However it took a bit long and because there was not much space inside my kids were standing outside in freezing cold and started crying. I requested if my pizza could be delivered instead of takeaway (hotel was just 600 meters away), and staff said it's not possible. So I had to go drop my kids at hotel and then walk back to pick up the pizza. I believe there should be flexibility to allow home delivery even after the order was made for take away.
