"I'm always ready to pay for a good meal. I visited this restaurant based on a recommendation. I paid 49.99 euros for a T-bone steak. I have to be honest; it was a complete disappointment. I don't think the meat was marinated, and it didn't taste like it was barbecued; it seemed more like it was cooked on a griddle. I'm very unhappy that I paid 49.99 euros for a piece of meat that I could have bought for 10 euros at the store and cooked at home. In terms of price and performance, I would never recommend this place. The presentation of the dishes was nice, but I care more about taste."

First things first: we had no chance to try any dish. So, for this reason, I’ve rated the food with five stars. We saw the ads on a social media platform and stopped in Frankfurt. We had a reservation and equipped with high expectations, we entered the restaurant. At this time, we had no idea that our experience would end within seconds. The reason for the abortion was that they didn’t accept credit cards. For this reason, we had to leave the restaurant, pay a parking fee, and leave for another location with a credit card acceptance. Again, I am not rating the quality, but having no credit card machine makes our experience to a nay, than a hey!

if you want a fun dinner scene for a date or friends this is the spot! with an amazing DJ and IG filled experiences definitely a must try. from the life size metal horse to the lightning and cloud ceilings, this place is totally cool. the food was good as well. get the steaks, the gnocchi, and the fish. skip the grilled chicken (on the dry side). the food presentation by the servers and the plates were really fun! the DJ and music were great as well. dont miss out on the IG photo op in the bathrooms. this place is must try and have fun in Frankfurt!

It is still a good place. I was here two years ago, and when I booked now again I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. I still proceeded because I wanted to see what was so wrong with the place. I was surprised, because for us everything was perfect. The food was great (we had steak, salmon, prawns and chicken breast, and sides of vegetables, tagliatelle, sweet and regular fries - all very nicely cooked and served - we liked each dish, and of course the presentation). The deserts were also good. We had cocktails that night - very tasty! And there was live music too - so the atmosphere was very dynamic. The service was good, we asked for a different table and they accommodated, we called to say that we will be 30min later and they accommodated, the waiters are all super nice! Nice place, definitely not a 3.4.

Alternative place, excellent menu quality, attentive service, but a little slow. Pleasant and polite staff. I will be back

Die Show und das Ambiente waren toll und das Fleisch, die Gnocchi sowie das Rinder-Carpaccio waren geschmacklich erste Klasse. Ich komme gerne wieder!

X Das Porterhouse Steak war relativ "gewöhnlich", wie eins aus der Metro. Die Zubereitung an sich eines Porterhouse-Steaks, -bzw. auch unter T-Bone mit kleinerem Filletanteil bekannt- kann an sich nicht beidseitig Medium zubereitet werden, wenn sich das Fleisch bis zum Servieren am Knoch befindet. Aus anderen Sterneküchen ist man es daher gewohnt, dass beide Fleischstücke (links und rechts vom Knochen) separat gegrillt werden, um beidseitig den Garpunkt zu erreichen. Das hätte ich mir hier auch gewünscht, da das Fillet-Stück leider relativ durch war. Das Knoblauchbrot (meine persönliche Empfindung) wäre super, wenn es nicht latschig wäre, sondern kross angebraten :) X Man kann nicht mit Karte bezahlen (außer mit der altmodischen "EC Karte"), was ich für ein Restaurant -welches online in Social Media so aktiv ist- überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen kann. Vorallem, wenn die Preise/Rechnung der Speisen schnell mal bei über 150 Euro ist, wie in meinem Fall. Dann zu verlangen, dass man doch Geld abheben soll bei einem ATM, naja.. nicht die feine Art. Wir fanden aber eine Lösung, dass die Bezahlung durch eine Angestellte ausgelegt wurde und ich den Betrag an sie überwiesen habe. Glücklicherweise war ich nicht mit ausländischen Kunden dort essen, sonst wäre das ein wenig peinlich geworden -für das Restaurant-. - Der Service ist zwar freundlich, aber nicht wirklich zuvorkommend. Was aber auch tagesformabhängig ist. Von daher nicht weiter tragisch, aber dennoch erwähnenswert. Leere Gläser blieben zudem bis ultimo stehen, was ich schade finde. - Aus der Küche kommt ein dauerhafter Geräuschpegel in Form lautem Klopfen -mit dem Fleisch-Hammer?-. Auf Dauer etwas "nervig" + An sich aber eine super Atmosphäre und coole Sache mit dem Servieren am Tisch. Allem in allem würde ich aber nicht nochmal kommen. Vorallem, weil ich nicht wüsste, wie ich bezahlen soll.

