i fractured my ankle and was put in a splint by the emergency room at CRMC. i was referred to this surgery clinic to perform x-rays and a boot cast but i needed authorized consent from my primary doctor in order to get in. My primary care doctor sent it out a couple days after my appointment with her and i was told i would get a call from Family Healthcare Network. i waited three weeks and received no call. At this point my splint is already starting to deteriorate, as well as smelling foul from the times i tried to protect it while showering. I had to call both clinics to check out what was going on. My primary care doctor told me that they have tried getting a hold of FAMILY HEALTHCARE NETWORK for weeks and they never replied. As soon as i was notified of this, I immediately gave the Surgery clinic in downtown Fresno a call to tell them how my primary care doctor has been trying to give the approval. I spoke with one of the receptionist ladies on the phone, and they told me that they will work on it. I went out of my way to call them every other day just to make sure I was approved from the authorization of my primary doctor, only to find out that I was already approved, Family Healthcare Network never called my number to tell me. i had to wait another three weeks just for my appointment with Dr. Rafaat. When I came in, he told me that i should've had the splint on until my appointment, and that my ankle was already healing. i tried to explain that it was very hard to cooperate with the entirety of the process because there was a delay in getting my authorization especially from the front receptionists. I tried so hard on my end just to get in and this is what I hear in return. I don't deserve this kind of improper treatment from professionals and neither should any other patient that is suffering with a fractured or broken bone!!! They will also be sparse with the information of how disability works, ask questions and do not mind annoying them with your curiosity, your physical health is far more important than you realize.

This place is a joke. The staff are rude and not helpful at all. My husband had to get the pins removed from his hand, he was instructed to come back in two weeks to get it removed, but the surgeon was on vacation so they couldn’t get him in til a week later. He was never told a time and address of when his appt would be. When we called and was given a time and asked if it was the address listed he was told yes (still no verbal address given) so we drove out to this location. Only to be told his surgeon is at the clovis location! When he showed his frustration, the staff scolded him and said he owes them an apology! And it was not their fault he showed up to the wrong location! Instead of giving him the location, they continued to be snooty and treated him like he was a 10 year old! They sure have no problem billing us when they can’t even do their job right w scheduling and meeting their patients needs. Poor staff, they need to be more respectful.

Worst experience every my finger has been broken going on 3 weeks now and I only had a freaking consultation! I waste my time and gas driving there from out of town just for them to tell me "oh your doctor is actually not hear today, you'll have to 2 weeks for him to come back" why in the hell would they do that?! They dont care about their patients, I would give them no stars if it let me

This rating is strictly on Surgeons I’ve had the pleasure to deal with, both Dr. Cabria and Dr. Christopher Louie who are competent and wonderful physicians. Dr. Cabria explained the entire procedure steps and provide precise information before surgery. Great team of surgeons in providing outstanding knowledge in the entire procedure. Highly recommend it...

This place has some of the rudest staff.. I had to wait for 2 months to get my disability paperwork filled out all because the staff being so lazy and rude.. I do not recommend this place to anyone

Wish i could give this place ZERO stars. We come for an appointment at 8:15. My mother waits 35 minutes and the doctor doesnt show up so she goes to the bathroom. The doctor peeks his head in and says since she is in the bathroom he will be back in a minute. It is now 9:33 and still no doctor. We will find a new place to get treatment instead of this terrible facility. Dr. Baysal, DO NOT BOOK PATIENTS IF YOU DONT HAVE TIME TO SEE THEM. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Do not waste your time. Please dont look elsewhere. This group is no good, well at least in my experience. I suffered an ankle fracture and they sent me to this place, I NEVER SAW A DOCTOR HERE... I was given a boot to wear and 6 weeks later I waited in a patient room over an hour just so that they can say "you dont have to wear the boot anymore." They NEVER XRAYED ME, I expressed myself respectfully if i would even see a dr and that was not even answered. I informed them that I still have pain and a big knot on my foot and if any of them could look at it and they sent me out on my way telling me that I can take OTC medicine, I have a fracture they never even acted like they cared. Please dont waste your time. Find a doctor office that cares. I am getting a new doctor and will share my experience everywhere because its not right to treat patients like that. I dont think its even legal to never have a dr and yet they put on their cards that there are drs. This is my experience my opinion. Dont go

If you've been referred here get new insurance ASAP and go somewhere else. My hand is permanently injured because I did not receive care. I will never be able to fully use my right hand because the tendons dissolved or are scarred up. I was told the surgeon would review my case in TWO WEEKS, but after three weeks they denied my referral because they are overbooked. This is the only surgical center that will take my insurance. I wish they would have told me that sooner so I could change insurance in time, because now I will have to wait a total of 9½ weeks after breaking hand to get in front of a specialist. My finger is still twisted and the bones have fused together. The pain and tingling makes it hard to fall asleep. I've burned my hand a could of times because of the numbness. I feel so defeated and hopeless. Theres so many things I used to love doing but can't do anymore because I can't use my right hand.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst health center I've been to. Was referred out to surgical services and it's been the worst place I've dealt with. Rude front desk service they take forever and you don't even meet the Dr. you where referred to. So many different residents here, been here 3 time and seen 3 different Dr.s and all gave 3 different options and opinions and ran it by the one Dr. I was supposed to see but never really got anywhere. Still wait for them to reffer me out to P.therapy and I'm just feeling like we are not getting nowhere.
