Great people. This is the best experience I have had at any type of office setting. All of the staff are so nice and friendly. It's almost weird. Lol

Front desk ladies are always so sweet, especially the lady who sat to the far left lol. They’re all very welcoming and always seem to be in a jolly spirit. Cleanliness of the place is spectacular, it’s cozy and warm. PA’s to MD’s made it very comfortable to talk to. I went in for my TB and physical for nursing school. In and out right away 🫶🏼

All the office staff was super helpful, kind and the account supervisor Johnny was awesome. I was in a car accident and he took time to explain how everything works and reassured me that everything would be okay. Best experience with all the staff I have ever had at a doctors office.

The providers are always friendly and the visits are complete in an acceptable amount of time. They make their availability convenient for the patient. They always take the time to explain everything in detail and a patient you don’t feel rushed.

Needed a sports physical for my daughter asap. They were able to get us in quick. The staff and doctor were all very pleasant. Great experience!

The staff at the front desk are professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. The doctors are all that and more. Docs have a great bed side manner. especially needed at this time of crisis. . I loved how they were able to get me the help and therapy I needed in fast safe and convenient to my schedule. The therapy was massively enjoyable. I looked forward to my therapy session. Went for my daughters sports physical. Staff and doctors very friendly. I was able to make the appointment on line, very convenient. Only waited about 5-10 minutes, very quick, will definitely be back.

Very professional and pleasant. Was seen within 15 minutes of arrival. Would recommend to everyone!! DO NOT go to St. Agnes Urgent Care. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They closed even when I had an appointment and refused to see me when I got there!

The staff is very nice and respectful. The service is fast if you make an appointment. My only complaint is that it takes them a while to refer you out to a specialist (in my experience). Also, I was told over the phone that they would be able to help me with my disability as long as I brought the receipt number; however, once I was there, the doctor said that he was not able to help me and that my primary care doctor would be the one to help me. All of this adds extra stress to my situation as primary care doctors do not want to see patients that have been in car accidents. Meanwhile, I am waiting and I am not sure what is going on with my right arm. Yes, I am trying to be patient, but that does not help my case.

My biggest feeling after my visit today was calm. Everybody had a smile and helpful attitude from clerical people to medical professionals! Yolanda, PA was very compassionate and caring, she knew her stuff, but was not arrogant. She made my day!

I spoke with Janet she was extremely helpful, courteous, and overall great. This staff there is incredibly polite and efficient. I tested positive for covid and they were the most caring and nicest people.

Doctors and staff made me feel welcome and cared for. All of my concerns were listened to and I wasn’t rushed out. Senior staff members helped new hires with my complicated billing requests and they limited redundant paperwork for me to complete. 10/10 they did fantastic.