The place is very nice. Even though the food is pricey, it's mouthwatering. The service was remarkable with positive attitude and recommendations.

Never again! We tried this place since it seemed very popular in the neighbourhood, but the experience was disastrous. -We were served (and our orders were taken) after people that came after us; -Our mojito came without mint and with 3 small flies inside, instead; -The steak in my steak salad was dry; -The hamburger in my wife's Loki Burger was the hardest we have ever eaten. Plus it had no bacon in it; -We went for lunch and were informed we could order only from 1 page in the menu, since the other food was supposed to be for dinner only. But many customers that came after us ordered and received food from the "dinner menu"; -Two out of 3 waitresses did not wear a mask; -One of the waitresses carried some empty glasses by holding them with her fingers from inside. Presentation of the dishes is good, but that's all there is to it. I brought by wife there for her birthday, I hope you don't do the same mistake!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend bei "Platz im Herzen" der Service hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, das Essen war lecker.. wir hatten Fisch, Fleisch und Burger und wir waren Alle positiv überrascht.. wir kommen wieder! Einen Stern Abzug gibt es von uns lediglich für die Pommes.. die gehen wirklich besser. Die Süßkartoffelpommes hingegen ein Traum ! 😊 Weiter so!

Steakhouse with a special way of serving and decor. Bathrooms are very Instagramable :). The food is a bit too much for a dinner date but great to share with friends or colleagues.

Dieses Restaurant ist immer einen Besuch wert, wir waren da zum Mittagessen, haben keine Show miterlebt, aber das Essen war außergewöhnlich und die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam! Der Jan hat uns mit ganz viel Leidenschaft bedient. Wir haben Burger mit verschiedenen Beilagen gegessen und können euch auch dies weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Alsooooo. Ich war vor Jahren mal in der alten Location und da war schon alles prima. Auf instagram kommt man ja kaum vorbei an den außergewöhnlichen Storys vieler, aus dieser wunderschönen Location. Auch wollte ich mir den Kellner unbedingt mal in live geben😅. Ich finde Platz im Herzen ABSOLUT hervorragend und bedanke mich von Herzen für dieses Erlebnis dort <3. In der letzten Zeit hat man ja viel Kritik mit bekommen und auch einige Bewerbungen hier stellt sich die Frage wie kann das sein. Meine Theorie: wer schlechtes sehen will, wird auch schlechtes finden. Ich könnte mich jetzt auch beschweren das wir trotz Reservierung 3min warten mussten bis ein Tisch frei wurde. Oder die music Laut war. Oder ich lieber ein Tisch mehr mittig gehabt hätte. Oder, oder, oder. Ich für mein Teil habe gerne gewartet um dort ein Erlebnis aus perfekter Show und überragenden essen genießen zu dürfen. Service super lieb, hat gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Und es war mega viel los. Essen wirklich ein Erlebnis. Die Gnocci mit Trüffel oder der Püree sind wirklich nicht verbesserungsfähig. Einfach perfekt. Das steak war auch genauso wie wir es uns gewünscht haben und das Baklawa auch perfekt. Im ganzen wurden unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Vielen Dank an das platz im herzen Team und vorallem an den einzigartigen Kellner. ❤️🙏🤝

The drinks were okay-ish, the service was slow, and the food was bland and lacking seasoning. The entire presentation concept is quite confusing. So many different foods are just getting slopped in the middle of the table, while guests are having to dunk so the servers can pour the food in the middle of the table. The entire buffet made no sense, I didn't see any concept or thought behind the different components and how they go along with each other (spoiler alert - they didn't). The atmosphere was over the top and kinda tacky, including the servers in costumes, which I could have ignored if food was well seasoned.

Overpriced drinks and food, terrible service. Was offered the dessert menu, and when I accepted the waitress said I wouldn’t have time to eat it. Why offer, then? Embarrassing line outside with schikimicki people waiting to pay €40 for 200g of chicken and a ridiculous portion of fries. The food is good, though.

