It's quite a relaxing place, You can order your food online or go in yourself and it will be prepared swiftly. Very friendly staffs and a neat place to hangout for hours..

This place does have chicken, but I didn't see any Town inside. So I am a little confused about that. But the chicken was purty good. 🐔 🔥 🍗

Chicken 🐔 Town is one of the best places to enjoy a delicious and fast meal in Freetown. They offer good services in serene and friendly environment. You have many options of enjoying your meals; you eat in their comfortable spaces or take it away to your desired location or better still, you can them deliver it to you or to your loved ones at home or offices.

Last week, I came here for having a simple quick lunch. Timely I was informed by a waitress that anybody was allowed to having lunch inside the restaurant but just in the tables outside. When my lunch was ready I was informed that I was not allowed to eat it there since the management does not allow it anymore during covid emergency. Despite many national people where eating there (also inside the place) at that moment, and after many discussion with the waitress I was obliged to leave the place. For the type of treatment they deserve to international in this difficult moment I do not suggest this place. Opt always for local businesses!

Poor customer care services. telephoned number is not working Difficult to order food

Although their food is nice (depending on what u order), their delivery is horrible. My friend and I ordered food to be delivered to our school (mind u our school is literally 5 mins away) and they came 2 hours late and the food was cold. Worst thing was that we ordered fries and so even if we microwaved it, I would still be horrible and dry. And it's not the first time it's happened. On so many occasions, I've ordered and they've delivered late or missed the address. Just recently, their driver went all the way to saint Mary's supermarket (he had to pass our school to get there) and it was so confusing cause he knows where our school is cause we've been ordering from them. The worst thing is when u call to ask what's going on and the person who picks up just leaves you on hold or is rude. Overall, I personally don't feel like the food is even good enough to go through all the stress.

Bad customer service. Terrible. I came in with my wife and no one came to our table for about 15 minutes. As a matter of fact, I called a server to come attend to us. French fries was cold. I’m a regular here but not anymore as I’m taking my business elsewhere. I was not even offered what my wife wanted to drink. I love to eat my fries with multiple ketchup but was not offered and I ended leaving them on my table.

Unfortunately, I made an order for 6 wings with a total cost of Le45,000.00 on 06/05/2022. Upon receiving the package I didn’t open the package to cross check what was supplied to me! I only realized that it was only a single leg that was issued to me with a cost around Le15,000.00. Hope the management will look into issues like this in the future because it’s a complete embarrassment.
