Best Food at Frankfurt Airport. The services by McDonald's are really great at Frankfurt international airport. Service is very fast. Amenities are good here. Food quality is also very nice here. I love the place. Very good experience in Frankfurt airport.

Service was amazingly fast. We received our order in less than 5 minutes. 5 for service and 3 for food. The fries was ok (not crispy but good). Chili cheese was very good. Big tasty bacon was better than grand BBQ and overally ok. Chili souse is not good at all, no good taste and not really chili. Here in terminal 2 mc donald has a playground for kids. There is a possibility of charging.

Short review: Not bad. Clean and over priced. Long review: McDonald’s is very clean and the staff are nice. Some of the staff speak English which is very helpful when ordering. There are two places to sit upstairs and downstairs. They also have a Mc Café or you can order coffee ice cream or other special hot beverages. The bathrooms are clean.

If you set your expectations right, this place should be of no surprise. A McDonald's in the airport, with slow service, and slightly more expensive price tag. The biggest downside is the filthy floor, and the fact that lots of the tables are never cleaned. The taste of the food is OK, just in line with other McDonald's around my hometown.

Slow service. Not so polite staff. It is in the international Airport, and most of the menu is not translated to English. I was using Google translate app to check the menu and I was told no filming and that too not so politely, I explained them its just a translater which reads the text and provide translation, it's not recording anything but I was literally yelled at. No where in the restaurant it says filming is not allowed in the McDonald's. The server I was ordering from was hard on English too ( I needed to check the flavors for Milkshakes) and Ingerdiants in sandwiches ( McDonald's are different place to place in terms of Menu).

Regular restaurant prices (not the usual airport pricing you'll find at most restaurants), regular Maccas cuisine, and a really good spot to eat before heading off on your journey: spacious, great lighting, comfy seats, and even tables with power slots to charge your gear or get some pre-flight work done. Place your order at a machine, and you can order delivery to your table (pick up a number, and they'll track you down). There's also a kids play area nearby to burn off the energy before the flight. Keep an eye on the clock to make sure you've got time to get through immigration, security, etc before your flight!

Would give minus points if I could. Rude staff that do not speak proper German nor English and prefer to have private conversations in Eastern European languages with their friends rather than attending to paying customers. Food quality shocking as well. If that would have been my first visit to a MC D I'd never came back to any of them. AVOID

Nice place with playground. But why serve all coffee in throwaway cups if you advertise the glasses from mc cafe? Unnecessary plastic waste.

Clean McDonald's with fast service and friendly employees. Located at level 0 in Terminal 1 close to the Regionalbahnhof, which is located one floor lower. Self service terminals were working fine and it is possible to use coupons from the McDonald's app and you also collect points on your orders

Only 5.99 euro. Many kinds of food available. Tables are dirty

This is the cookie (from 04-05 10am) I got from this McDonald's at Frankfurt international airport. It came with an opened and disgusting oily bag. Asked for changing a fresher one, got immediate rejection by the manager who speaks only German like shouting. Moreover, they forgot to give us orange juice. Additionally, ice coffee is indeed icy but diluted like water. Such a management and service under the current manager in one of the biggest international airports damage McDonald's reputation.

The order was straightforward on the in-store menu. The pick up from the counter seemed to take quite some time given there were not many customers waiting for their orders. There were plenty of spare tables. The food was good. The Mcplant burger was very tasty. The fries always seem to be a bit salty.

Tried the newly released premium menu, which sucked and was so dry and misleading from what you see in the menu. The fries were also very salty and overcooked. This is definitely one of the worst mcdonalds I have had.

Their Mcmuffin has a chicken option I have not seen anywhere else, which is a nice alternative to a sausage McMuffin or the bacon options. Many self-service kiosks . It would help if there was English subtitles or it allowed you to choose a language. Otherwise, it's a good place.

Transit in Frankfurt airport. This is the first time I’ve seen the plant based burger and nuggets menu in Mcd.

