So I’ve dropped a star as they got my daughters order wrong as she wanted rice not chips and they gave my husband carling instead of San Miguel …. However despite how ‘rough and ready’ it looks the food is delicious. We ordered the 2 steaks and a bottle of wine for €25 and my daughter ordered chicken in peppercorn sauce and rice. Whilst the food wasn’t fancy it was delicious!! The prices were cheap and the staff despite being rushed off their feet and obviously struggling due to how busy they were, were polite and helpful. So I would rather have knocked off half a star for the mistakes. Went back again and the service was dreadful! More staff were serving and they forgot our order as apparently to quote the waitress the ‘chef was doing them out of order and Willy nilly’ Our wine cooler wasn’t cold and it was so dirty, it looked like it had never been washed. Whilst it isn’t the restaurants fault that we were outside and the people at the next table were chain smoking the tables were so close all we ate was their second hand smoke. We ended up just leaving. After a 40 minute wait and being told it would only take 15 minutes to do our order … which we didn’t believe and the place looking like chaos we decided it would be quicker to go elsewhere

It's OK for an English pub abroad. The waitress was a little rude and ignorant. Food was a greasy spoon style. OK to fill a hole. Lots to choose from which was a plus. The cocktails were fantastic and the gentleman serving was lovely. Sports on all tvs so a good catch up and a good amount of advertising for sports coming up. Just the service and cheap food let it down.

The pub makes me angry, purely because they probably serve the best coffees in Fuengirola but the people that serve you are so ignorant and rude it’s unreal. We have never tried the food because of the service there. The front has a lovely sunny outside area and is great to have a drink and possibly something to eat. We always holiday in fuengirola but I will not eat here because they are so miserable . I always say please and thank you as well as hello. They don’t even acknowledge your existence and it’s been the same over the years we have been coming up to 4 times a year. It’s such a shame, manners cost nothing but losing customers can be very expensive.

Great staff great pub, perfect for grumpy git’s and sport with a beer or cocktail or 5. The boss moves fast and Glenn moves even faster when left in charge. Can’t wait to visit again.

Does not take credit cards ( hard to believe ) so something fishy about that as we saw other reviews saying the machine was not working. With the tons of places to eat, we will not return. Take your business elsewhere to someone who appreciates it. We would probably have been a returning customer if it wasn’t for him. Only saving grace is that the food was good, compliments to the chef…

We sat there about 4 hours drinking. Very friendly and fast service. Sun was shining but too bad that you cannot enjoy sunset over there. We had also some food but I dont remember what it was. So hard to judge that. Prices was quite Ok, I think. Next time we'll be back.

I went to the Old London for the first time and it happened to coincide with the Women's World Cup semi-final between Australia and England. We went here twice whilst on holiday. The first time for a quick drink and snack second time for a meal. The food was nice and 1 of the waiters was lovely and had banter. Criticism would be we were a party of 5 and it was very small we struggled to sit together as the biggest table was for 4 people. We did put a chair on end but it was cramped and too close to other tables and people eating. Food overall was nice.

It seemed quite nice and pleasant but i noticed a huge Ulster Flag on the wall with quite a number of signatures, then i noticed the listings for most of the Football being broadcast in the bar. No Celtic games. Ok, i thought. This is a bar run by bigots. I left.

What can I say. Have been here several times over the years. Good location and tables nice and clean. Unfortunately that is where the good points end. Went for lunch on 22.11.22. The usual man that we see there (from northern Uk) was not there. His stand in guy , to put it mildly, left much to be desired. No eye contact, could barely be bothered to speak to you. If that was bad enough, he cleared my plate away when my wife was still eating. Not good. When he cleared my wife’s away, he had other tables glasses etc in his hands, and he dumped a filthy full ash tray on the table in front of her! Neither of us smoke so this really was a gross thing for us. Ironically, the food was lovely, but due to this guy(and this is not the first time we have experienced his rudeness), we will not be returning.

Where to start… Firstly, we sat down at a table inside and ordered the menu that said two Sunday roasts + two drinks €21, we ended up paying €27. That’s okay I would normally let that slide but my boyfriends beef was gone out of date as it was blue mould and very sour. I wanted to take a photo of the beef but I decided against it as I sensed that the lady working knew something was wrong and watching us. We certainly didn’t want to cause a fuss for although rather than asking us why we didn’t eat our food the waitress snatched the food off the table very swiftly because any other customers noticed although she never said a word but was very rude in her actions. Again, I wouldn’t usually go through the effort of writing a review but the staff were ever so rude! Conclusion: AVOID!

We went here with our daughter and 2 grandkids 2 nights running for dinner this week when on holiday. The menu offered plenty of pub foods which we all enjoyed. Kids wanted to return the 2nd night. We didn't wait too long for the food considering the bar was busy both nights with football fans. Owner or manager seemed on top of who was next to be served when at the bar and thanked me on leaving on the 2nd night. Possibly more staff required at busy times but overall recommended.
