Rented two ebikes for a week to travel from Basel to Baden Baden alongside Rhine. Staff was very helpful and provided bags, locks and even repair kit in case of a flat tire. Bikes were reliable and the ride was great. Overall it was one of the best experiences travelling. One issue is working time on weekend, but it's Germany, so hardly anyone works on weekend.

The best way to see and experience Frankfurt is on two wheels! The quality of the bikes was impeccable, and our guide Max was so knowledgeable and kind. He showed us places off the beaten track. Strongly recommend this tour.

The trip was cool because of our nice ebikes. And thanks for two bags where we managed to put all our stuff and bring with us. Recommend! Btw bikes are big and very heavy with the battery loaded and bags put on. And if you wouldn't like to have pedal breaks on a bike, check it because mine did have both handle and pedal breaks.

We were most disappointed with the multi-day tour we did with Frankfurt Bike Tour. The service they gave us was very poor indeed. The bikes were not ready when we arrived and were far to heavy for the hills. (The hills were much tougher than they said - even the ebike could not get up one of them). The mapping they gave us (paper and electronic) was wrong and did not take us to the places of interest or to our hotels. In most cases, we had to make our own gpx files for our Garmins. etc etc. I do not recommend Frankfurt Bike Tours for multi-day tours.

We had a super tour with Marvin through the downtown streets of Frankfurt. Despite sometimes driving rain, we enjoyed ourselves and Marvin provided informative and fun. The bikes were well-maintained and speedy, and our guide was always mindful of where everyone in the group was. We would recommend them to anyone interested in an active and fun way to see downtown Frankfurt

We rented an e bike and a regular bike for a day to ride around Frankfurt. Had a wonderful time and were very pleased with the quality of our bikes and the excellent service we received from the staff. Danke vielmals!

My family and I had an amazing time on this tour. Our tour guide Marvin was very charismatic! He showed us some gorgeous architecture in Frankfurt. We all would gladly go again.

We rented 6 bikes for the day to explore the city and had a great time. One of our bikes had an issue and they were there in 10 minutes with a new bike. Reasonable prices and fantastic customer service!

If you libe hidding a bike and take it seriously this is the place to visit in Frankfurt. Very kind and helpfull staff. Couldn't recommend more. :)

Our guide was really friendly and knowledgeable. We did the easy cycle and the bikes were great. I'm not a frequent cyclist and I found this easy to do. You are taken through quieter areas and avoid traffic most of the time, which was ideal for me. I would recommend to anyone who wants a bit of information about the city and enjoys a light cycle.

It is not so easy to find bike hire in Frankfurt, but it is a good way to explore the city. Frankfurt Bike Tour were great: very courteous, helpful and provided a good bike and kiddy trailer. The prices were also very good. I would definitely use again and/or recommend to others.

I wanted to share what a great experience we had with Frankfurt Bike Tour. I contacted Max six months before my son and I planned to rent bikes. He patiently answered all of my questions in a timely manner. They let us rent the bikes for two weeks for a self-guided tour, and let us bring our own pedals (clips). When we arrived, Frederik was already aware of our visit and helped us change the pedals and made sure we had all the provisions for a two week tour. We rode 300 miles (480 km) and the bikes were perfect for riding the rivers of Germany and Luxembourg. We enjoyed it so much, we are already talking about renting again next year to see more of the countries.

I hired a trekking bike from Frankfurt Bike Tour for 9 days travelling down the Rhine. The initial hire experience went smoothly and the day trip in Frankfurt they recommended before I set off (to Steinheim and Seligenstadt) was outstanding. The bike itself was excellent, a pleasure to ride. Bike lock, tools, puncture kit and handlebar bag were provided (panniers and helmet also offered but I was already okay for them). No mechanical issues at all and I particularly liked that the bike was fitted with Schwalbe Marathon Plus tyres, which are probably the most puncture-proof tyres available. I will use FBT again - highly recommended!
