I have been in this store no less than 5 times and every time this store is understaffed. The second floor has zero sales associates and if they do, they are completely invisible. Loads of children running around too- not exactly the decorum I would expect at a store with luxury goods. I will not visit again.

Extremely disappointed with the damaged t-shirt I received from August Pfüller, loose and pulled threads, hole from security tag and overlocking thread hanging out of the side. It was hand wrapped by themselves and I don't know how these defects were overlooked. Definitely wasn't worth the price or hassle of returning it back. still waiting on a refund and wouldn't ever order from here again.

Good brands but terrible Service. Sales assistants are not recognisable. Not enough sales staff on the ground. Shoes were given to me but noone followed up. I had to ask to purchase them. It was like shopping at Deichmann! Very bad considering the shoes were a couple of hundred Euros. However I loved the shoes hence bought them.

Every evening event at the Pfüller‘s has been so far always very dedicated to the guests with all the knowledge of the Staff and the owners almost the last standing hero in the Goethe Straße. Support your local retailers and stay tuned.

Very good service. The sales associate presented me a large amount of options, helped me with the best choice. Bought two Zimmerli Pajamas. Not the cheapest but the best quality I have ever seen.

First time went there and staffs are so nice and very friendly. I loved vibes there. Can’t wait till to back again. I bought off white T and such a good price. Also back to website and bought other thing from them. It will be my favorite store

Terrible shopping experience because of the bad customer service! I’ve been shopping at fashion boutique worldwide, I can say this is the worst customer service that I have never experienced. Like mentioned in the other review, there was a old lady with glasses do not let me touch the sample bag (only worth €600) because she thought I left fingerprints on the bag and the next customer who bought it will not be happy about. I immediately felt discriminated against, because I was the only Asian people on the 2nd floor. There were many people trying things. Never ever in my life I had experience like this shopping for luxury goods or any goods. Even Hermès allow their customer to try products! What an audacity of the staff and the store! 感觉销售对中国人存在歧视，陈列品别人都可以摸，就是我和我朋友两个中国人不让碰，说会留下指纹…

Always a lovely shopping experience at August Pfüller. Great customer service and exciting brands which you can not find elsewhere (in Frankfurt). Worth a visit.
