An old hotel but well maintained. The rooms look very good with all the necessary additions. The restaurant is good with good meals. So far the attendants have been very helpful. The view from my window is fantastic. I can see the sun setting right from my window with a good view of the see. The atmosphere is fantastic.

This is a good Hotel Managed by Chinese. The staff are very friendly and willing to help you with anything whatsoever you may have problem with. The rooms are clean and spacious less to talk about the suites. They have a big pool and gym facilities as well. They also have good cuisine. I’m giving four stars because they always host events at the hotel which can be very noisy at times.

Bintumani Hotel Freetown is a place of comfort and relaxation for travelers, complete with free WiFi throughout the property. This hotel offers guests flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, slippers, free toiletries, and private parking. Guests will enjoy a variety of amenities including a 24-hour front desk, shops on the premises, seating areas to relax in after a busy day, an outdoor pool open year-round, barbecue facilities, children's playgrounds, and even an onsite restaurant. All of the rooms include a private bathroom and come equipped with convenient kettles for added convenience. For those who are flying in or out of Freetown, Lungi International Airport is only 11 miles away from this convenient hotel.

The rooms are good value for money, we (the company I work for) have a great rate with the Bintumani. The food however is terrible, both western and Chinese, the pasta tastes very old, the meat is prepared badly, there is not much of a good selection on the western front, the soup on the western menu is badly prepared and no good flavour, the breakfast is mediocre and catera mainly for Chinese, the bread is old and stale. The hotel would get a much better review if they improved on their food and were able to offer decent coffee (freshly ground coffee)

I go to Sierra Leone every single year. This is my first time spending my vacation in a hotel. I will say this and I mean it with all my heart this hotel hates Black people. It abuses its workers. The manager disrespects the employees every five seconds. The manager even try to charge guest of the hotel 400,000 leons to microwave food. Usually microwaves are in the rooms are at least there are microwaves in a public area for guests to use. We had to go downstairs and threaten to complain before they stopped charging guests for basic needs. It is illegal. It is wrong. He also tried to charge us to use the refrigerator when ours in our room did not work. Also the food there is horrible. The hotel needs to cater to its clientele. The majority of guests there are Sierra Leonean: There is no reason why there should not be authentic Sierra Leone food for breakfast and lunch. The only thing was “African egg” and that was because the employees. Everything else did not make sense. The way they abuse their workers is horrid and the manager should be fired. Immediately. I have never seen such abuse and it disappointed me especially in my birth country. The gym was never open and no machine ever worked. The manager did not even give employees a day off for Christmas or New Years Day. They know the local people who work there need the job and they abuse that advantage to no end. It makes it even worse that all of the managers are Chinese and all of the workers are Africans. It makes me sick. I have never seen such abuse to it’s employees or guests in any establishment I have gone to. The manager needs to be fired and anyone associated with this abuse and employees need to be respected and given decent human rights and a raise. Just because you are in Africa does not mean you get to treat people lawlessly. Your employees are human beings with families. Do better. It’s embarrassing and horrifying.

Terrible hotel, terrible customer service! Booked a hall, rooms and catering for a workshop. Participants ended with holes in their clothes made likely by a rodent, bed bugs. Internet was poor for the workshop. On top of that, service was terrible, and management replied with an unprofessional and offensive email when complaint was made.

Was there for a conference recently. Im giving 1 star for service because the food is totally awful, I mean awful. Very greesy, feels unhealthy and quite tasteless. On top of that, there were fewer options If you happen to lodge in this Hotel, go down the hill next door to The Suites Hotel for simler prices, ranging from 300 to 350 Leone, you will get very, very nice food including grills at their restaurant. It was a big relief eating from the Suites Hotel's restaurant although I discovered it late.

I recently stayed at the Bintumani Hotel for a weekend getaway, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and at home right away. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The bed was especially comfortable, with soft linens and plenty of pillows to ensure a good night's sleep. One of the things I loved most about the ABC Hotel was its location. It's situated in a great part of town, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. I also appreciated the hotel's proximity to some of the city's best attractions, including museums, parks, and historic landmarks. Throughout my stay, I also had the opportunity to take advantage of the hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and the on-site restaurant. Both were excellent, with top-notch equipment in the fitness center and delicious food and drink options at the restaurant. Overall, I would highly recommend the ABC Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in the city. With its friendly staff, spacious rooms, and great location, it's the perfect choice for travelers of all kinds.

would be better to remove the carpet in the vip suites... It's way too dirty!!! Leaving the floor "free" would be more practical and healthier to clean elsewhere. The renovation effort of the equipment in the rooms is correct. Emphasis to be placed on cleaning the common areas especially: in 2 days I met a lot of bugs ... including a giant cockroach 😎 in the ladies room near the reception.

Lots of mosquitoes at this hotel. There is a solution to this problem. Spray, spray and spray. Grow lemongrass. The mosquitoes repellent plugs don’t work.
