Given
that
I
rarely
buy
from
here,
my
purchasing
experience
was
marred
by
an
annoyed
service
staff
on
a
Saturday
in
October
when
the
normal
volume
of
visitors
was
2-3
customers
in
the
store.
I
saw
two
places
with
mirrors
in
the
shop.
I
take
the
accessories
that
are
my
first
choice
to
the
mirror
to
try
them
on
and
compare.
The
service
staff
was
displeased
that
things
were
no
longer
in
their
place.
I
was
immediately
asked
about
it
with
the
addition:
I
shouldn't
misunderstand
it,
they
are
understaffed
by
two
people.
In
a
tone
where
I
no
longer
felt
like
buying.
When
I
explained
the
reason
and
said
I
would
clean
it
up
myself,
she
said
no,
she
would
do
it.
Then
why
this
instruction,
what
good
does
it
do?
Apart
from
a
bad
buying
experience,
being
so
disturbed
in
the
middle
of
choosing
the
items
and
getting
the
feeling
of
not
being
wanted
if
you
don't
make
a
decision
straight
away.
No
customer
needs
it!!
A
few
minutes
later
the
same
drama,
the
same
service
person
asked
another
customer
if
she
had
left
the
item
there?
That
this
makes
everything
“complicated”
for
them.
Do
you
do
this
in
a
loud
voice
so
that
everyone
can
hear
it?
I
don't
think
people
understood
what
service
means
and
their
own
role
in
the
shop,
in
my
opinion
the
service
staff's
mindset
was
completely
misplaced.
Just
think
about
it
when
customers
are
attacked
again.
#Conclusion:
That's
just
part
of
the
job
-
especially
in
such
a
manageable
shop
-
and
it's
not
part
of
it
to
scare
off
customers
with
unnecessary
instructions
and
disturb
them
when
buying.
