One of the better In-N-Out Burgers. Fast and efficient! Animal style is definitely the way to go for burgers, grilled onions and mustard grilled burger patties. Always ask your fries to be well done, double fried, or else they come out rather limp and sad

I am 100% sure the meat is just more fresher but this In-N-Out was by far the best I've had not to mention the jolly mood of the employees. 10/10!

Phenomenal as always! Best burger there is. The right was to do it is double double animal style with animal style fries!! Get the peperonccini from the condiments counter as well!! The 0 sugar lemonade is also good and their shakes are so real!! Every time we visit California we look forward to in-and-out!

This location is VERY busy. During lunch, expect to wait for a while, inside and outside in the dirge thru lane. Customer service was great. Ordering was easy and simple. By the time we were done ordering, we waited for about 5-7 minutes to get our order and the line was beginning to be out the door. As for the burgers, it was okay. We ordered one burger with extra sauce but it was not written on the burger so we didn't know which double-double had the extra sauce. Parking is easy when it's not busy but if you're planning to go to the drive-thru, expect to wait as this location is very busy. We don't have one in Minnesota so this was our first time here and it's what you expect from a fast food restaurant. Double-double burger was good. The other burgers is what you'd expect them to be. For the price, it wasn't bad for the quality of the burgers. The fries were a miss though. You can see them cooking the fries fresh but they tasted like it was microwaved. Overall, expect it to be busy when it's busy. Not a bad joint but also don't expect it to be better than your favorite burger.

Customer service was good. We order double-double burgers and cheese burgers. The burger doesn't taste like the in n out that I went to on Herdon and Clovis. The flavor is not there. It tastes so plain, and my bun, when I bite it, feels so soggy. The fries were okay. It seems like the fried has been on the heat to make it warm. It is not fresh cook out from the oil.

Absolutely love IN N OUT!!!!! Lines for drive thru are always long, but they have employees with a tablet that come out and take your order while you are in line, and you just pay at the window when you get there. I hardly ever go in to eat. It's always busy inside, but they get your order out in a decent amount of time.

As usual the food and the staff did not disappoint. The only blemish amongst this whole experience would have to be the way the parking lot is laid out. Due to high volumes of not just In-n-Out guests, but several other establishments, the parking scheme is almost non existant. With a train of cars weaving in and out if the aisles, many stalls are not accessible. Aside from that minor inconvenience, the experience as a whole was second to none as usual. Keep up the Good Work Nees Avenue In-n-Out Crew.. True Professionals..

The food is always fresh. Lately, the patties have been on the salty side. The parking situation and the drive-through line are ridiculous. The development planner clearly did not expect the parking lot to have such high traffic flow.

Hadn't been to In-N-Out in years and had forgotten how great it is. Took my three young sons for their first time and they became instant fans. The burgers and fries were only topped by this milkshakes and great customer service. Added bonus is that it is reasonably priced, especially when compared to similar competitors. Will be reintroducing this into our regular fast-food rotation.

Ordered the Animal Fries and a double cheeseburger. We live in Washington state so only eat here once in a while and I always forget how much I love their burgers but dislike their fries. The fries are just weird not crispy rarely hot and poorly seasoned.

Another solid in n out experience. No nonsense burger place with [for fast food] good quality ingredients. The staff at In-N-Out are usually better trained and more skilled and courteous as a result of their higher wage and more focused training and management compared to most fast food. I recommend hamburgers or cheeseburger served "animal style". It's an off menu treat. They make a good strawberry milkshake too.

A California Classic. Packed even near midnight with lines into the parking lot. A great community feel as they come out to your car in line to take your order. The food was awesome and prepared just as I’d ordered off the hidden menu which still works. Fries are amazing and the beef is tasty, high quality and freshly grilled to perfection. A lot of other restaurants close earlier so when you need a yummy late-night shake or meal, this is where you want to go.

I could never say anything bad about in-n-out except the long drive thru line but after that the service is real smooth and the quality is the best I love how now they have the spread in packets so I get a couple for my hamburgers and fries. The food is superb and as always great customer service with a smile on their face

Can't go wrong with some good burgers! Overall the wait wasnt too bad given that it was super crowded

The young man who took our order in the drive thru was friendly and personable despite the extremely hot temperature. Food here was top notch. My expectations and hunger levels were pretty high going in because the line was 20 minutes long. Lol Definitely think it was worth the wait, though. They didn't skimp on the toppings of our animal style fries, and the burgers were on point. My only 'complaint' is that my medium rare burger and my boyfriend's medium well burger weren't marked. Plus, there didn't seem to be any perceptible difference between the two patties. Our bellies were happy either way!

Took my mom and dad there for the first time. They love it. Before my dad passed away every time we went to Fresno he wanted to eat here. It made me happy to see how much enjoyment my dad got from eating your cheeseburgers, French fries and drinking a chocolate shake. My mom and I still eat here when we get the chance.

In-N-Out has a special place in my heart as the quintessential California experience (although it is present elsewhere). I remember doing a three day hike through Yosemite that was crowned, as I was starving, with a cheeseburger. Since then there is a certain sense of glee in getting food here - they seem to select very friendly and competent staff throughout the state to run the stores. Always amazing!

I was not use to a worker coming to the car to take our order on a tablet when there was a 30 car line up or more. The lines were already moving pretty steadily too for how busy it was. The amazing taste and structure of the burger made up for the lack of options on the menu. Still amazing! My only recommendation; Add a bacon cheese burger one day. ❤️

As good as always. I come to California a few times a year, burger and fries must be. It’s the perfect match.

First time eating at an In-N-Out Burger. I got their Monster sandwich and fries. Nothing wrong with it, but I prefer other fast food companies with my taste preference. The parking lot/drive-thru was terrible though. Such a slow and lengthy line.
