This place is such a great time. It is cash only and usually about 15 euro to get in and coat check is around the same. They have a variety of drinks and with the drinks you have a token to get a few dollars back. Almost like a pfand. Try and make it on one of their throw back nights. Wir waren zur „Edeltalk Live Tour 2023“ in der Batschkapp und positiv überrascht. Es war alles sehr gut organisiert und sauber. Das Security Personal war sehr gründlich bei der Überprüfung und super gut drauf, was einem schon mal gute Laune auf die Vorstellung gemacht hat. Auch die Toiletten waren relativ sauber. Und sogar die Bar-Preise waren durch das umweltfreundliche Pfand-System vertretbar.

Habe hier schon einige Rock/Metal Bands sehen dürfen. Die Halle hat eine perfekte Größe, nicht zu groß aber auch nicht zu klein. Man kann diesen Ort sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Leider gibt es hier nicht sehr viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Anlage war bei jedem Besuch immer super. Das Personal war auch immer sehr nett, jedoch muss man bei der Getränkeausgabe etwas länger warten.

Batschkapp is a location for events, concerts and much more. Located in the industrial area, there are enough parking spaces. The security was nice and the entry process went smoothly. The sound was super good ☺️

Perfekte Location für Konzerte! Es gibt vor Ort Parkplätze für 5€, direkt vor der Location. Der Außenbereich vorm Eingang ist schön beleuchtet und bewirtet. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und für einen Witz zu haben. Die Akustik der Show war super und am wichtigsten: die Räumlichkeit ist sehr gut belüftet!! Das war sehr angenehm. Die Toiletten könnten sauberer sein.. deswegen 1 Stern Abzug.

Sehr feine Location. Alles schön sauber und organisiert. Gerne wieder. Parkplätze runderherum und zum snacken ist auch was für alle Geschmäcker

Eventhalle in "Gewerbegebiet". Nicht allzuviele Parkmöglichkeiten, aber sehr gut mit den Öffis zu erreichen, nur ca. 200m bis zur U-Bahn. Die Größe ist gerade richtig, nicht zu klein und nicht zu groß. Wer nicht so nah dran sein möchte, kann auch hoch auf die Empore. Nettes, entspanntes Personal am Eingang. Versorgung mit Getränken könnte etwas zügiger ablaufen. War aber kein Problem, wir hatten einen schönen und lustigen Abend mit Christian Steiffen. Wie gut, dass wir hier war'n 😉

Tolle Location, für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet, es gibt eine Rampe von der kann man über die stehende Menge zur Bühne sehen. Es gibt auch einen extra Zugang von hinten, damit man nicht durchs Gedränge fahren muss. Sehr nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite MitarbeiterInnen.

The concert on Tuesday 12.04 was my first visit to this place. The treatment of the staff was very good, at the access control, there was a problem with the digital ticket reader and the man in charge was very attentive and friendly despite the unforeseen and the stress of the moment. After the concert we had a beer outside and one of the security people came to tell us that they were closing in 15 minutes, all with a politeness and respect that left me pleasantly surprised. The concert and the sound were excellent.

New Year party was very disappointed, DJ was made music mix from totally different genres of music....it was disaster.... Stuff and club was very nice , very sad that the DJ kill the Party

It was an amazing show from DUB FX. The location was great, too. Parking is relatively easy.

Nice concert place. You can buy your drink at the place. 4.5 Euro for a 50cl beer. It is forbidden to bring your drink inside. There is a security check. Outside there are some street food options. Easy to reach using U-bahn.

Decent indoor stage, drinks are reasonably priced and they have well curated artists performing there.

Friendly staff, well organised, reasonable prices, great infrastructure as in parking and public transport. The toilets were clean and well maintained. Overall really great venue!

A. ) kommt man mit der U-Bahn problemlos hin. B.) man kann an der Garderobe gegen etwas Entgeld seine Jacke und Handtasche abgeben. C.) Es gibt immer tolle Veranstaltungen ( Konzerte, Tanzpartys ) in der Batschkapp.

Die neue Batschkapp ist für Konzerte klangtechnisch immer etwas schwierig, und die Zugänge sind seitlich nicht hinten. Dadurch muss man sich bei ausverkauftem Haus immer durch die Menschenmassen quetschen. Aber trotzdem war es mal wieder ein toller Abend, und das Personal ist immer sehr nett.

Overall OK, but queues for drinks can be a bit tedious. The additional 'hop' needed to get between the city centre and venue makes public transport very awkward if you live outside Frankfurt and need a connecting train after the concert.

Concerts at the Batschkapp are always awesome! Much better than in the Festhalle, as the sound is much better. Always a pleasure to be there 🤘🏻

Great place for entertainment, to visit smaller concerts, the atmosphere is always great. There, you can buy drinks, food, leave your things while you're at the concert, mostly they thought of everything, you just have to enjoy yourself. All recommendations.

It's probably one of the best concert location in Frankfurt. Big enough but not too much, clean and well served by public transports and a decent amount of parking possibility

We have a salsa concert with Oscar de Leon celebrating his first 50 anniversary in the Music industry, simply amazing, he is the best salsa singer ever!

Nice venue, small but well organized. Snow Patrol had a great sound there.

Tonight I've been there at Schoolboy Q show😁 The place is awesome. Sound quality is great, there are 3 bars and a wardrobe (1.5 euro). It's close to the u4, so it's easy to reach

Went to see Jacob Collier here in 2022. Loved it. Good sound, great staff, well-organised and friendly.

Great venue and nice sound engineering, thanks for that!! But absolutely ridiculous that you can't bring back your beer cups after the concert to get your 'pfand' back... That's just stealing money.

Always a very good time to be here. Great place to enjoy concerts in a perfectly sized hall. Not too small, not too big. Great acoustic! Feels very cozy there, can definitely recommend this location! Will come again!

"Horrible place and service. No one warned on the website or during ticket purchase that professional cameras were not allowed and that photographers must obtain accreditation. The entire concert experience was ruined. I had prepared, arrived early, and ended up with a spoiled mood for the entire evening."
