An amazing stop in Stuttgart. The biggest Christmas market I've ever seen and a really nice "warm" feeling.... There's nothing warm about the weather in December but otherwise a nice place. Lots of shops, stalls and a shopping mall just outside the train stop. To come again.

I was in Deutschland in August. In 2022, I visited there and was shocked by the quality of the architecture, everything was amazing and so special, I couldn't leave that place, as always I saw too many different nations people, all of them came to take a rest in here and also some of them made a little party in the garden.

Weihnachtsmarktflair zum 1. Advent.

Amazing and vibrant public plaza, especially at night on a nice day. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Great architecture. Right at a train station stop.

Impressive clean plaza... so many performers around brings the good vibes to everyone. Here you can feel the history of the town, how old buildings are still the same is something amazing.

The Stuttgart Christmas market is a wonderland of Christmas sweets, decorations and carnival rides. Many people were out for the German glögg. I have tried the käsespätzle, a delectable pasta nuddle with a rich cheese sauce.

Beautiful! Entertaining. Easy access to many shops and restaurants, the market, and historical locations. Get an ice cream while you walk around. Be sure to check out the chocolate shops as well. Local performers make for even better memories.

Went there with a friend in 2010 and it was a very impressive plaza and ideal for a walk on a clear warm day and nice place to take photos. Great monuments also and right near the Stuttgart Hbf station. The park/plaza is simple to get to using U Bahn or S Bahn. There are also some great nearby restaurants and shopping mall. It can get crowded on a lovely summer day but if you like a crowd, then this is the place for you to enjoy nature and fabulous monuments.

Ludwigsburg is a very interesting little city, 16.6 km from Stuttgart, about a 22-minute train ride, with interesting history and buildings.

This place at Christmas time is beautiful with the Christmas markets. Would love to come back at another time during the year. The Christmas markets just kind of lead from one to the other - which end up being really big throughout stuttgart. I found the stalls at the stuttgart markets to be particularly impressive and beautiful. All so beautifully decorated combined with beautiful historical buildings. What’s not to love. There are approximately 287 stalls in Stuttgart, it is one of the oldest and largest in Germany.

We had a nice guided tour of the area, explaining the history and advising of the hardships faced during WWII. It was very interesting. There were a lot of old structures - some original and some rebuilt after the war.

A beautiful place, very well-kept, you can sit on the grass and relax. There can be a lot of people in the square and it still doesn't feel crowded. Majestically beautiful fountain. I definitely recommend visiting Stuttgart during the "Weindorf" festival. It is organized near the square.

This is the heart of stuttgart. They always have events here. Currently there are Christmas lights, an ice skating rink, and a Ferris wheel. Even when there is no event happening you can always enjoy the historic palace views, monuments, and statues. This is a really safe area as well. Overall just a great place to visit.

Located quite near to the Hauptbahnhof, this is definitely one of those places you cannot miss. There's a huge park nearby where people come just to hang out and chill. The architecture and the way the place was laid out is surely a sight to behold.

At the center of Stuttgart, Schloßplatz is framed by the magnificent and imposing walls of the Stuttgart Palace (Schloss Stuttgart). The palace, a true architectural gem, boasts a fascinating history and serves as a visual reminder of the city's regal past.

One of my favorite places of all times is My families hometown of Stuttgart. Yes, it’s the place that make the best automobiles as in Mercedes and Porsche. In fact, Mercedes are taxi cabs in this south part of Germany.

The second stop of our summer vacation, Stuttgart, is Germany's sixth largest city. It is the capital and largest municipality of the state of Baden-Württemberg, the center of the Stuttgart province (Regierungsbezirk). Stuttgart is Germany's most commercially active city. As of 31 December 2017, its population is 632,743. It is the most mountainous among the metropolitan cities in Germany. Stuttgart University and Hohenheim University are located in this city. The historical and touristic texture of the city is really big and it is necessary to spare at least 3 days. Located in Stuttgart's largest square, parallel to Königstraße, the Schlossplatz hosts important outdoor events every year, including open-air concerts, children's fairs and the open-air ice rink of the Weihnachten market.

Beautiful lawn in front of the government buildings, adorned by two beautiful fountains. Lots of people hang around here all day, having picnics or drinking socially. It become quite packed in the evenings. There's lots of activities around this place during their dinner festival. Must visit when you're in town.
