Absolutely arogant guy just told us their coffee machine do not work. Not be able to make order in some logical way so he heated something then another things so everything was cold at the end. Just use another coffee at the airport

It was 5:10pm ish when we have arrived and stood in line with one other customer in front of us. The barista acknowledged us while she was making the others customers drinks. We waited about 10 min for her to make three drinks, 2 of which were the exact same refresher. Then she asked what we would like and after we told her our order she said “sorry we are closed”!!! What??? I told her we were waiting in line (in English first then in German) then she says she can’t to anything about it but they close at 5:30pm. It was barely 5:20pm. She just turned around and left us. Never have I received poorer service.

Right near to the entrance. Good place to catch coffee, snack or break fast.

Regular Starbucks with the usual, known items in their menu. Also taste wise nothing to complain - BUT this Starbucks does not allow for Starbucks card payments or adds to your score within the Starbucks loyalty system which is a no-go in my opinion, being a franchise driven company that should follow certain standards across their stores. In addition everything on the menu is about 10-15% more expensive than in a regular store outside the airport (which is expected based on the general airport price adders).

Worst Starbucks I've ever been the. The woman making coffee was constantly saying 'Kurva' to customers. Made the wrong coffee for me and then when I returned, she said again something in her language. When we were eating there, she asked everyone to go out as they were closing.

I asked for a frappucino I saw on the menu and paid. I waited for like 20 minutes and after that I asked them where is my order. It turns out they didn't have what I ordered at the moment so instead of telling me while I was ordering, the cashier typed in some random drink and that's what I got. I literally don't understand why he didn't tell me that in the first place??? It's completely okay if you run out of something at the moment, I just don't understand why I got this random drink instead (which tasted like slightly sweetened water).

Starbucks as always has good coffee. Though this time the latte was too milky. Service was nice and the staff was kind. I wanted to sit down to drink the coffee but they told me that there are no free tables. Meaning the place is very small. So it's better for take away

The simple joy of finding something familiar in an unfamiliar place. Pike Place bean for drip coffee. I’m so satisfied. No misunderstandings.

The worst experience with Starbucks ever! ( not the 1st time here!) Lots of drinks were unavailable! The tables were dirty. However, the staffs were nice and friendly . I don't usually write bad reviews, but sorry about this one! Hope it will improve next time...

Busy cafe with long queues. You can grab a nice cup of coffee and a croissant or some other snack while waiting for your flight

The employees were nice and friendly. They can do better when it comes to offering healthier products though.

Visited with my friend, while I went ahead as I knew my order, she came in second and upon asking the girl if her order can be made with coconut milk, the girl proceeded with listing all the milk alternatives, which we could read on the board… there a few drinks that don’t really work with milk alternatives hence the my friend’s question… Besides, there were 4 or 5 staff members - rhey were each taking orders and preparing their respective orders, instead of having someone at the tills and the rest of the team members preparing orders to ensure a smooth process. They both got frustrated so my friend cancelled her ordered and went instead to the other Starbucks in the airport where not only she got all her questions answered, but the staff was more knowledgeable and friendlier. As a retail manager, I would put this bad experience on poor management.

OK, it would have been much better they clean the place more often.

Overpriced and dull. 6euros for a coffee in a cardbox cup... Makes no sense the plastic waste, the cup... Everything is wrong about it.

The place is not very clean. Staff are slow and always distracted, making them forget it nix up orders. Very annoying.

Not sure why but the coffee was bad. Never had this experience in any of the Starbucks shops I have visited. The overall feeling of the place was as if it was not very clean.

Not opened as advertised. Should be open at 8. At 8:30 there's a line of customers waiting for it to open and an employee points at the blank glass door with no operating hours posted and states "it said here we open at 9!" Didn't try anything there obviously.

The worst Starbucks ever. We ordered two drinks and one came out fast but the other one didn't come out until I asked for. A lady making coffee looks upset and the frappuccino was flowing out of the cup when she closed the lid. She didn't try to wipe it out and just gave it to me so I asked her some napkins. The frappuccino was liquid and not thick at all. Also, you can't use your Starbucks card to pay here and the prices are little bit higher than the city.

Food and drink was on par with any other Starbucks. For some reason they were closing at 14:15 in the afternoon while thier hours show they’re open until 18:00. Also a shame that they don’t accept Starbucks Card. Edit: visited again on 19/10/2022, and the problem still exists. Hours posted on google maps start at 07:00, but I was told by the gentleman that they were closed until 08:00.

Supposed to open at 7am No “sorry”, no nothing - just wait/come back in 15 min (They cannot even express themselves properly) Obviously we went somewhere else.

The coffee is amazing

The staff is friendly and helpful, but the products quality needs a lot of improvement. We took a brownie, different types of coffee, a chocolate cake and a cold drink of lemon/mango etc.

Helpful and friendly staff. But food items they sell are beyond fresh. The first Ne York Cheesecake they sold to me was at least a a week old. It was dry, looked quite yellow and tasted like old cotton cheese. Very disgusting. The next one looked freshly but it wasn't. Prices are airport adapted high. Shop looks old, needs a remodeling.

Nice outlet within FFM airport. Friendly folks served us well. There was time for a refreshing Smalltalk. Great location too. Can only recommend.

It offers consistent brand and flavor quality, very nice staff and quick turn around despite the very long lines. I wish there were places to sit but besides that it’s Starbucks.

absolute rude and outrageous attitude. I told the trainee that I like a matcha latte with skinny milk. the other ( the rude) staff member prepared everything while the trainee still tried to type it in. He than told me it’s already ready, standart with 1,5 fat milk. I complained that I said skinny milk but he said no, it’s already too late!! 😳 I thought I couldn’t believe my ears! I freaked out telling him that I said I like to have my matcha with skinny milk so I can except to get it like that!! he than told me I won’t get any drink bc he’s not serving rude guests like me. the guy were totally narcissistic and shouldn’t be allowed to deal with guests at all!!

It's simply closed. I can't believe that there is no open cafe in such place. Disappointed :(

Super friendly but the rest was bad .. ordered a medium hot chocolate and cheese cake, the first one came in the wrong size, and the cake was sprinkled with tiny hairs. The cream was also pretty stiff and chewy, indicating that it was standing around without adequate cooling for a rather long time. All in all wouldn't recommend.
