Im going to honest I normally don’t care about the price, however! Too expensive for 5 small items, the brownie was the only good thing which was 99 cents. The French breach was hard as a rock, the smoothie was bad. Paid $18 for my order and would honestly not come here again, even though I use to love their broccoli 🥦 cheddar soup. Customer service was good. Plenty of parking available Went at noon today and was not a long wait, the drive thru was quick

Had been craving French Onion Soup so I went on the app only to find that yes it is one dollar delivery BUT they tack on at least $3 more in fees... so I went in person after a long day and saving my appetite . I went with my son and he ordered a sandwich and I ordered the FOS in an bread bowl... when we got home, and we do not live close, I found that my son's food was in the bag, a small bowl of what was the "onion" soup but no bowl. I had to go all the way back and spoke with a team lead who was very nice but the girl who took my order just stood by. I was not happy, I was hungry and upset... he offered me a pastry but I was not interested. He did give me another paper bowl with the onion soup and this time it actually had cheese... HOWEVER, French Onion soup it was not. When I got home and opened it, the soup looked like a bowl of diarrhea withsome melted cheese on top. I did taste it and it was extremely salty. The young man offered me a discount on my next visit but it is doubtful there will be a next visit. ONE MORE THING: food is more expensive on the app. The soup on the app was $10 and change. By the time they add all the extra charges, it was a little over $16. If you go to the restaurant, the bread bowl with the onion soup was $8.99 I believe... false claims of $1 on the app and it costs you more to use the app. Not.going.back.

The cashier was one of the friendliest, nice, patient (I didn't know what I wanted, plus she helped me with the Panera App), and kindest cashier I've ever met. The food was delish, my lemonade was 🔥, and I got a free lemon cookie for downloading the app! It was very clean and quiet in there!

First time trying this place and we really wanted to like it but they gave us a grilled cheese sandwich and we ordered a bbq chicken smokehouse and it was the worst grilled cheese I’ve ever had in my life. Didn’t even eat it. What a waste of 20 dollars. Make sure to unwrap and actually check your sandwiches before you leave.

Panera is one of those places that is just consistent with what they do. The people are always friendly and the food is always good. I wouldn't consider this the best place ever, but on that same note I've never had a bad experience. I think the prices are slightly higher than they should be. But they are not so high that you don't want to come back. The variety in food is wide and it's always changing with the season. I think that helps to keep a chain like this fresh. We come here usually for a light breakfast and coffee and we are never disappointed. For those interested, refills on the coffee are free!!!

Very good food but the wait was crazy! Not bad if you're eating in, but I was picking up food and had to wait almost 20mins!

We go to Panera Bread often. Warm and cozy comfort food. Wonderful soups. Great sandwiches. Delicious salads that make a diet easy to handle. Very reasonable prices. Great staff. I was snapping pics all over the place for this review. The manager came over and asked me what I was doing. Uh, pictures for yelp I meekly responded. Oh. Ok then. Great atmosphere. Great food. You will like.

Employees need to be better trained to take orders and attend customers that are waiting line. It used to be my favorite location and still my closest. Would love to see a change in their service and cleanliness. Tables need more attention. I believe is a great spot keep it up. A little more attention to details would be a plus. I greatly encourage the employees to work as a team.

Nice individual store for this brand but brand loses star. One of the nicer "fast foods" but closer to sit down for quality. Fresh and filling so the little higher price almost justifies. Would get full stars if the franchise added a low cost option other than a bagel... Maybe a smaller cup of soup or easy sandwich like grilled cheese for under $3. Sometimes we just want a quick cheap bite to make it home other than BK or TB.

Best tuna sandwich hands down! Best Mac and cheese! Yummy smoothies! Everything I've tried here so far, I've loved! Also the most polite employees. I go out of my way to come to this Panera, drive thru is also very convenient. =)

The tastiest fresh food! The service is always first-rate. Clean and plenty of seating. This time I ordered through the app for rapid pick up. Get the app, you will love it!!

Showing up to do some work to the company, I was happy to say I enjoyed the atmosphere, as well as the people. Always good food, and not too bad in pricing. I’ll definitely be going there more often outside of work.

First time trying this location. Restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. Line moved quickly and was able to order in a timely manner. I had a cheese bagel, and chocolate chip cookie with a soda. The bagel was very good, had it cut and toasted, and was done perfectly. Cookie was outstanding. Definitely will be back here again.

I come here quite a bit while on my lunch from work. Normally food is great, however today of all days I was in a rush and ordered a fruit & yogurt parfait. When I went to take it out the bag, it was runny, looked like it had been sitting out for quite some time, with barely any yogurt in it. This is one of my favorite things to order, I was upset because I didn’t even have time to return!! Todays quality was the worst! Let me remind you this isn’t the cheapest place to eat and I expect what I pay for.

I really enjoy eating there. The food is always made fresh and they only use the freshest ingredients. The “ Pick Two “ is great and not expensive to full up on. Your choice of a soup and sandwich. I’ve tried quite a few items on there menu and so far I haven’t been let down. I’m also a Sip Club Member! For just $10 a month you can get UNLIMITED foundation drinks, coffee, tea or charged lemonades. Now that’s a great deal !!

Extremely high sodium count in all of there menu items. What happened to the whole grain options. I used to think this restaurant's claim to fame was healthy food... apparently, no longer.

These guys are awesome! I'm from another state, and my account got hacked, and a large order was placed for this location. They were able to quickly realize the situation and keep the scammer from getting the order, get the cops called, and get my account refunded. Incredibly helpful and friendly group, very much appreciated!!

I love their Asia salad and creamy broccoli soup sooooo good!. My husband love their Flatbread pizza.

Took my 11 yr. old son for the 1st time and he loved it. He had a turkey sandwich and I had tomato soup. I would walk miles for a bowl of their tomato soup! ☺ We finished our lunch off with a warm pastry!

$13.00 for the worst chicken sandwich I have ever had anywhere! The chef signature take chicken sandwich got me with the name and the picture, however, It was small and pathetically dry with zero flavor.. I used to enjoy getting a breakfast sandwich or lunch sandwich now & then from here, but now like most places they are overpriced and don't care whether they get your order right or not.

I came in on Veteran's Day. There was a Veteran who came in and asked about breakfast. The clerk stated they do not offer free food for veterans or a discount. A manager overheard this and asked the vet if he would like a pastry or something to drink? He was provided a cinnamon roll and coffee. I purchased him a breakfast sandwich to go with it. I hope the store considers a free meal on veterans day in the future.

FANTASTIC staff!!! Had a party of 18 people and pre-ordered and they were AWESOME!!! So very grateful for their service and the delicious food!!

Loved the customer service in the drive thru, but there is something deeply wrong with the cinnamon bagel I received. It tasted like someone put the cinnamon crunch topping on an everything bagel. Distinct notes of garlic and onion. Truly, this bagel was a one star experience that only got worse with each bite. No idea what happened there but not sure I can ever eat one again.
