Without doubt food is tasty and service is good. For what I paid for, I actually expect a bit more. The fish is fabulous while the rest are just tasty but didn’t impress me.

The full menu is 7 courses, but people can choose freely if they want to dismiss one/some from the menu; price will be reduced of course. I like this style of freedom.The dish with peak chicken was so tasty, I would like to take 2 portions of it if possible. Menu is normally changed every 2 months so it keeps the restaurant always interesting and vivid. We were nicely served and would like to come again for another celebration.

Cuisines were without a doubt one of the fabulous dinners I have ever had. The selection of wines was also worthy to order, too. However, the most disappointed thing I have ever felt was the service. The waiter wasn't allowed us to change another wine when we haven't tasted the one. And also, his attitude was really bad about that all the dishes, only on the menu, had to be chosen by him ,and chose wine by only price for us intead of recommendation. It is so horrible experience that I have never had before.

This is an unusual place as it is tucked away and appears to be a converted house, not an obvious location for high end dining. The maître d’ was friendly and informative on dishes and drinks. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. On a quiet night the place was rather lacking in atmosphere. Not cheap by any means but the food was delightful.

A bit disappointed after visiting this highly rated restaurant. In general, all the dishes are quite salty. Also, the price is on the high side after considering the ingredients used. The only highlight is the good selection of wines

having ordered at l'Ecume twice now in the last months, we have always been very pleasantly surprised by both the quality and the presentation of the menu items. We especially enjoyed the surprising aspargus crème with sriracha and the mackerel as entrés. Highly recommended.

The food is very creative, I guess one has to like it. It’s very light and refreshing. It’s nice to have in Frankfurt something like this :)

Genius! Never had Champagner pairing before and it was not only a new and great experience but a general very good fit to the dishes. The food was also really good…not necessarily a firework on the palate in terms of creativity but really good standard dishes! A recommendation!

A really wonderful experience! The champagne accompaniment was worth it! The chance to try Champagnes, with different proportions of grape variety, acidity and fruit was a great in itself, and paired with the food it was really something special. All the courses were innovative, tasty and beautifully presented. The service was helpful and friendly.
