Food was amazing, t bone was cooked really good. The tomahawk was so juicy in the middle. The server was really nice and she did her best with all her tables. I think they might have been short staffed, it felt long. But that’s understandable. The experience is like you’ll expect from a fine dining, but without dress code policy. Don’t skip on the crab cake, it’s actually pretty good for a non seafood place

The birthday we celebrated at Ruth’s Chris was nothing short of special and was in large part to the staff at the restaurant as well as the talented chefs behind the scenes! We loved every tasty bite and every minute spent here. We also come every year around Christmas and it’s just such a special experience for us.

One of the best things about Ruth Chris yes, is there happy hour. They have a great selection of food at a reasonable price. I. I always enjoy coming to get a Cosmo along with with the fresh tuna. They also have shrimp and a amazing cheeseburger on the menu if you prefer. However, remember the menu is limited and the happy hour window closes promptly at 6pm.

The staff are professional and nice, made a reservation in the Fresno branch by mistake and they accommodate me very well. The steaks are delicious especially the bone-in filet. Will recommend this restaurant 100%

The customee service was Amazing! As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were offered the opportunity to grab a table. We weren't at out table for one minute when a waitress approached the table and immediately demonstrated an interest in taking our order. I must advise you to order the lamb chops. As you can see in the images and video I provided, they are nice and juicy (prepared medium well). The mashed potatoes were good. My girlfriend ordered salmon and the shrimp macaroni and cheese. She had to send the mac and cheese back because at first it was too soupy. After it was corrected she expressed sheer delight. I am going to rate the restaurant 5 stars but I must mention a dislike. I disliked that the restaurant is too dark. It seems like it is a Klingon ship from Startrek or a Vampire's den. Waaay too dark for me. It was difficult for me to read the menu as the lighting isn't great. At any rate, I did enjoy myself and the food was good. Therefore, I do recommend eating at this particular Ruth's Chris Steak House. Thank me later!

There’s very little to complain about at Ruth’s Chris. The service was quick and everyone was very hospitable, it’s clean, the atmosphere is nice albeit dimly lit, the food was tasty and portions are large. All this is true and great praise… until you factor in the price. In my opinion, there’s nothing about this restaurant that warrants the prices of the food besides the name. Don’t be mistaken, everything about the place is above average, but a $70 steak, literally just for a 16oz steak on a plate, better to be DAMN good. Sides are another $35, though it is a family style size portion. Again, the price brings elevated expectations. I wasn’t disappointed, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little let down. I knew what the price was before even making the reservation, and the fact that I never splurge on food like this probably has a lot to do with my review. I was expecting 8/10 food but got closer to the 5-6 range. Everything tasted good, but nothing was exceptionally noteworthy. I can in all honestly say I would be more content just throwing a Costco cut on the BBQ next time I have a craving for steak. If ambiance and dress code is very important to you when dining out, then you’ll likely find Ruth’s Chris to be more worth the price than I do.

This place is absolutely fantastic. I have never had one bad experience and the food is always top-notch. Do not expect anything cheap unless you come during happy hour. But even then the food is absolutely delicious. Take my advice, go during happy hour, sit in The Bar area and order the "prime burger". You will not regret it.

Very good food as always..love the ambiance..Our server Mindy was the absolute best. As was Jackson..Only bad thing was they ran out of Lamb Chops and my steak was cooked a little over. Other than that it was a beautiful time. Mindy also suggested an excellent wine to pair with my steak!!

Very much enjoyed my first time here, upscale fancy restaurant with dim lighting and lots of chandeliers. Best sweet white wine ever. They decorated my table for my birthday and gave me a free special dessert with Happy Birthday written in Chocolate:)

Food, service, and atmosphere all 5 stars. Took my girl here for our anniversary and we had a great night, the spicy shrimp weren't very spicy but they were bomb and flavorful, lobster bisque was really good. Steak and lobster tail were cooked on point and tasted delicious. Great place for a special occasion dinner!

