Food is very nice and tasty. I like how they present it in a great way as well. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. The lost star is because they only accept cash payments which is sometimes uncomfortable. Would be great if you added a payment by card option. Otherwise, totally satisfied with the service. Location is in a very lively place in the middle of the food triangle in Freiburg. I added photos of my nutella-banana crepe 😋

(Egg)celent Place for breakfast! Great selection of different toasts with various toppings. I can highly recommend "Mexico". Even when the entire restaurant is crowded, the friendly staff will come to your table quickly and make sure that you don't have to wait long for your order to arrive. Was there for the second time already, and will definitely visit again! 👌

4,5/5 stars. It's a great place for breakfast. It's a great place altogether, but I usually go there for breakfast. As far as food goes almost every dish was perfect. Tastes good and the presentation is also pretty neat. As far as drinks go... This is where the 0,5 star subtraction comes from. The drinks are really just hit or miss as far as my experience goes. They're either perfect or they are undrinkable.

I have been hear at first time. The portion is big and good cooked. A wine serving is also good and right *like it. So, thanks for the staff, I recommend this Café 🤗

Uni Café is a cozy establishment which offers a wide selection of food and beverages to choose from. Indoor and outdoor seating options are available, though naturally it might be difficult to get a place on a weekend evening. The staff is quite friendly as well. Oftentimes here for their hot chocolate or Pommes. More filling options including Paninis and Flammkuchen are great as well. Also for alcoholic beverages is a substantial selection to choose from.

Virgin cocktail and tea are very good quality under a very nice prices. The atmospthere is relaxed and welcoming.

It’s a nice place to go with friends! The food and drinks are good, so is the atmosphere (and location). But the service is unfortunately not nice… it feels you bothering the waiters by asking for food/drink. You almost want to “sorry” after you order. Besides that, it’s a nice place!

Everything I ate here was really great: burrata salad, flammkuchen, and the best cocktails I've found in Freiburg.

We randomly went in last November for a dessert. And wow we all agreed that was one of the best Cheesecake we had in our entire lives! Simply one of the best. The texture was so creamy that it melted in our mourh instantly. Yummy! Definitely will visit again the next time we are in town 🥰

Huge coffee and restaurant (with terrace) in the Freiburg downtown. Normally was full (visited in summer) witch makes the ambience a little bit chaotic. The staff was very diligent but is inevitable. Visit if you want to see and been seen but not if you want a peaceful place to be. Reasonable prices.

one thing i can tell about this place is that it's nothing special. they serve Ganter beer, which is not preferred by 99% of Germans I met. The cocktails are alright. Service is okay/slow. Once I had to wait 20 mins to order drinks and in the end I just left.