Wir waren gestern zu dritt das erste mal dort und waren begeistert. Essen und Qualität waren sehr gut, leckere Cocktails, Service & Show waren top und der Laden hat wirklich Style. Nachdem ich nun da war kann ich manche Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen. Ja, es ist ein bisschen Laut ab einer bestimmten Uhrzeit - Das würde ich aber zur Show & Style zählen. Und ja, das Fleisch (wir haben es Medium rare bestellt) wird schnell kalt, aber das ist nachvollziehbar da es einem geschnitten wird und auf einer Holzplatte angerichtet wird. Wer mit diesem Konzept nicht leben kann soll halt einfach nicht hingehen anstatt blöde Kommentare zu hinterlassen 🤷🏻‍♂️ Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

It was an interesting experience to say the least. The staff violently put the water bottles on the table, I was startled every time. The music was too loud for a restaurant, more fitting for a pub. The whole presentation of the food wasn’t bad but I had preferred a short introduction cause the concept wasn’t so clear to us. Kind of curious to see a bath tub instead of a sink, but not practical. Plus the food wasn’t great, the chilli sauce wasn’t spicy but sweet.

The ever surprisingly bad experience I had in a restaurant. Sharing the one unique dessert between 6 people... oh it was quite covid friendly. Putting the dish with sauce without a plate?!... I am too frenchy probably. It is not my style of service and concept. Ever worst restaurant experience in my life. ...😀

Great service from start to finish, the staff paid attention to all details and left us with an amazing impression. The oreo cheesecake in a glass was nice, would love some berries that are red in color added in the future to truly give it a Top 10 from over 300 cheesecakes I have tasted throughout the world. We will definitely return to try each and every item on the menu. Great job! A definite recommendation for those with class and real taste.

I travel a lot and this restaurant is easily now my top five favorite places to visit in Western Europe. I’m usually very disappointed in European flavor, however, our shared meal at Platz Im Herzen was amazing!!! Delicious! I now have a new favorite every time I visit Germany.

Great turkey restaurant. We had dinner there. For lunch u can also choose from the menu but from. 5 pm it's like that: u choose between fish and meat, then u add how many side dishes u like (salad, gnocchi, sweet potato fries, etc. The waiter will prepare everything like on the pictures I'll add below. The food was delicious. The cocktails are creative and tasty too. Friendly and expertised staff. It was definitely not my last visit.

Modern eingerichtetes Restaurant. Perfekt für Instagram. Leider jedoch mehr Schein als Sein. Ich hatte die Cheese Köftke als Vorspeise welche leider anders als erwartet waren. Sie haben im Fett geschwommen. Die Portion an und für sich hätte für mich auch als Hauptgang gereicht. Als Hauptgang hatte ich das argentinische Rinderfilet mit Grillgemüse. Meine Begleitung war noch nicht einmal fertig mit der Vorspeise, da wurde schon der Hauptgang serviert. Meine nur halb gegesse Vorspeise wurde stehen gelassen, obwohl ich gesagt hatte, dass mir diese zu fettig sei. Die Show war nett aber das Fleisch und die Beilagen wurden auf der gleichen Holzplatte angerichtet (ohne Teller) worauf bereits die Vorspeisen gestanden haben. Für penible Gäste vielleicht nicht sehr hygienisch. Der Kellner war freundlich aber für unseren Geschmack etwas zu geschauspielert und überdreht. Dadurch, dass die Platte auch nicht auf dem Tisch erhitzt wird, wurde alles schnell kalt und auch geschmacklich war sowohl das Filet als auch unsere Beilagen (Grillgemüse und Parmesantagliatelle) sehr fade. Dazu kommt wieder, dass ich bei "Grillgemüse" nicht erwarte, dass dieses aus einer Pfanne heraus und wieder mit zu viel Öl serviert wird. Sauce hatten wir keine Bestellt aber als Dekospritzer wurde verwässertet Ketchup verwendet. Wir arbeiten selbst seit über 12 Jahren in der Gastronomie und haben für den Preis (nur Barzahlung) etwas mehr erwartet. Leider von der "Go to"-Liste gestrichen.

DONT COME AND SAVE YOUR MONEY! Do not believe the hype! Food isn’t good + customer service is trash! What was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner turned into an unhappy ending. The waitress who took our orders was very disorganized, some got their food, some food never arrived. Many of us ordered medium rare meat which arrived well done, meat portions were smaller than advertised (less than 200g), the beef cheeseburgers were a mess no flavour or seasoning whatsoever, we literally just took one bite of it. After complaining about it and asking for a revision, we were told and I quote the waitress “ Since you were the only ones complaining about the burgers, the chef who’s also the owner decided to take it off the tab and said that you’re not allowed to order anything off the menu”. With those outrageous prices you’d think that there would be some kind of customer service, but we thought wrong. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE. Spend your money where it’s appreciated!
