I’ve not been to an IHOP in over 10 years, visited this one near downtown Fresno, greeted right away, seated by looked like to be the Manager, very friendly, personable and got me started. Server Efrin was right there getting my drink order and asking if I had any questions, ordered the BLTA and did not wait long for it to arrive. After a short bit Efrin was back checking on me and making sure I was satisfied. The Bacon on the sandwich was cooked perfectly and the onion rings were were not burnt to a crisp but right amount of crunch with actual onion inside. Great experience at this location and most definitely will be back. Thanks to your staff and crew.

Restaurant: 1/5 Food: 1/5 Customer Service: 5/5 Overall: 2/5 This IHOP felt off. It actually felt like a knock-off IHOP or like a new restaurant moved into this old IHOP. Didn’t feel like I was actually in an IHOP. The Eggs Benedict was… interesting. It was average and the hollandaise sauce had a slight sour taste… Besides that, the server was really awesome and friendly.

Ordered this for my break and didn't eat till my lunch cause it took literally 1 hour and 45 mins. By then my food was cold. Not to mention they forgot my drink😒 Update: its been a while since we came to this location since it was closed down for a while for construction or something. Anyway took our kids yesterday and im impressed how delicious everything we ordered was. Waiter was on task and constant with our drink refills and was nice and friendly. Only down side was parking was a bit crowded but other than that service and food was on point. Only thing i didn't take a picture was their new buttermilk biscuit because i ordered it late but omg it was delicious and flaky. Definitely ordering that every time.

This IHOP is conveniently located right next to La Quinta inn, walking or wheelchair distance in my case from U.C.S.F., Fresno community hospital, Fresno Children's dental surgery center and mobility works which is where I just wheeled in from as I write this review, I've got a couple of hours to kill while my vans being worked on and the professional staff here at IHOP are not even bothered. My orange juice as well as my wife's coffee is topped off at just the right time. The menu was a surprise to me when I seen the variety of options from t-bone steaks, burgers, country fried steak as well as chicken and waffles. The options for pancakes were wide ranging. My wife had the "jace's illusion -berry pancakes with coffee while I settled for the biscuits and gravy with eggs, hash browns and sausage with a glass of orange juice, it had some customers but not crowded at all or noisy. The tables and floor were clean as well as the bathroom, if you happen to be in the area of this IHOP I recommend you stop in and treat yourself to what a restaurant should be, you will not be disappointed.

As I pulled up, there was a man waiting, holding the door open for us to get out of the car. I thought he was just another consumer, but he worked there. I wished I had remembered his name. He is hispanic decent. He took great care of my grandchildren and I. He was teaching my grandchildren how to say, "Merry Christmas in Spanish." We went on Friday, December 22nd, 2023 morning around 9:00 a.m.! We'll definitely go back to IHop because of his AMAZING customer service!

The staff and service at this IHOP location are commendable. However, I must admit that the egg Benedict dish I ordered left me a bit perplexed. It didn't quite meet my expectations of what an eggs Benedict should be. This rendition fell short of capturing the essence of this classic dish. Despite this disappointment, the overall experience was still pleasant, thanks to the attentive staff and service.

Took my money online but did not have what I wanted twice. Once they closed early. $124 all together. Over 2 weeks later they still have not refunded my money. Unexceptable. They need to give me my refund and some food for making me wait since Christmas for my mo ey back.

I'm really mixed about this place. It's generally very quiet and peaceful in this restaurant, not in a great part of town, but close enough to the train station to make a meal convenient there. You will see homeless people doing very odd things on your way there though. The restaurant can't help that. It's clean inside, and the food comes quickly. I have been here two times, so I am not an expert on this location since, in a scientific sense, I don't have enough "data." But upon this second visit, I had trouble getting the server to come back and check enough (we needed extra butter and more napkins), as she was discussing something about the schedule with someone near the kitchen. Also, I wouldn't call the servers "friendly" as they are not that, nor smiley much, but they are cordial enough. I'd say, because of the lack of traffic, there is just something missing at this restaurant in terms of a welcoming feeling. For someone who just wants to get in and out, it will deliver. But beyond that, there may be some work to be done in terms of the corporation/head of franchise maybe doing a little more customer service training. It's why I'm on the fence with this location. I'm going to try some others in the area next time I'm up there and compare with this one.

This I believe to be one of the older I-Hops in Fresno but, I think that speaks for itself cause, it wouldn't still be there if it were that bad. Correct??? The cooks here are limited to what's on the Menu but, in my opinion even a scrambled egg has to be cooked correctly In order to be enjoyed so, the rest of the menu. I give this location a 3 star score for now. I will return soon so that I may compare Cook ability. The Hosts are very friendly and deserve a fair tip as they are forced to carry out all the weight of these great deals we as customers are enjoying. Drop in and please let me know if I'm wrong. Very pleasant waitress. Great coffee n eggs, however the Pancakes were a little raw. 3 stars because the waitress was on her game.

Employees were extremely rude. One young lady would come screaming names as she walked out of the kitchen with to go orders. Pretty sure she could have waited until she was upfront, obviously the to go customers are up front waiting and not walking around inside restaurant.

The place is not in the best of areas, but the food was good, correctly ordered and prepared. Kids menu and Happy Hour were really a bargain for the price! My server was prompt and friendly! I will go back again for the crepes and delicious Waffles 🧇 😋 😍

Love this IHOP, our usual waitress is very welcoming, very charismatic, nice, always gets everything right for us. I always enjoy my visit when she's there. Also, love the food there, better than Denny's. This is my go to spot for breakfast or lunch.

