Quick pleasant service. Super tasty food as well as the coffee.

We had some trouble with the delivery, which took almost 2 hours even though we were 5 minutes away from the place. When we got our order wrong with missing items and horrible presentation, we contacted the restaurant - the staff member was not helpful and unwilling to make the proper refunds. The call was frustrating and the service was poor, this was definitely not a pleasant experience at all.

If I could say -1000 I would. This is clearly mold and hair I'm my wife's salad with the rest of the withered cherry tomatoes. If trying to shift through old food to save what you can is what you do. I think you did a horrible job. This disgusting.

Food is ok, fries were the worst, also it was weekend and we had to wait for like an hour before we got the binning, and 30 more minutes for the service.

Food is 10/10. Service is 8/10. They sometimes ignore you even when they heard you say Excuse me. The food always comes alittle late but thats fine. We help ourselves with drink refills. Good for a dinner date or just a quick bite. Note: food is extremely huge and served on a big plate. 😍😍💝💝💝

Denny’s has been a good standby for our family. When we’re hungry and are traveling its been a safe bet that we’ll find something for everyone. This Denny’s on North River Road in Schiller Park, IL really kind of set a new bar. First of all we were there on Christmas morning! The staff was so warm and friendly and our service was quick and accurate. The food was very good and everyone was well attended too. Despite being a holiday the staff was on top of their game and gave us a great dining experience.

This place sucks and they have horrible customer service. I placed a simple order over the phone and they didn't get anything right. To make matters worse they wanted me to drive the food back instead of just making it right and offering a free meal for the simple fact that it was their mistake in the first place.

Rosibel was our server and maybe the manager on duty. She was AMAZING! We had 7 guests. We ordered... we were not rushed and our food was prepared quickly and accurately. I live 1.5 hours away and I'm glad this Denny's was able to serve us with dine-in.

Wow, today was exceptionally the best service and time spent at Denny's. Not only were we seated promptly but we had the best waitress ever, Caroline. She has the most beautiful personality and smile. Caroline is also very sweet and attentive to her customers. Her customers service skills were awesome! Thank you Caroline for making our visit to Denny's another great experience. Not also was the service awesome but so was the food. This has officially become my favorite Denny's. 😁💯

The other day we were talking about how we hadn't been to Denny's in years, and yesterday morning we happened to see this one while driving so we decided to stop in for breakfast. We ended up having a wonderful dining experience. We were immediately greeted with a smile by Jeannette. She seated us and took our orders promptly. The food came out quickly. We all had big portions and everything was delicious. My kids loved the Jr pancakes with the confetti icing on them. My omelet was delicious as well. Jeannette was so helpful and attentive the entire time. She was a really great waitress and seeing the way she interacted with everyone she served while were there proved that. She's such a kind, friendly person and is excellent at her job. They're lucky to have her! Overall we were very happy with our experience and will be back to eat again very soon!

The Franklin Park location is trash… lazy staff and they seem to open/close whenever they feel like it. When they ARE open the place is dirty inside and the food is meh…

10 minutes to be seated, good. Looked at menu while waiting to be seated. While waiting I observed one of the bus boys putting silver ware into packages bare handed. Then he walked away touched the point of sale screen, came back checked his phone and went right back into putting the silverware into packages. Upon being seated ordered 2 coffees with cream and sugar waited 10 minutes for the coffees, no sugar or creams were brought to table, bad. Asked for cream and sugar coffees got cold. Waited a bit longer then my spouse said, why are they taking so long? Waited 5 minutes got up asked Mgr where our food was as we had been waiting for about 40 minutes since we had sat down. Server then came a few moments later with the food. Son asked for some hot sauce and ketchup nothing on the table (might be new normal due to pandemic) bad. Asked for a second cup of coffee was brought right out. While eating noticed there was significant amount of dust on the picture frames. Food was nothing to be bragged about but had decent taste. Ordered biscuits and gravy and the gravy had half inch pieces of sausage links in there that were added after the gravy was made. Pictures attached of the dusty picture frames. Sorry being critical but the location has been closed for a while during the quarantine and the management team should have been able to spare some time to have the frames at least wiped down. Noticed green holiday decorations taped to the very top of the light fixtures. It is April not December.

Great food , and staff were so nice and gracious towards our party of people. Even though the restaurant was very crowded, still was able to enjoy the atmosphere because all staff worked to get everyone the orders placed in a speedy manner , accommodating the order as placed , this is a great place to go and customer service provided is very admirable.

We are commoners to this Dennys. We absolutely love and appreciate the workers here. Our latest trip there were three people working. Our server, The cook, and the cleaning guy. They were really good. It's sad that people think it's okay to dine and ditch. There was a couple of girls who came in and ate 75% of their meal and then just left. Our server handled it perfectly. All three of the workers we had are wonderful people who did an amazing job.

I had a terrible experience tonight with a delivery. Ordered almost $50 in dishes that usually I order but the deliver was the worst possible The driver took almost 40min to call, deliver and let me know that was "lost". Food is overpriced I asked for four French toast and she said it would be almost $14 totally ridiculous. Denny's really need to work on more of a fair price. It's not like they're paying their waitress $25 an hour.
