Rossman is a place every one of black skin complexion shd avoid. Today they accused my friend of stealing, called the police on her and police found nothing she possesed from the store. The store was dissatisfied with the police search and assured the lady that they are still going to carry on their further search. I'm wondering, does Rossman have their own police? Does Rossman understand this kind of humiliation? Doesn't Rossman have functional cameras? Is Rossmann a court or Drogerie markt?

Staying away from this shop is called for. How now do you always as Rossmann, find yourselves descriminating against Africans? A friends was yesterday humiliated when you distinctively chose to call the police on her wrongfully for a crime she didn't commit. Even though nothing was found on her after a humiliating police search, you wouldnt apologise! Shame on you!

I patronised this particular Rossman today at 12:30pm (11/03/2023). I was looking for a particular item and I approached the MALE staff who is just near me. I noticed that he is the only MALE staff that is working at that particular time. I just said hello he asked me to wait as he was replenishing items so it’s okay. After he brought me to the area that has the item, I was just standing and looking at other products. But I can’t read German so I had to use google lens for translation. However while I was using Google lens translating, he came to me and said “why taking photo?” with big hand gestures and his tone was very rude. I explained to him that I was translating but he was still being rude and gave me a condescending expression. It was a truly bad experience shopping here. Just because I’m Asian so I have to receive this type of treatment? Grow up, and stop being racist.
