I cant understand that 3 weeks waiting list. They dont have enough cars and personal. Not friendly at all. The only one who is friendly is Ms Schmidt. I suggest to the Frankfurt aitport to allow another companies to do do the pick up and vip service. One id not enough and bad image to the Airport.

Outstanding service and staff: friendly, personal, authentic. Neo is an amazing waiter: tentative, open and funny. The style and interior design of the new lounge is amazing (and even if it has no natural light, the imitation of natural light is impressive). The "inner courtyard" gives a sense of being outdoor, while actually being indoor. Fully privacy is provided, the gaming room is fun also for adults. The food is also amazing, just one minor criticism regarding the Tagliatelle Bolognese: the pasta wasn't all dente and could've had a bit more salt. But the ragout was high quality and delicious.

I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional services provided by Frankfurt VIP. From their impeccable attention to detail to the seamless coordination of every aspect, they truly redefine luxury and comfort. I had Xiaoming, a great personality with a lovely character. Everything was perfect. The food is nice tooo.

This service is a great addition to any travels. The pick up from the plane in a limo is definitely a game-changer as one does not need to pass through the terminal. Too bad no food and beverages were served in the lounge given that pax could just go to the terminal and grab food and drinks. It was also not ideal when we were forced to book a suite with the excuse that the lounge was at capacity and then we realized the lounge was empty.

I love the VP service the services is amazing 😻, so convenient before a long flight food is delicious and you could take a nice shower to freshen up before long travels

Nice Market. With Souvenirs and little snacks

The entire experience was amazing. Jenny was waiting on me as I pulled up in the car. She was super kind and walked me from the front door of the VIP Service through Security, Immigration and to the club lounge to relax prior to departure. The food was spot on and the service was beyond sensational. The car service to the gate was spot on…and finally…the experience ended right at the front of the plane door. I’m not sure I can travel to a Europe destination that offers this service any other way. Two Thumbs Up to Jenny and her team!!

Professional and attentive service throughout the stay. The assigned concierge was very friendly, helpful and very keen on me having a great stay. Good and tasty menu options for both breakfast and lunch/dinner. Very relaxing atmosphere.

One of a kind

I love to use the VIP-Services on the Frankfurt Airport. People come and pick you up after you exit the plane. They transport you to the VIP lounge that includes own passport control and security check. No waiting at the gates anymore. You get drinks and food and some nice snacks. You have comfortable seating and you are able to enjoy your time between flights.

Jenny was very nice and helpful.
