Delicious gelato—tastes natural flavors. We ordered water and they brought lovely Pellegrino and glasses with half lemons in each.

delicious Eiscoffee and Eischocolate, clean and good city view. But we had to wait a long time for someone to come to order even though it was not crowded, the speed was quite fast but there was a confusion between what my friend and I ordered. This is the one thing that annoys me.

Delicious ice-cream but very unwelcoming staff. A waitress yelled for taking a small plastic spoon, which was not even offered before she adressed the next customer. Back home in Croatia, a majorly turistic country, this would be considered an extremly negative behaviour and the waitress would be fired on spot. Besides that, I was a loyal customer that came often, and now even the delicious ice-cream can’t bring me back. I am keeping the spoon I got yelled at for though, as a small reminder of how a hospitable establishment should not look like.

Always they have long line and taste is really good!! I can choose RECUP here. But spoon was plastic… 😢

You cannot compare to Italian gelato. It iis not the best but it is quite decent and One scoop is 1.70 euro.

Excellent desserts with a variety of things flavored with nuts, caramel, and chocolate... Also fruit for those who like that, which seems less common. Pretty popular place so be sure to get in line quick as it can get very long. Just needs a little bit more seating with benches and some of the fruits to be peeled and it would be perfect.

Ice cream is alright. Nothing too special. I visited this place with my girlfriend, who was using crutches after her knee surgery. After getting ice cream we sat at one of the tables and guess what, they warned us that it's not allowed to sit if you have to-go ice cream (?). I told them that my girlfriend needs to sit because of her condition and the waiter allowed us to sit after asking her boss. Is this really necessary? can you just not be understanding to a person who clearly was too tired and couldnt stay stood up?

Delicious, friendly staff and amazing location! I ordered the Strawberry milkshake which was very refreshing! Definitely will come again! Well, I just had another great experience with Incontro! Christian is so great and very nice. I had a good chat with him and we laughed. Being so generous, he offered my a free hot chocolate! Thanks Chris!

One of the best gelato in Freiburg.

Well, one of my best experiences I had during my stay in Freiburg. I tried different things here, milkshakes, coffee and hot chocolates. All are great! Staff are really friendly, like Christian. He is the best. I had a little chat with him and we got to know each other. He even offered me a free hit chocolate. Definitely very happy with this and I’ll come again!
