A lovingly maintained museum full of tractors up to 1911 and older, as well as all combine harvesters, hay balers, Unimogs and much more. A highlight is the steam-powered tractor locomotive 🚂! An absolute recommendation for explorers big and small. It would be great if there were a few tractors for the little explorers to sit on - maybe an idea? We would be happy to come back and recommend it to others.

Very interesting museum, especially with children! A large hall with old equipment, the Claas hall with combine harvesters of all sizes and the tractor hall. My kids were blown away!

We were there on the first day after the winter break, the halls are all unheated, luckily we had warm clothes on. The museum is beautifully set up and there are real rarities to see. The price is super cheap at €3. We will stop by again in the summer!

Excellent and extremely interesting collection of agricultural equipment and tractors, combine harvesters and everything that goes with them. Some things a little dusty, but everything is still interesting. I really enjoyed my time there. There are three large halls, the third was the most interesting for me - there were tractors and locomotives and combine harvesters of all makes and years. From the most modern, brand new Claas, to Unimogs (including a spectacular design study), to Massey Ferguson and Porsches, and the many, many forgotten brands and manufacturers... too much to name. Definitely go! Admission is a ridiculous €3, reduced €1 :-)

Nice little museum with some not so small machines. Currently only the main office is open. The entrance fee is more than fair, so a visit is definitely worth it.

(Translated by Google) The history of agriculture and its technology from the beginning to the present day is clearly illustrated. Information on soil cultivation, sowing and mowing, and dairy farming is provided on boards. The tools and technical devices on display impress. Zu Bodenbearbeitung, zum Sähen und Mähen, und zur Milchwirtschaft wird auf Tafeln ausführlich informiert. Die ausgestellten Werkzeuge und technischen Geräte begeistern.

Very nice collection of rare tractors, great museum. I particularly liked the two huge locomotives that drive a rope plow. According to the museum, these beautiful antiquities are demonstrated from time to time. There is also a Unimog with the number U 5 from 1946 to see here. When I first entered the exhibition, the lady at the checkout gave me a little talk about the museum at the checkout, practically a short tour, just great.

Impressive exhibition of agricultural equipment and machinery. Everyone will find their favorite tractor there. Entry costs €3 for adults. I will gladly come again.

Great place...open Sundays. Thank God someone is preserving these pieces of history. 3 big buildings of steam engines, wood powered tractors, and vintage machinery. Restore YouTubers should donate some time here making these functional! Take your kids to show them what life was like before tv and internet

Awesome collection of ancient agricultural machines. Good for people studying agriculture or people who are farming. I wouldn't suggest this place for other people.

The German Agricultural Museum is a very nice place to see old tractors and machines. A visit is particularly worthwhile during the Hohenheim Field Days, which usually take place in September. But tractors, combine harvesters and many other agricultural equipment can also be seen the rest of the year. The employees are nice and friendly or people with knowledge are happy to recommend the individual exhibits. I can particularly recommend the first surviving Unimog or the large steam engines or steam locomotives Large halls are unheated so it is relatively cool in autumn and winter.

It was very interesting to see the technology from the past “in action” and to look at the old machines. A highlight for our little one. The only disappointment we found was the price of an ordinary red sausage in a roll for €5 (!!). And for that you had to stand in line for ages in the blazing sun 🤪😥. Maybe this could have been done differently...

(Translated by Google) It is worth a visit here for young and old. There is often a queue on Saturdays. The live agricultural demonstrations in particular are sensational. We saw the grain harvest with a CLAAS Mercur.

Macchine e trattori storici agricoli accuratamente restaurati.

Very nice, informative agricultural equipment museum. The only thing that could be improved would be to set up a coffee/cocoa machine. The parking lot, which requires a fee even on Sundays, is really dirty when it's wet. There are no paved roads or footpaths, just some gravel, but far too little of it.