Let me give 5 stars because of the food quality and the cozy place to sit there. The staff is friendly and can understand English as well.

Nuggets were shaped different to Europe and chips were smaller for the happy meal. Otherwise all good

big surprise, cleanest McDonald's I've been to! A very nice lady who cleans the place on an ongoing basis with big commitment and is very neat and clean. Congratulations McDonald - I wish you more so engaged employees as this lady It captivated me a lot :)

Grey little mothballs of over-scented sausage are studded throughout; deal with them as you will, but everything else is bland and neutral enough. Let rest for half an hour to let the flavor of the bell peppers permeate the eggs.

The tables were not cleaned unfortunately. The staff were very friendly though. What was striking was the fact that every single menu item on their list was the same price. The view was noteworthy.

The worst fillet o fish ever. Complained to the staff but they rudely brushed me away that it is normal

Not bad for a very very late night snack. Glad it was still open past midnight. A bit of a queue but the Big Tasty was very tasty 😄

I come to this Mcdonalds since years and I always got my latte at mc cafe without having to waste my time in the cube. But bc of the reduced staff the rude lady at the cashier told me very unfriendly that I have to stay in line. ( I already had troubles with her in the past!) So I got to stay in line for that ridiculous Latte macchiato. When I finally made the same lady which of course recognized me refused to get me my staff discount even she already knew I was working for an airline. So she forced me ( after tebn years !) to show my badge which were in my luggage and even she saw my badge in the past she insisted to see it again. She obviously enjoyed giving me a hard time especially bc she knew I was in a hurry.. Even the new manager which I never saw before didn’t immediately defended his employee without even knowing what happened. At the end I just wasted lots of time and energy and didn’t even got cinnamon which is normally always available at mc cafe. This attitude ( no apology for the senseless wait, no apology for the provocation) after so many years is outrageous! I told the manager that I will write a bad feedback about her and asked for her name but he refused to give it to me. If you see a small indian looking cashier over there.. be aware! she’s toxic..

Everything you need to know: no covid shutdown- no more cleaning tables. Table service means- take your sticks and sugar youself. What tf the service is it? German McDonalds it is! Better drive to France to enjoy real service and see that people can work and have proper attitude to clients. But this is not about McD in Germany.

Only one type Ice Cream available no salad no ICE tea as much as it is displayed stressed up staff and very frustrated please trat your staff better fo good service delivery

Staff not too competent and particularly small value for money. Diabetics should not rely too much upon really receiving a Coke Zero! Poor illumination in this place without Windows also does not make you feel well there.

Slow service and the coffee tastes like the machine was not cleaned for very long time. It has a good view and it was not too busy when i visited. In times where almost everything is closed, it's a bearable place.

We probably only eat maccas once a year, and only if we have limited choices, but i must say this is the nicest McDonald's we have visited (tried them in 7 different countries). Staff was super friendly (Macedonian guy), place was clean, and burgers were hot. Well done.

Aweful experience, they closed 10 minutes before the written closing time. We had to stand at the drive thru line although we weren’t a vehicle…. Definitely come back

Fast,great tasting Mcrib and great atmosphere for an airport. Kiosks make ordering stress less. Multilingual associates, friendly,professional and customer oriented. Meal was well worth the low price especially for an 🛫 airport.

Typical McDonald's located underneath Frankfurt Airport before the in underground train station. You'll need to go down a few flights of escalators from the Departure area. There're also other food options (e.g. KFC, Thai food, etc.) nearby. The McDonald's is pretty big with lots of seats. It's self-order and the staff are pretty quick. Definitely better to kill time here than any of the restaurants or cafes on Departure and Arrival floors if you're waiting between flights. The free airport wifi is also available here.

Quick stop for a sweet treat and coffee on the way to catch the train. While this location is extremely busy, the staff do an excellent job of getting orders out. Order at the kiosk and pay either cash or card and pick your order up at the window. Lots of seating for those wanting to dine-in.
