Still something not done properly; that caused me to waste time to try and understand what had happened, and forced me to return to the office to get an explanation.

I wanted to make an appointment but they never responded to my emails.

Dr Ekhart always takes his time with his patients, he is very polite and I always feel well looked after. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the staff at the reception who are often very rude and uninterested- on the phone and in person. Called his office and left a message the next day labs were in doctor would call back, no call received, next day called (Friday) and very rude women said my labs weren't ready explained what I was told yesterday, and she said they were ready but doctor out. The office is not truthful, the doctor does not keep his word, and the clinic is more expensive than the Urgent Care I go to sometimes in the United States. So according to the clinic they will mail my results to the USA rather than giving them to me over the phone as promised and I am left not knowing if I need to be doing something different based on my labs. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!

The personnel was attentive and nice, spoke to me in English without any complaints and even changed some coins for the parking machine for me, which was a great detail. Sadly my German speaking skills are not that evolved at the moment, but luckily there weren't any problems here - everyone also speaks English. On the downside, in that particular day the card payment wasn't possible (problems with the system) but that was easily resolved with a bank transfer.