Was traveling through Fresno and needed a place for breakfast. This was only option close to freeway. Food was better than expected but the place was sketchy and service was minimum at best.

Food was actually pretty darned tasty, but the service was atrocious. Took forever for them to take our orders and the waitress forgot so many things it became comical after a while. I'll give it three stars for the food, but the service was atrocious.

I don't know what is going on with all the hair! I ordered a takeout breakfast not too long ago. There was a long black hair on the top of my over medium eggs. It was super noticeable, there is no way they didn't see that! In the container that held my French toast, there was another long black hair. So to recap, two long black hairs in two separate containers in the same order. They are only getting two stars instead of one because they had my order ready in a very timely manner and ordering online was very convenient. Too bad I couldn't enjoy the food.

The food was delicious. Please be patient with staff. The country is understaffed and underpaid. Just hold on; it'll be worth it ;)

I always love coming to ihop, my go to place for breakfast cause of the waffles 🧇 😋 Only place I can eat for a good waffles, always have great service here, sometimes it get busy but I don't mind the wait cause I know the food and coffee makes it up for me. Everyone is nice here. Definitely recommend coming here.

Was a great experience having lunch with Momma. She has to be the pickiest eater alive! But the manager made sure she was happy. Everything was fresh and delicious in a clean & comfortable dining area.

We ate here after our daughter's college graduation. The service was fantastic. The place was busy too. We all loved our dishes, too.

Blueberry pancakes at 7 am in the morning...yes, yes, yes and, yes! I've never been to this IHOP location but can't wait to go back. Food was hot and tasty, service was efficient, and the restroom was clean.

I just came back from the zoo. Everyone was hungry and tired. It was hot. I tried ordering online but the site was being sooo dumb, seriously fix it. I called but they didn't really want to take my order over the phone either. So I dragged myself in the heat and order to go in person. The manager and the host girl were super helpful and sweet. Our order was made fresh to go and we left to catch our train. Overall a decent experience dealing with the staff in person.

Went Around 430. It was empty except for a couple people. Was seated in the back where NO else was sitting at. Waited almost 30 mins and the waitress didn't even come and take our drink order. NOTHING. We left without even ordering. NEVER going back 🤬

This is honestly one of the best Ihops I have ever gone to. It is never really crowded. I am not sure if that has to do with the downtown location of it. The portion sizes are very large. The ham and cheese omelette is fluffy and enough for 2 people. The strawberry lemonade is amazing. I highly recommend this location if you are ever hanging around downtown Fresno.

I have never had omelettes elsewhere so I'm impressed with the aesthetics and size of this thing. Due to the amount of vegetables, it was a little wet for my taste. I still enjoyed the mushroom and spinach omelette. I needed salsa and sour cream to take it from an 8 to a 9. I have never eaten crepes before and I barely took one bite because I was full from the omelette. Hence, I cannot comment on the crepe, except to say that the cinnamon crepe was super sweet and filled with more sweet. The strawberries and blueberries were good! I like my blueberries FIRM and these giant marbles were definitely that. Lightly sweet with a thick firm texture. They had the perfect amount of give. The pancakes are a bit buttery for my taste. I enjoyed the mouth feel/texture, it was interesting. Somewhat thick. I give the pancakes a 7.5. Service was good. Monica helped us with our crepe decision.

Excellent all around. Service was fast and friendly. Food was tasty, with healthy options available. I got plant based sausage, scrambled egg whites, and protein pancakes. Everything tasted great!

Staff was amazing and our Guardian Angels in our time of need. Our family had gone through a traumatic event and they took care of us while we waited for help. They were awesome and we will always be grateful for them.

When we got seated it took a bit for them to get our drink orders and a lot longer for them to take our food orders but that's understandable being that it was Christmas I didn't mind that at all. What I thought was kind of weird was that even though we were seen at 1st others that came after us received their food before we did and we ordered appetizers which didn't come Until we ask the waiter for them which we were already done with our meals by the end. I was handed the receipt and had my money ready to pay and then the waitress took it back and said that she forgot to add some stuff that we had ordered onto the receipt which I found that kind of Suspicious. Everything already cost it as a $110 but when she came back with the new amount it change to $149 And she said it was just a drink that she didn't add to our meals. Be there as it may we only ordered 3 drinks that shouldn't have happened that much should begin with but it's Christmas and if that's how they feel they need to do me on the day then that's what it is. They even asked me if I wanted my change from when I paid for the meals because it was only 37 cents the teller said so I told him go ahead and keep it.

Absolutely amazing exspences Tonight. I got a room for the night while in town and this IHOP is across the parking lot. They just opened indoor seating back up and I was the only one there. They were close to closin time and still welcomed me in. I ordered alot of food and usually this late you would over hear complaining coming from the staff not wanting to cook this late right at closing. Not here they were happy to see me as I was them. My food was so fresh and hot and the presentation was above and beyond. I am so happy I found this place.

I ordered the salmon and it was pretty good. The employee , Jennifer, was really nice too. I just did not like the decoration, and there was a weird smell inside the restaurant, that I stop to notice after a few minutes.

Nice place to eat usually order create your own pancake combo. But decided to order crepes sadly they were heavy not light and they had a chewy texture. Will have to stick my regular choice. Service is always good fast and friendly waiters. Clean and safe area.
