Also ich hatte mal Lust mit Familie auf einen Mc Sumday aber das was wir bekommen haben war die reinste abzocke. Fast kein Eis im becher also nicht mal halb voll und Soße war auch nur zur Zierde etwas drauf. Selbst der eine Stern ist schon zuviel und dafür fast 8€. Mc Donalds Friedrichshafen Ehlerstr ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Terminal an dem ich bestellt habe, und mit Karte gezahlt habe, hat einfach nicht funktioniert und ich musste mit der Kassiererin an der Kasse diskutieren, um immer noch meine Bestellung zu bekommen. Es kam einfach kein Zettel raus und es wurden danach noch mehrere Leute am selben Terminal nicht beliefert! Auch nach mehreren Leuten, die es an der Kasse gesagt haben, wurde das dumme Ding nicht deaktiviert. Schlechteste Erfahrung jemals in einem Restaurant. Wer hier Burger bestellt ist lost und nicht mehr zu helfen.

McDonald‘s schmeckt überall gleich und das Ambiente ist leider nicht mehr dass was es einmal war. Bahnhofsatmosphäre im Fabrikstil wirkt kühl und unpersönlich. Die Tische sind oft sehr schmutzig von den Vorgänger/n. Auf Frage ob man vielleicht sauber machen könnte, bekommt man selbst einen Lappen in die Hand gedrückt. Das ist Service vom feinsten.

Sehr unfreundlichen Personal! Wir hatten einen Code für 2 Cheeseburger. Die Angestellte sagte, dass der Code nicht gültig wäre. Nach langem hin und her wollte ich die Schichtleitung sprechen. Auch diese sagte er wäre ungültig. Sie unterstellte mir das ich den Code schon verwendet hätte was nicht der Fall war. Habe dann nach langem die app geschlossen und nochmals alles neu gemacht. Darauf hin ein neuer Code und siehe da es hat funktioniert.

Leider wurde der fröhliche Abend, welcher mit einem Stop beim nahegelegenen McDonalds enden sollte, von einem negativen Ereignis dominiert… Das uns schriftlich zustehende Gratisgetränk (siehe Kassenzettel) wurde und nicht ausgehändigt! Der Abend ist gelaufen, vielen Dank.

Ich wollte mein Gartisgetränkt abholen, jedoch wurde mir das gesagt:“das geht bei uns nicht mehr, sie sollen zu einem anderen McDonalds.“ Die eigenen Mitarbeiten sagen schon man solle zu einer anderen Filiale. Das ist traurig…

The Food is great, the staff is 👎👎👎 They don't Speak German, dont speak English, while serving customers they be talking between eachother in a foreign language (I think it was turkish)... laughing between eachother...I got uncomfortable and immediately left the restaurant. One of the greatest McDonald's locations in Germany you should at least have a qualified team that speaks "German"... at the very least.

Staff is unfriendly and I'm not sure my chicken burger was properly fried. Hygiene is not more than a theoretical concept there. Would not go there again or recommend it.

The app offers good deals. I am happy with the timing. Late night cravings for my wife are not a problem :D

Nice place.. plenty of seats.. had Strawberry cake , hot chocolate, coke and burgers take away... plenty of parking space..near to Bahnhof

Das Essen war wie erwartet gut. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass die Sauberkeit des Restaurants etwas zu wünschen übrig ließ. Die Tische waren klebrig, und der Boden wirkte nicht besonders sauber.

Being from the Czech Republic, I am used to a higher standard at McDonalds restaurants. I don't have high expectations, but this wasn't very good. The floor and tables were quite dirty, only one self-service kiosk worked! Three stars only for the fairly quick processing of the order.

Nothing to talk about the food or the menu as it's the same all over. Staff are friendly and responsive. The automats to place the order do not work always. 2 wheeler parking is available and absolutely a disaster if you plan to arrive with car as there is no parking available. People planning to arrive by car should plan parking as parking on the road is not an option anymore

Great place to dine in. The price is affordable and I suggest you guys to buy using McDonald's app. The price is cheaper if you buy from the app and you can collect McDonald's points. If you have a lot of points, you can exchange those points for McDonald's products..