Place is run down and just sad. Bar area looked like a hotel lobby bar and had a worse atmosphere. We ordered take out and upon arrival, there were two families waiting to be seated. Dining room had plenty of availability, so not sure why everyone was sitting around waiting. Looked short staffed. Our takeout was so/so at best. Loaded mashed potatoes were extremely dry and almost cold. Steak was medium, not medium rare. WAY too much money for this quality. Outback would be a much better choice for the less money.

My wife and I both had the fillet mignon. It was excellent. I also had shrimp. They were placed on the top of the steak, maybe under a broiler or something to cook. Really overdone! Chewy and on the dry side. Once again, the steak was amazing! The sides we ordered were a baked potato (no chives), asparagus, and garlic mashed potatoes. Oh, I also had a bowl of lobster bisque. We received brussel sprouts instead of a baked potato. At about $15 dollars for one side, the order should at least be correct, so I inquired. I think I irritated him. The waiter actually said something about how he "guessed he was buying us a side" when he delivered the potato. He said mentioned something about "buying us a side again later during the meal. It kind of made me feel bad about asking to have it fixed. This was my first visit to Ruth's Chris, and honestly, it is quite a treat for my wife and I. Anyway, I digress. The lobster bisque was a first for me. It was full of flavor and had a couple small chunks of lobster. I liked it but it wasn't my favorite. The garlic mashed potatoes were good. Honestly, I think the grilled asparagus I make at home is better than theirs. The baked potato was pretty decent. In writing this, I'm now wondering if we should have inspected the potato first before partaking. I suppose it wouldn't have mattered because it was so dark in the corner I sat in that I truly needed to use the flashlight on my phone to see, but I didn't. I didn't want to disturb the other patrons. My wife was kind enough to help as she had a small amount of light behind her illuminating her menu. The brussel sprouts turned out to be the star of the sides for me. They were sightly caramelized and just yum. I'd definitely have them again. For desert, we had a slice of cheescake with fresh berries. It was very good, and I would order it again also, but I don't think I will be rushing back anytime soon. There are other places that offer a better dining experience, in my opinion.

The wait is ridiculous for a Wednesday. This is sad its my moms birthday so I'm being cool but if it wasn't I would have left already honestly. I saw people get their food who came after us so not quite sure what the problem is. The price for this service is not okay. Everything was okay except for moms steak was not well done. Amy was our waiter and she did well fixed our complaints we didn't complain about our steak because we were ready to go. Drinks were good. My rib eye was good as well as my sons burger and ge loved the fries. 3 stars was for the hour n a half wait.

First off the atmosphere is really elegant. It has a very high end feel and our servers were so helpful and friendly which we greatly appreciated. As far as the food goes however, it wasn't worth the hype. I got the new York steak with lobster Mac and cheese and cream spinach and to be honest everything was bland. The steak was the best part of the meal but that's not saying much if everything else was just average. Personally I'd say skip this place and if you want fine dining and high end food go to Flemings, Fogo De Chao, or Harris Ranch. They're all about the same price but the food is a notch above. I really wanted to love this place but I don't see myself coming back when those other spots exist.

When we arrived, there was not a host or hostess. We waited for 15 minutes before we were acknowledged, then another 5 for someone to seat us. Once sat, we waited another 15 minutes before our drink order was taken, and I know what you're thinking they must have been busy..... nope, we were 1 of 3 tables in the whole restaurant. Our apps arrived before our drinks, and the service was extremely slow. We didn't even get asked about second drinks until we asked for a togo box. This was our first and most likely our last trip to Ruth Chris. For the price point, I expected excellent service, but we didn't even get basic.

If I could make it a 10 I would. This place made my 5 year anniversary so special. They put heart confetti on the table. They gave us free mini cheesecake dessert with 'Happy 5 year anniversary' on the plate. The service was so great. Sadly, everything I chose was out, but that's how you know those were the customers favorites. It is pretty pricey so I don't know when I'll go back, but I definitely will.

Was highly recommended by a neighbor so we made a reservation for our anniversary dinner and they did not disappoint! The Pomegranate martini was IMPECCABLE and the service was fantastic! Everything we ate was so delicious will definitely be a returning customer. Oh and also loved that they took a picture and printed it out for us as a keepsake
