Today me and my husband decided to have a stop in Freising to get some breakfast before catching our flight back home. We decided to go to “Sissi's Kaffehaus“, as it was top-recommended on google. I don’t want to write too much, but I want to mention some aspects we were impressed by. We were extremely fascinated by the whole setting of the restaurant. The food was delicious (thanks to the kitchen), there was an english menu and most importantly: The waitresses. They all looked so friendly and inviting. Smiling all the time. The 4 of them. Our waitress was Medina. We had to ask for her name, as it was not on the receipt. She was welcoming, nice, very friendly, well-spoken and very good at speaking english. We enjoyed our short stay and can only recommend. Also: the toilets were clean, which is a rarity nowadays.

A new fave; could not pass up the Schwarzwald roll. Nice coffee. Good atmosphere and lots of super Tortes and pastries. Even nicer when you can sit in the courtyard.

Very good service, delicious food, nice atmosphere and variety of offer for all tastes. 1 must visit in Freising... :)

Nice and cosy place. Fine breakfast selection and wellmade coffee and cakes. I've been there several times now. Its constantly getting better there. Kind and attentive staff. Tasty food and a really unique furnishings.

Friendly staff, however we were ignored and it took a while for the waiter to attend us. The food was okay, not the best. The omelet was very plain; The cheese overcame the flavor. I was also given a salad for breakfast with no dressing-that was something new for me. The hot chocolate was good. I also came in with a bottle of coca-cola and I was told to not put it on the table.

For breakfast I ordered a cheese plate, which was supposed to include Gouda, Emmental, blue cheese, Brie and mozzarella. After the food was served I was sitting in front of a plate with Gouda and mozzarella with tomatoes topped with some dry green salad leaves without dressing and some nuts. As I talked the waiter and complained, that I am missing more different cheeses, I was brought some Brie and blue cheese on a separate plate and the waiter added, that there’s a new staff member in the kitchen. The taste was so so only and would expect more various cheeses on a cheese plate in a breakfast restaurant. I was not really satisfied with the performance in this location on the day of my visit.
