This place does not sell baby's. They do however have all the appliances required for a baby. Prices seem okay. Prams, bibs, toys all the things a baby needs. They even had baby converse. It's a little hidden and strangely American looking, in terms of the buildings architecture. You usually get a parking spot in the comparably large parking lot. If you need something for a baby, chances are you'll get it here.

Asked for assistance and waited over an hour with pregnant wife in 9.th Month to get answer on my question about product.. After a hour they didnt come and said that they dont have enough employees and we need to wait. We just leave our stuff and went out..

Friendly staff, big choice, however often they don’t have all products and you need to order and wait couple of days.

Visited this place to buy a stroller, as online it was very confusing. They have a large and excellent collection and we can try all the products, However the staff seemed least interrested to answer our questions. Eventually we left the place for a different store in store in Schäfergasse

Even though the place gets very busy especially on the weekends and the staff seems to be overrun, once you finally get a hold of someone, you will be pleasantly surprised at their expertise and advices on the baby equipment. We went with an idea to buy a certain stroller, but decided on a completely different one after talking to one of the sales associates.

Good selection, ultimately it was too pricey and the staff couldn't be bothered to help us.

My wife and I had a good experience in this store. Staff was friendly, helpful and took the time to consult us to answer all our questions. Prices are not expensive (I guess you will always get things cheaper somewhere) In the end we bought our cars seat here. Parking is right in front of the store and (good if you come with the car)

I went this shop twice during my vacation in Frankfurt , I was looking for Stokke chair for my kid, when the first visit, there is a gentleman (gay) was very nice and helpful. I explained I can’t purchase at once since I got my kid with me plus a baby stroller, I dont have extra hand to carry. He was very helpful to hold the item for me for 2 days. Today is my second visit. There is a lady who doesn’t speak English ( around 30 years old , 170+ cm, mid long length hair) was very rude and arrogant. I don’t blame people who doesn’t speak English, but she intentionally ignore my exist when she saw me at the counter and seeking for help, there is no other clients around. She just turns her back to me. Luckily there is another gentlemen helps me to find the item. And he said to me “I’m sorry for my language skill”. ( no problem to me at all, I’m so grateful that at least somebody is trying to help me, and I’m feeling be treated in a proper way ). But when I asked for tax free document, she just keep speaking in German to me and her attitude was like ok now can take your stuff and leave. she knows I don’t understand German. I’m not a native English speaker either and I’m Asian but come on lady ! U should treat people the way you want to be treated. 5 stars to those gentlemen. The lady doesn’t deserve anything.

I made a Zoom appointment and waited on the line for 10 minutes, but the host never started the call. When I visited the store later that day, an employee told me she was on the call and was asking if anyone heard her, but no one responded. Considering she never officially “started” the meeting as the host, of course I wouldn’t hear her if she is was talking until the meeting was started on Zoom. Once I got there, I wasn’t able to get help with finding car seats for my kids, including from that employee. She told me (in German) that the problem was that I didn’t speak German and I was in Germany. The Offenbach store had suggested I go to this store specifically because there were English speaking personnel, so i waited for the one employee that they said spoke some English. After waiting 20 minutes, I left. I briefly spoke to the employee that supposedly spoke English in the parking lot, only to learn that she didnt speak English well. I guess I’ll find another place to buy two car seats. What a waste of time.

I have ordered a stroller with the delivery date for 1st of august, during the selling, they said that it will probably come earlier since it is a brand from babyone (Elsa&Emil). Today - 8 days after the estimated date, I havent received any e-mail or notification yet and and I called the store they said that the stroller is not there, with a prevision for just next week (but without any assurance). They have questioned my due date since I am pregnant and said that I still have time to receive it (???). I am the right person to know when is a good date to receive it and of course I dont want any stress on that after my baby is born. Honestly, if I knew it it will be so hard to receive it, I would went to another store. Edit: They say - send us a email - I have sent it, 10 days ago more than 5 e-mails with the receipt and asking for a return AND NO ANSWER YET.

Really bad service. never advises when they receive the products you purchase. Need to be calling and when asking the reply is always defensive and unfriendly.

I was in Babyone today and had a lot of questions in my head because of the stroller. I watched and read a lot of reviews and got even more confused with a volume of info. Very friendly and helpful lady Iman assisted me and described everything she knows about the strollers which were in my list. Great help, very friendly and patient behavior. As a foreigner living in Frankfurt I had an excellent saleswoman who spoke English and helped me to choose the baby stroller. Her name is Iman, she is very patient and takes the time to explain each product and is willing to answer all your questions in the best way. Totally recommended.

Your shop is really useful and complete appliances for kids, The staff is nice specially Mrs Omary because she speak English well and if she is not there we cannot buy so many and suitable thing for my newborn son.
