Pay at counter and seat yourself. Food is brought out to you. Outdoor patio seating available. Beer and micheladas available. Tacos de lengua were 🔥 I requested no beans and meat portions were large. The meat was cooked well, great flavor but definitely no salt needed, just add your salsa and limon.

Huge potions with plenty of flavor. Can’t go wrong with tacos 🌮. Pork chili verde and asada are a hit! Beans are optional on the tacos.

The food came out hot & fresh. The guys had better customer service than the cashier lady. The asada meat seems dry, but it wasn't. The meat was soft.

Pretty horrible packaging when getting Menudo. They use plastic lids like for the soda to cover up a hot soup. The soup was scorching hot and my cousin got into the car The plastic melted and the cup holder they gave us just melted on how hot the soup was. My cousin got second-degree burns on his legs. When We called to complain they said that they've been serving soup like this all the time. This is extremely dangerous it could've been a horrible had my kids or somebody else for that matter had drop the soup on themselves. I did however get a refund for my order. Just extremely upset on how they handle things they really didn't even want to give me a refund and they were basically blaming it on me that the soup fell on my leg. I began to explain to them that we didn't even drive off the parking lot. I told him that the plastic was melted away and the lid was shrinking and when I sat in the car when the cupholder melted all the soup just fell at all my leg. To me it seems like they really didn't even care. The manager was never on site nor did the manager ever call us or talk to us. The manager basically left the employees to basically handle the situation. Their vibe was more like a oh well it's your problem not ours. On a Sidenote their food is really delicious I’ve never had a problem with the taste of their food this was just a bad experience that We had.

I love this place I always go to Don Pepe taqueria when I visit California. They never disappoint me good portion of food and the micheladas are so good.

Used to be my favorite Mexican food place but lately I feel like the quality of their food has gone way done. Definitely does not taste as seasoned as it used to. Although portions sizes and prices are still good.

Best taqueria in town. The only way you're going to get better food is if your abuelita cooks for you! Pro tip: Bring your own Tupperware if you get the menudo to go. The styrofoam cups and lids won't contain that hot deliciousness for long.

Can't go wrong on this one. Food is delicious. Food is done and ready quickly. I usually sit in and love that I can get my own salsas and sides. I don't know anyone who doesn't love Don Pepe food.

They are consistently great. Everything is good here. I have lived in LA, Chicago, San Antonio, and SF, and I always crave don pepe's when I am out of Fresno. I wish they could offer more salsas. The red one burns my mouth off in a nice way. They are probably the best establishment in Fresno.

Best Mexican food hands down. (Well around state). Spicy shrimp burrito is incredible. Fresh shrimp and avocado. They get shipments of shrimp every day or 2 at the most. Prices are reasonable too compared go everything nowadays.

They make best Tacos in town. I was looking for flour tacos. Everywhere i go they have corn tacos. Me and my wife stopped here randomly and guess what ? I found my favorite place to go. The food quality is very good too. Just a little tight place but i don't give a damn about that. I just love the food.

Tortillas are a 9.0, meat 7.0 , salsa 7.0 , beans 4.0, chips 1.0 , tostada 1.0…..great hangover food but not for the people that love Mexican food. Also staff isn’t nice BUT they are very fast! Mainly because they aren’t stopping to smile at people 😂

Food here is fantastic. Very large servings and fast service. Probably not the most authentic Mexican food but it's very good none the less. Their seafood options are particularly good. The restaurant area is really small but has good seating outside.
