I have been with this practice for the past 2 years, Dr Eckhart is a polite & empathetic doctor. But I have to say the Receptionist at the moment ( girl with dark hair) is a NIGHTMARE. After a wait of one and half hours I went up to her politely asked how long will it be? As I have to pick up by son from school.To which Her exact words were “Do not come to me every 2mins , I am not here to check the list. You can leave if you are in a hurry. That’s not part of my job. Don’t want to wait just GO” She is the most Rude, unprofessional, ill mannered receptionist in my experience. She even tried to keep me waiting for my blood work but the Doctor asked the nurse to get it done. Time to change the Practice !

Dr. Eckhard is great BUT The receptionists are incredibly rude and they are the reason i don’t go to this practice anymore. After a 3 hour wait she told me to go someplace else if i have a problem with waiting another hour or so. I left immediately.

After several blood and urine tests and no real diagnosis, I had to say no to doctor's proposal of several other tests. Only later, I understood that all the tests were basically means to extort money from a privately insured patient. To my surprise the bills were sent to me (six months later) to be paid personally. It was never informed before taking any tests that they will not be covered in insurance and will have to be paid personally. In addition extremely rude and unprofessional staff. The doctor himself has a fake helpful demeanor which exposes itself in just a few visits. If you are planning to go here, think twice. You have been warned.

The new female doctor on staff is very caring and answered all of my questions. She really took the time to inspect me. Also, the nurses on staff are very kind and understanding. I had blood taken and medicine giving via IV and the nurse was professional and helped me when I was fainting. She even made the IV spot not bruise from her great care when sticking it in. Best experience here

Pro: very good doctor- dr Eckhart! Con- I’ve waited more than 2 hours to see the doctor, is it not better to give out appointments rather than asking everyone to just walk in? It’s ridiculous to expect people that have jobs or even otherwise to wait hours at end.

Great experience, great doctor. Dr. Najman is a no-nonsense person and we dove right into the concerns that I had and what we could do to treat them. He conducted a thorough physical and took the time to explain what he was looking for and what my results were. He and his office quickly arranged tests with nearby medical centers, and accommodated my hectic travel schedule by making things happen very quickly, and they also made things simple for me to file with my American insurer. He will definitely be my doctor in Frankfurt!

I find some of the bad reviews here very hard to understand! I went to Dr Najman two hours before they were due to close for two weeks of vacation. Dr Boris took the time to see me as he thought I might have shingles - he sorted out tests within minutes and gave me his personal phone number so that he could call me FROM HIS VACATION with my test results. I sent him a text while he was on holiday because I was worried and he responded very quickly. He also made sure I had all the medication I would need for every eventuality. If that's not service, I don't know what is?!

This place is an absolute joke. Waiting for 2 hours to have a normal check-up which took 15 minutes and was rushed. No masks worn by the doctor nor by most of the nurses, nurse taking my blood sample wasn’t wearing gloves. The place doesn’t give you a feeling of good hygiene and professionalism. It’s very chaotic and crowded in the praxis. Time to change the hausarzt.

5 stars for the docs, 0 points for the staff. Dr. Eckhardt has been my doc since the last 6 years - he is always gentle and patient. I appreciate that I can just walk in and see him, even though I have to wait for a while (minimum 60 mins) But the staff is a joke, especially the women at the reception. They are very rude, and I can never get through on the phone. If I call them am usually put on hold for 5 mins and they just hang up on me. Terrible stuff, zero points for efficiently running a practice.

Extremely unfriendly and rude staff. Difficult to get someone to answer the phone. The receptionist sounded like she’s annoyed and doesn’t want to work whatsoever. And there was no simple thank you at all. Dr. Ekhart is fine. But I’ll find another one. Service matters.

all medical needs are perfectly covered from Dr. Najman and his team. Very experienced doctor who is still ahead of the curve and following all news in medical research and developments. It is not a suprise he is the trusted doctor for many VIPs.

Everyone was so helpful and nice to me at this clinic. If you’re an English speaker definitely go here because the entire staff spoke amazing English.

The Drs are really good, everyone speaks english and the place is neat cons :one person of the assistants is weirdly rude and waiting time is long normally 1hr+

Dr Schackenberg is an amazing doctor. He is the best GP in the practice and speaks both German and English. This clinic has been an absolute godsend as I struggled to find good English speaking professionals. Wait times can be very long as there are no appointments - however I don't mind waiting to get such great service.
