Unprofessional Not only was the drive through person wearing stained clothes she completely got the order wrong. To add insult to injury she mixed my nephews sodas with the flavor she said was out Yuck! Since it was 45min away the manager was not helpful and said we could return to the store to replace the order. A refund should have been given!!!!! Fix it White Castle! Refund !

I stopped at your Mannheim and Grand store to try to get a bite to eat and wait for a ride. The door was locked and the kid at the counter ignored me. Currently Illinois/Cook County has allowed restaurants to open. I'M AN OLD LADY. You're in Ohio, you know what a white out storm is. Please give a thumbs up if the fat black woman who works afternoons was rude to you. She should be fired. Everybody else there are good and do the best they can.

This was the first time in my life eating anything at a White Castle Diner! We had an Original Slider and a Jalapeño Slider......YUMMY!! The diner was clean and the 2 gals working were exceptionally friendly and helpful! The bathroom was very clean and there was ample parking.

I inquired about the $0.99 3 cheese ring offer, but didn't receive it. During my wait, I was asked about paying for my food by some other employee, so there's obviously a communication problem amongst the employees. I was a bit worried because I never received a receipt. The food that I received was good & the order was accurate. I'm going to return though. I think the issue might have been haste, due to shift change.

My fiancé and I went here for the first time to grab breakfast for us and his coworkers. Not a good neighborhood for one and the service was awful. We were waiting 20 minutes for our food so we decided to go in and see what was taking so long. The employees were so busy GOOFING around our food was just sitting there. The food was definitely not worth it. Will never return to that location.

The food is really not amazing. Doesn't taste freshly made. I get it all comes from a frozen box but it just has that "I've been sitting out taste". The last visit we had there was horrible not due to the employees. It was due to the fact that my child was eating a chicken ring and immediately started screaming and spit it out. I walked over and retrieved what he spit out and it was gross. It looks like plastic or silicone but feels like rubber. It's not little either it's quite large. I obviously called to inform management that they clearly got delivered a bad batch. He then told me that this happens all the time. That it's more than likely a bone and I swear it is not and if it is even more gross

I was there this morning 10/23/22 and I had to tell the worker to change gloves before touching food. You don't take money and make food with the same gloves I'm never going back.

I worked at a White Castle restaurant in Hammond Indiana in the 70's. I was always proud of how clean we kept the restaurant. It was a very strict place to work but worth every bit of it. The restaurant shined. I was shocked when visiting Chicago at the visible filth. Edgar Ingram would not have tolerated his restaurants looking the way they do now.

They had what I craved and I got my order faster than it takes the golden arches to cook me a sad looking quarter pounder. Crave Case in under 5 minutes is awesome.

It's been a hot minute since I've been to a White Castle. I was showing a European friend their first experience of Chicago land stuff. The building and the cleanliness within was very symbolic of the neighborhood and area it stands in. I was very impressed by the food it was really good. I was exceptionally impressed by the manager who went into the history of White Castle for my friend and spoke about the family and all of the history around it which I thought was so cool! So great experience.

Well, I love me some WC. The burger recipe has not changed. Was satisfied with my food. In fact, I tried the sloppy Joe sliders. They were very tasty! 😋Delicious! 😋 The double cheese burgers were delicious! 😋 Even the fries were good! 😋 However, I ordered a shake and got ice cream. They claimed that that's the way their shakes are. Then that's not a shake! No sir! Please exchange this for a coke, I said. He obliged without any hassle. Thank you for that. All in all, the brand WC is still as authentic as before, with updated costs, and added items on the menu. Great customer service! Always delicious!

Always look forward to this place when we have the chance. Not where I’m from in Texas so it was nice to get to visit one here. The staff was super nice and helpful. Our food was prepared quick and in a timely manner. It was all hot and tasted great. My kids ate it up and hopefully we get to stop by again before we go home to Texas. This location rep the Company well.

White Castle is what it is. I love it but can’t eat it a lot!!!! Lol. It’s a good quick fast good slider. They do have plenty of options to eat. Service was quick and the order was Correct and good.

They brought back the shrimp nibblers which I love, and they also had clam strips! I couldn't believe it! I love the seafood from White Castle, truly amazing. ❤️👌😉

The prices are pretty low and the food quality is great, ain't no gourmet meal, but it is close to it : ) I would personally recommend the smoothies, they taste wonderful.

