Had a wonderful and delicious typical Bavarian meal there. Place was busy….May Day…..yet the waiting staff were excellent in timing and delivering service. Price for quality food was very reasonable. They just opened a wooden keg of Augustiner Helles….the absolute best lager I, and my wife have ever had. I would highly recommend this restaurant without any hesitation.

I can not tell you how amazing the food is! We’ve traveled a lot over the days and landed back in Germany. Decided travel north to Freisingers downtown area. We walked around a bit and found this place. The locals seem to love it and I can truly see why. The staff is attentive and helpful, the gentleman that spoke to us offered us an English menu, which was great! Because my German speaking is only the word hello. Ok, so now to the food! We ordered the tomahawk pork special made for 2. I’m drooling , sooo freaking good! Came with 2 baked potatoes, 2 sides and a the pork.. glad we came across this place- and thanks to the gentleman and his British wife for her translating the menu and having a print in English. Highly recommend getting dessert as well! Come to this place if your visiting, you won’t regret it.

This pace is huge! Very cool and historic interior. Loved the ambiance. We only stayed for a beer but were served well on a sunny day

Cosy place in the city center to have a meal, but also just a coffee or a beer! Food was nice. I took a traditional Munich sausage with brezel and a small beer! The service was a bit slow, but also maybe because it was a Sunday. I guess the city is not a very turistic place as the waiters didn't speak so much English and I had a menu in German. I would say that it is a typical place.

Good food, fast and friendly service. Price is right. A nice environment for both business and friendly dinner/drinks. Somewhat difficult to find parking around but that didn't bother me a bit.

It was a quiet Monday night so the atmosphere was a little quoter than usual. The service was carried out by Mona who is very attentive, courteous and professional. A very good example of how service should be conducted. The food was very good, I ate the Freisinger Schnitzel and as you can see from the picture it was a good sized portion and is well worth the price. The meat was tender and juicy and it carried good flavour. It is definitely worth a try. I will have it again for sure, first I have to try other dishes from a well constructed menu.

Great food. When my wife likes the sauerkraut. It’s a good restaurant. Everything else was very good
