Such
a
disappointment!
I
could
have
stayed
at
other,
less
expensive
hotels
near
the
airport
but
I
chose
this
one
which
was
a
bit
more
expensive
because
it
had
a
4.5
star
rating.
I
was
hoping
for
a
comfortable
stay.
The
staff
was
rude
and
condescending,
most
had
an
attitude
and
were
not
very
helpful.
The
restaurant
was
closed
and
the
only
food
available
until
17:00
was
from
a
vending
machine,
that
only
takes
credit
cards.
There
was
only
decaf
coffee
in
the
room
and
when
I
brought
it
to
the
front
desk
and
asked
for
regular
coffee
they
said
they
did
not
have
any
available.
The
transportation
to
or
from
the
airport
is
a
public
bus
only.
The
windows
don’t
open,
the
air
doesn’t
work.
The
restaurant
staff
were
too
busy
talking
amongst
themselves
to
wait
on
tables
and
the
food
was
terrible,
it
was
pre
made
and
not
fresh.
Why
would
anyone
put
black
olives
in
chocolate
mousse?
A
key
is
required
to
use
the
elevator
which
is
a
hassle
if
you
are
sharing
a
room
with
someone.
There
is
an
extra
charge
of
you’d
like
breakfast
included.
Lastly,
when
I
asked
if
they
could
possibly
deliver
coffee
to
the
room
(room
service)
since
there
was
not
any
regular
coffee
packets
available,
the
front
desk
lady
said
“no.”
Not
“sorry,
let
me
see
what
I
can
do”
or
“I’m
so
sorry
we
do
not
offer
that
service”
she
just
looked
at
me
and
said
“no!”
