffee fellows, and he just walks into the service area and takes the ice cubes for his own drink. Using the ice shovel from the store, he puts some ice cube AND the shovel (submerged) into his cup with unidentified liquid. The young staff just let it happen. In short, if you are looking for a coffee a la COVID, this is the place to go.

The bagels are tasty and the coffee is also fine. We ordered capuchinos and the employees were distracted and screaming at each other, so distracted that they didn’t put milk in one of them.

Located in the station food court. Good coffee as other coffee fellows chain stores. The food court has wifi and many seats, and is kept clean.

Possibly the worst coffee I've ever had. We ordered an iced capuccino and a chai latte. The iced cappuccino was so weak and disgusting. The chai latte tasted like spiced dirt milk. Absolutely no care put into these beverages. A waste of ~9 euros.

I never rate places, but this place is abysmal. Probably the worst staff ever in any take out coffee place. Avoid if you value your inner peace and sanity.

Yesterday morning I visited the location. The crew are unfriendly and can‘t understand german language. That‘s the reason i written here in english. I take two cup of coffee and want to have stamps. But she didn‘t understand and asked the others and make me her own signature on the stamps card. Can i use it the other coffee follower?? The milk of coffee was also „einfach zu grobe Schaum“ not the expected cappuccino for coffee followers. And I left used small paper on the table and the crew stared at me impolite and looks like ready to fight me. So I just said many times sorry and take it. OMG! Also die Mädels waren nicht in der Lage da zu arbeiten. Bin sehr enttäuscht!

Went for a coffee there. Tried the peanut tort the best one I have tried in a long time. If zou are at main station its a must try

After the major yet inevitable disappointment the Deutsche Bahn provides on a daily basis, this oat milk coffee brought me back to life. The little cake was (despite it being my birthday) a bit much although it looks so dainty and small. Service was friendly and the food court very clean

Didn't have the sought after muffins on two occasions I was there. The staff couldn't be bother to supply adequate answer beside no.

Did ask for a double shot cappuccino and got just overheated milk with some taste of coffee! Waste of money!

The taste and the presentation were really good. I really enjoyed the place and the atmosphere near around. I recommend that people should go there and enjoy the surroundings with a cup of coffee.

Good to go bags are my favorite!!! Staff is friendly. Even if they don’t speak well german they try to help you. Only problem is there are less charging ports at market Halle and even if you request to crew they don’t help you in this matter. So i will give 4 star for services.

I had a disappointing experience with the Caramel Frappuccino as I was actually craving the chocolate one. Although I didn't mention it, the drink felt more like a milkshake than a Frappuccino. The service seemed a bit overwhelmed, which I can understand considering it was the hottest day in Germany.

Average coffee. The staff patrol the place like police officers, requesting proof of vaccination status multiple times. While waiting with our bags while my wife ordered coffee a very rude employee told me the cafe is only for paying customers.

Worst Coffee Fellows ever. Staff was arguing and being unfriendly. Sweating onto the bagels. The Cappuccino and Frappiato looked and tasted like a toddler mixed random ingredients.

Avoid. I've been to other Coffee Fellows in Frankfurt and Munich and they are awesome. This one in Frankfurt train station was rude, didn't seem to want to serve us and didn't give us enough change. Won't go back to this coffee shop again. There are plenty of other coffee shops in the station so there instead.

Not verry motivated or friendly staff. They don’t clean the portafilter. I don’t recommend this place.

Worst cappuccino ever. I basically received a cup of warm milk. Additionally the staff serving me was unfriendly and complained loudly about a fellow staffer arriving only just in time, while taking out his cigarettes while still behind the counter. All this leaves me the impression of very poorly trained baristas.

Ordered a medium coffee and got a medium size cup filled to the middle.

The worst latte Ive ever had. What you see on the screen is not what you get. Take a starbucks around the corner.

The lady asking me about my vaccinations (only AFTER I ordered and received my order) did that in a totally unintelligible way and when I did not react quick enough she started muttering ´Polizei´. If you hire somebody, at least verify that person speak proper German.

The staff are the kindest. I went there every day for about half a year during a job in Frankfurt and they always gave me great service. The coffee was good, too.

Tried the coffee and bagels for breakfast with my wife. Loved the atmosphere and the coffee.
