Beautiful place BUT also amazing service! After the smoke I wanted to buy more cigars and the gentleman asked me politely if I can leave some for other customers. He did not say no however due to supply chain challenges he wants to take care of all his customers! Hats off … happy to return when in town

Nice beautiful store, wonderful staff, amazing looking humidor. However, almost no ventilation - even if it looks like they have it. Plus that you will find many cigarettesmokers in the lounge as well, very sad. Otherwise very nice place!

Amazing place and staff

Absolutely fantastic and class A cigar bar. From the moment you walk in and greeted by the staff you feel welcomed. Great selection of cigars along with great recommendations. Seating and atmosphere is perfect for conversation. Excellent selection of liquors to choose from and the staff makes them with care. Definitely will be returning and visiting Ruben and staff again soon.

Nice looking store. Few cuban rums available. The humidor is another story, the selection of cigars is limited. Most of the shelfs empty and what's left is over priced small size sticks. I asked to buy a box of cigars the sales man laughed and talked about ordering on a waiting list. Disappointed with the selection and prices.

Excellent cigar lounge.

Had a great experience smoking an affordable Quai 50. Sadly they seem to be hit with the EU wide issues of availability so range selections are lower than normal. They also don't sell boxes (understandable as hoarders are common). However the ambience and hospitality served by the patrons are excellent and I would recommend stopping by here when doing a Frankfurt visit 👌

This was one of the highest points of my trip. Cigars are of incredible value, being that you will pay €10 to €30 more at other places. Great help, and I swear, the most loveliest lounge one could ever hope for... Will be back on my next trip!

Great Spirit Choice with many amazing Rums ,gins and whisky! They also give great advice about cigars that you can enjoy inside the small salon in the back. Love this place and so should every gentleman with good taste! 👌

Really good cigar lounge. Amazing selection of cigars and alcoholic beverages. Very friendliy staff and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended if you are into cigars.

The lady spoke who spoke to us was rude and did not let us buy any despite the fact they were clearly open and served the customers behind us, not friendly towards English speakers at all, bad customer service