White Castle has a lot of different types of sandwhiches and items most fast food restaurants have. It’s an amazing place to go and eat, the cashier and staff seem nice but from the 9 times I’ve ate there 2 of the time they messed up my order. Everything is is great, not a long line and not too long of a wait around night time.

I'm not sure what gives but they have a tendency of mixing in some vegan burgers to what, save time? Or are they doing that to cut corners? And this White Castle is the only White Castle that gives me partially cooked half chicken rings or chicken rings that are folded in half. WEIRD!

Late night. Just got off plane needed something to eat. Went through drive through. Had to separate orders, cashier says, I will take this time. Guess only one order in drive through. Was a little disappointed. She made exception. Never had this problem before with orders.

Went to grab a quick lunch on the way to the airport. It has been a long time since I had a White Castle. The service at this one was bad even for fast food. The make person taking orders was really slow. It took him forever to enter the order from the customer in front of me. When he was done, he went to put down French fries. That took him another 5 minutes as he seems to be putting them 1X handful at a time instead of just pouring them into the basket like everywhere else. Finally, the cooking person took my order as he was STILL putting fries into the basket. Not even into the cooking oil yet! The food was what I remembered but now with habanero cheese, which was never available before.

Nice WC and 24 hours at some of them so if your schedule is nights, can't be beat! Regular slider is all I ever get and it just doesn't disappoint.

The food is good. However they don't believe in loitering rules. Used to have a 45 minute rule but they cater to a group of people that come in there for 4 hours and talk too loud. I called corporate and they were upset but they won't do anything. Manager said to me just because one person calls to complain they won't do anything at corporate. Don't go here to dine cause they don't follow rules and their district manager allows it which is wrong

Everytime we order food from here it has a frostbite taste. Our last order was Saturday January 14th, 2023 and it will be our last order from here. I had some soggy chicken rings that tasted like freezer burn. My wife had 2 impossible burgers with an order of cheese sticks. She now has food poisoning and has been throwing up since early Sunday morning.

They gave me time to figure out what I wanted, I appreciate that. I got my order in a decent amount of time, but I realized they didn’t me any marinara sauce, so I waited and looked into the window while at least 4 people walked past, not acknowledging that I’m there. I don’t like honking at people in the drive thru, but I’m sitting here for a good minute waiting for someone to come to the window. I honk and one of the girls who kept glancing at, but not acknowledging me came to the window to open it. She didn’t say anything or look at me, so I just had to ask if I could get marinara. Do better.

It was my first time trying white castle. There was no one sitting on the inside, a sign I should’ve taken seriously. I order cheese sliders, and a Coke. They forget my drinks but give me a bigger size. OK they’re trying. Then my food finally comes out after waiting 10 minutes and my sliders were soggy. Wendy’s is much better.

Don’t come to Chicago often, so figured we’d get White Castle. Who knew you could spend 45 minutes in a drive thru. Pretty high rate of pay advertised so it’s a wonder none of the employees understand the concept of “fast food.” Update: handed me two sodas but had no idea which was which. Super performance.

The wait for my food items was extremely too long!! The food was fresh, but there is a need for speed at a fast food restaurant, considering I was the only person in the drive thru at 2:55 am.

I wanted mac and cheese wedges that are advertised on there marque board in lites ,don't have ,wanted sloppy joe sliders don't have those either so I said there on ur board in lites ,we have not had a chance to change it ......and that's bull cuz I pass by there everyday on my way to work it's been on there for months ...........plus cashier was very rude

Placed a mobile order that was to be ready at 1:11pm, got there at 1:10 in the drive thru, told them it was me and after waiting 3 minutes for the car in front of me to get their food, I got to the window and the lady said a total of $6 and something, I said that’s not me I have the mobile order. She disappeared for a couple minutes and came back with my soda that I had ordered with no ice but it had ice, wasn’t a huge deal, she disappeared again, meanwhile while waiting, the car behind me starts honking at me, and another lady came back at 1:24pm with my food, didn’t bother to apologize or anything for waiting 13 minutes. What’s the point of a mobile order if it’s not going to be ready on time?!?! All of this while being on the clock working, so much for my lunch break!
