Kind of like an outlet for cakes, you can buy discounted baum kuchen, apple cakes, financier and all usual Japanese cakes. The cakes are perfectly fine they may have minor imperfections packaged in transparent boxes. Do as long as you're not intending to give these gifts then you can indulge your urge for cake. There is a cafe and local speciality gift shop. Worth a visit to buy discounted cakes.

The restaurant changed. No more buffet. The menu is curry, and spaghetti, pizza + full-set or regular sets. Full-set drink bar + Salad + ice cream, all you can eat. + the usual set drink bars only. Not much variety of salads. Curry🍛 it's delicious. The spaghetti 🍝 I've ordered was too soft and the sauce was too much. I've eaten here before, at that time the pasta buffet was delicious.

Big pastry shop. Little expensive.

It's well worth a visit...if you happen to be nearby and hungry for bready products, pastries and desserts, other than that sadly it's not worth the time it can take to reach as most products can actually be bought in bread shops elsewhere, even train stations so really, I'd think twice but as I say if you're local, check it out because there is a nice Rose garden here plus a nice restaurant.

There is a bakery, a cake shop, etc. attached, and it is spacious and there is a rest space inside the store, so I was able to spend a relaxing time. I was able to pack a lot of cookies at a low price with the all-you-can-pack cookie option (420 yen). There is a wide variety of souvenirs, so I ended up buying a lot. Baumkuchen seems to be especially popular. Factory-direct sweets are sold, and basically all of them are cheap, but outlet products are also sold, and you can buy them all at a low price. Along the national highway and next to the park, there is a roadside station called ``Hazono''.

Nice to have a break for coffee, tea, ice cream..
