I have been a member for many years, today, 9 months pregnant with twins,36 degrees outside and they didn't allow my mother (as she is not a tgb member) to enter the with me. Obviously I was not going to enter alone. I'm very disappointed and considering to cancel my membership

Small sports hall, not enough badminton fields and the roof is way too low

Terrible. In this corona crisi you have to pay also if you cannot use the club. I'm also member of the fitness studio. I pay 42 euro per month for nothing. They said in June they open again but without sauna without shower.. not fair ! I lost my job because corona but I have to pay the fitness club also if they don't work. I'd like to give them 0 star but don't work unfortunately. Th

Very good facilities at great price. But check out the contract termination policy for people not staying in Frankfurt for long duration. They charge you for the year as the contract cannot be terminated within the year. And the payment is per quarter I'm advance.
